The last close at or above .01 prior to July 1st was May 17th. If it is consecutive calendar days then they should have entered the grace period on June 17th. If it is consecutive trading days then they may have avoided entering the grace period by closing above .01 on July 1st. Assuming they did enter the grace period, they have until September 16th to have 10 consecutive days above .01 to avoid being delisted. That assumes the 90 day grace periods begins after the first 30 days.
You are incorrect. It closed at just over .01 on July 1st. Look at the chart.
Twitter is an excellent way to get out information for free. You have to remember they have very limited funds right now, so doing a traditional advertising campaign is really not an option right now. Taking on extra payroll for a social media specialist is not an option either. He's simply doing what he can with what he has to work with. You can't act operate like a fortune 500 company when you are a sub penny stock company on the OTC. To think they can or even should is silly imho.
The financials for this quarter are pretty much meaningless to the current state of BIEL. The next quarter is what will matter as we will know how much the sales have increased due to NHS. I think anyone that's been following BIEL was expecting to see this report.
Chyna9. I read your post and you seem to reference last year a lot and make the majority of your argument based on that. Well since last year a lot of things have fundamentally changed with BIEL. While I do agree that it is going to take a few months for the increased sales numbers to start showing up, I think the new sales channels are very strong and will prove that soon.
Additionally, you state that they will have to dilute to secure money to keep the doors open. If the sales numbers are anywhere near 50% of what we think they might be, there would be zero need in seeking any toxic financing to secure money to expand production and/or keep the doors open. BIEL is actually becoming (if not already) a profitable company.
Do not let last year's pumpers affect your thoughts on the present state of BIEL. Now I'm not going to tout this as a retirement stock, but if any stock on the OTC has the potential to be one then I would have to put BIEL pretty darn high on that list. The only issue I have with going too far down that rabbit hole is that there are many companies that have a lot of "catalysts" that never seem to ignite them, so trying to argue that this company (or any company for that matter) is a guarantee is just foolish.
BMAC and BMIC gone on L2...
Looks like Rik was being honest yesterday when he said those shares being sold were prior to the 10k and they should be running out very soon. With those two dilutors gone, we should be in for a good run.
I sent a FB question about dilution and received the exact response word for word.
I'm really curious why Nyloxin sales have declined year by year other than it's a homeopathic and I think most people tend to shy away from those as they are not perceived well. I use the product and I know it works for me, but in all honesty I probably wouldn't ever tried if I didn't have anything invested in the company. I wanted to make sure the product worked before buying in to the extent I have.
I agree that Nyloxin is not the answer for NPHC. Whether it is what I said above, failed distribution, failed marketing, etc. it does not matter at this point. The product has been a bust.
As of now the only real play they have left is the RPI-78M and they have a lot of trials to go for that one. IF and I emphasize IF, they are able to get through the trials then we have something huge. With the cash situation and no real hope to find it, that is a really big IF.
Rik needs to get off his ass and tell us what's been going on and what that short term outlook is. We desperately need a series of solid PRs.
Sent message on Facebook...
I asked about the quite period being over and this is what I got back:
"We expect consistent news over the next 60 days as we roll out our initiatives."
28's going and someone puts in a 2 mil sell at 27 SMDH
Are these the same sources that you quoted a month back that ended up being completely empty?
Does anyone know when the extension period ends?
I know I said that. I sent a FB message asking about whether or not it would be on time and the response I got was that it is delayed because of the school shooting. I was also told it would be filed by the extension period.
Gramps do you know what the manufacturing level of Biel is presently? Do they have the capacity to deliver that level of volume?
Thanks! I actually bought in two days ago, but I've been super busy with work and didn't post until today. I've been following this board off and on since December.
I agree that e-mail was great. If they can repay the debt without little to no shares issued, this thing will shoot to the moon. I think we see typical trading for the next few months, but as a slow and steady climb. Once the next quarterly comes out, if earnings are up that show the money is coming in to repay debt then we could gap up big and never look back. This could be really big by the EOY.
Decided to jump in on this one. I've been watching it for a little while and I've been wanting to add another sub penny bio med stock and this one looks like it has a ton of upside potential like the other one I'm in. Thanks to all those that contributed to the DD.
