Yeah..I am confused..what happened to Biel?….I personally use their product and recommend it but so many positive and negative posts…I am small shareholder of just $1,000 of stocks. But at 75 years old would hate to lose it all?. Anyone have suggestions.. I thought the company would soar 5 years ago..but?..

Yes mr JJ8, I have followed igc for few years..despite their patents, which I have not pulled up and researched yet what really worries me is the very small size of the fda studies…I believe less than 30 …with such a tiny size even tho university of Florida is involved I remain doubtful..I personally suggest no one invest more than couple hunded shares until we see if this $3 to 4 price bounce/spike holds..I have learned from Cgc, aroma, hexo, edxc etc that news releases most of the time are not to believed…case in point with only $800,000 revenue igc has huge debt losing $7 million to $8 million for past 2 years…not a good sign..buyer beware

Like the company BUT..with 50,000,000 in new stock..I am taking my little $1.25 stock profit and sell…sell..I am gone…bet stock goes to $16 a share or less…ie price after the reverse split
remember. They had huge re calls due to defective product..these 1,000s of launcher that don’t work will haunt them for long time.
Have tried to call customer service about 10. Times..never get answer or call back.

Regarding golden cross..any reason why edxc has had 10 to 12 late sec filling… in past 10 years …seems they have a history of accountability..is it ok to trust them now and hope in future they don’t refile current sec info and correct something..

Keep in mind that mr Todd has been in the market longer than AcB, Cgc, Tigray etc..I suspect he has the experience to maybe pull this push to nasdaq if he is lucky and if this blesswell does well

Because there have been questions about warrants, structured offerings and dilution, I contacted Davis to get answers to some of your concerns. Here is the answers:
?? Todd has publicly disclosed EDXC will not do more than a 5 to 1 reverse split, AND, that's ONLY in event of a uplist.
?? Todd is not going to raise money for the sake of it at the prices shown in the warrants (.05 for example). Those warrants are structured in, HOWEVER, they are NOT being sold. Nothing is being sold at those prices. NO WARRANTS HAVE BEEN CONVERTED OR SOLD. They just sit there.
?? In the event of an S1 to raise capital, an investment bank and terms and conditions of a S1 will be disclosed. We are in talks now as Todd has told everyone.
And I think the most important thing he wanted all Shareholders to know is: "Remember, it doesn't benefit anyone to cram the stock down. I wants to empower shareholders and increase value. Not the opposite." - Todd Davis
I feel that it's important that as a group we not only speculate about worst case scenarios but also about best case scenarios. It's understandable when the stock prices aren't increasing the people want to look at worst case. Regarding tywebb post…yep I agree..drug stores will not move the edxc stock…I called 20 stores out west selling cbdunlimited..maybe they sold 1 product off the shelf..managers said they had no repeat sales…however one manager said he bought some for his dad and thinks it helped him.

I suspect 80 % of people don’t go to rite Rx stores to buy cbds…maybe they go to local head shops, cbd stores or the internet..I hope I am wrong. Afraid this is just more hype

Lost n find..yes I agree..based on last 15 to 20 posts about “good news coming” super music stars joining edxc team, pending up dates for 2 to 3 years..great news about pet Rx, horse Rx creams etc...all this news may be huff and puff destined to pump up the price so that edxc insiders can sell at 20 to 25 cents and buy back in..yeah I too fell victim to the pump and dump news but I never sold...thinking edxc would deliver on all of its news/media posts.mr Todd is expert from 10 to 15 years ago in news and media pump releases...I thought this time it was different and edxc would go up instead of down.

Wish I had invested in “gluc”...glucose health at $1. a share 9 or 10 months ago...now they are $4. A share and are in Walmart, cvs, and amazon and are making huge profit gains quarterly..

Regarding how others use GlucoDown... tea mix...both hot and cold...I love and use product daily..would love to learn how others who use the product vary it’s use..other than just straight tea as directed.
for example..on hot afternoons here in Texas I use the peach tea mix with low calorie sprite or sometimes with instant peach tea bags brewed for 5 min ...and then added GlucoDown peach tea powder to taste
Also, have added the Bluberry tea mix..usually a small tea spoon or 3 or 4 of the little scoops and almond milk and couple cubes of ice...blended for few seconds...great blueberry shake that’s low in calories...under 50. If one uses the 30 calorie almond milk..