Anyone know BMIC?????
I just watched over a million shares bought at .0016 and no change to BMIC's 200k ask. This is really starting to worry. Anyone that knows about BMIC please let me know.
I've been watching L2s....
I'm just curious what other people think about seeing BMIC on the ask at .0016. I've read about them and I'll say it is worrisome to me that they have 200,000 shares on the ask and I've seen several buys come through now at .0016 and the 200,000 is still there.
I'm not panicking or anything, but I'd like to know the thoughts from others with a lot more experience than me.
This stock forum...
So sad that this forum has devolved into this. There are a handful of people that are obviously wanting to take advantage of knee jerk panic reactions due to an AS increase by screaming dilution at the top of their lungs.
It is actually beyond sad. People are actively trying to make money by taking a short position by actively trying to spread fear like wildfire to get people to panic sell.
There is ZERO basis to any shouts of dilution. The AS increase is a certainty, BUT we have no idea what the OS is going to be and we have no idea what the holder is going to do with the shares. Those are the actual FACTS.
I sent message on Facebook about the upcoming financials and I was told that the audit was delayed due to the school shooting, but they will be out by the extension period.
I've been thinking about that too Discipline. I'm both excited and concerned. Like I've said many times, I only post what factual information I find and give my honest opinion.
With that said, the reason I'm both excited and concerned about the end of the month is due to the increase in AS and the financials coming. I can see that playing out a few ways:
1) The financials are weaker than expected and we see a ton of shares issued as soon as the AS is raised. If this scenario happens I'm pretty sure we are headed back to the dumpster again.
2) Financials are weaker than expected, but the amount of shares issued is tolerable. If this happens I see the stock trading mostly flat until we get more updates on sales volume, phase 2 trials, etc.
3) Financials are even or better than expected, but a ton of shares are issued. If this happens I think we see a small down tick until we can tell if dilution is happening or not. If there is no sense of dilution, then I think the dip will be short before bouncing back up. If there is dilution happening, then dumpster we go.
4) Financials are even or better than expected and the shares issued is tolerable. If this happens then I believe we see the beginning of a huge breakout run. Any positive news about sales volume, phase 2 trials, etc would further push this stock to incredible new highs.
Obviously I'm hoping for the 4th scenario, but we are currently just a wait and see. I think if we see a strong buy pattern continue like we saw today in the coming two weeks then I will have a much better feeling about scenario 4 happening.
As for me it does not matter. I'm sticking with it. I feel confident in the DD to let what I've invested ride and see what happens. There will be no regrets for me either way. If it tanks then so be it, but I firmly believe there is too much here to have to feel the regret for selling if it runs like I believe it can and will. That's the decision that each person has to make though. Read the information that's right here on this board for you and make your own informed decision.
ROFL. No I do not work for Nutra Pharma nor do I have any affiliation with them in any way other than being a shareholder. I'd like to have an explanation as to what you consider as me pumping. If facts are pumping to then ok, got it.
I distinctly recall you claiming to have contacts within the company or knowing someone in the know and making these crazy claims of what is about to happen as far as press releases, etc. That sir is pumping.
I simply state facts of what I know and at times try to make reasonable guesses at what is happening based on the collective data. I do take the time to send messages to them on facebook because I want to know what's going on and I try to get as much information as they can legally provide.
You make these crazy claims that have nothing to back them. You ignore facts left and right. You don't read the documents released. You flip flop your opinion on a hourly basis. I could go on and on and on.
The AS is still 2 billion. While it will pretty much certainly be raised to 8 billion, it is presently 2 billion. The AS cannot be raised until March 27 at the earliest.
I asked about the friendly share holder...
The response I got was that it is not a strategic entity and the name of the consolidated note holder will not be released publicly.
Fly, I think it might have been you that brought up the name Jack Brewer and that seems as plausible as anything right now.
Rik is doing the right things...
Share price is crap, company is crap, ceo is crap...
I'm waiting this out, it's going to be huge soon...
My head is going back and forth reading some of this stuff it's giving me whiplash. If nothing else it would be great if posters were at least consistent on a daily basis.
If people would seriously just take the time to do their own DD it would save a lot of people from seeing inconsistent and many times outright false information.
I guess some thought they would get rich in a couple days and are pissed that it is actually taking time. I mean really, who would've thought it takes time to correct for past mistakes to be able to capitalize on all the good work done over the years... I mean in what world are blue chips not built overnight...
What are you talking about. It's up 9% when you wrote that lol
Yeah. The exact same as it was. I believe it was basically the full 2 billion authorize. They CANNOT even increase the AS until like the 27th of the month. READ the information lol.
Anytime!
Another question answered...
So I asked a question about thd pipeline drug RPI-78M (the MS drug for those that don’t know) and I got this response:
“RPI-78M has been in open label trials for over 10 years. We have data in over 300 patients. We know that the drug works and we’ve mitigated the risks of the Phase II trial. We just need to prove what we already know in an FDA sanctioned, controlled clinical study.”
As I suspected, they already know it will pass phase 2 trials. This is beyond big!
Goofy, to my knowledge there are no retail outlets for Nyloxin at the moment. They mentioned that retail sales channels are in the works, but as of now I believe you can only get it from their website or Amazon.
I agree Mav...
The only decent argument at all is that the pipeline drugs have only completed phase I of the FDA trials.
For those that don't care to look it up, a basic summary of trials is:
Phase 1 - Makes sure the drug is safe to use
Phase 2 - Proves the drug works
Phase 3 - Compares how well it works compared to what's presently available
Since clinical trials (even for orphan status drugs) are extremely expensive, I could not imagine that they would be starting Phase 2 if their present research have not shown that the drugs work.
As far as predicting market valuation , that pretty tricky. The obvious for short term valuation increase is sales. That one is tough as it is all about quantity (obviously). With only a good uptick in retail sales we might be looking at that 5x -10x range of market valuation increase. Add in major government sales and those numbers could easily double to 10x-20x or more. For those mathematically challenged, that would be a pps of about .01 to as much as .04 based on sales alone.
The even more difficult market valuation is completion of phase 2 clinical trials. That is where the truly big $$ begins. Phase 2 complete of the MS drug could legitimately yield a pps of .25 by itself depending on the results of the trials. I have seen companies with just a single drug and no other products whatsoever sell for upwards of $8-9 Billion. Of course those are drugs that have completed the entire FDA approval process.
Obviously this is all my personal speculation, but it is speculation based on research of similar companies.
Facebook response to questions...
I did not get a response to all of my questions yet, but this was the response to my question about the toxic debt that was consolidated and AS increase.
"We’ve consolidated the toxic debt from five VERY toxic note holders to a single friendly investor. The 8B authorized shares are only out of an abundance of caution to have room for reserves of stock. We certainly don’t expect to issue 6B shares. Regardless, we continue to be undervalued and expect much higher valuations in the near future as sales improve and we move the needle on our drug trials."
When I get a response to my other questions I'll post those as well.
Nothing. I'd have to go back and look at his name, but it's some guy that claims his account only allows him to trade in 4999 blocks at a time. Besides that's not him buying. He's selling into the bid. Just one more impatient person getting out.
I have questions submitted on Facebook that I'm waiting for a response on. I'll pass on the information as soon as I get it.
So you're saying you bought roughly 45.5 million shares? Even at .0007 that would've been roughly a $32k investment. Seems like a lot to throw a trip zero stock imho.
MAXM bid...
That 250k block could be 250 mil. After reading more about them, it appears that anytime they show up on an OTC stock on the bid is viewed as a very good thing. This could very well mean that a big time order is being filled.
Quick search on MAXM....
I found this post from a while back on a different stock forum:

MAXM market maker is on the bid, that means that some big buyers are interested in this stock. They mainly work with institutions, so to see them on the bid is a huge plus. Stock is up 130% right now, was over 300% this morning, so after being a "sleeper" for a long time, something is going on here! IMO
MAXM on the bid. I don't think I've seen that on the L2s for NPHC.
The dumpers the today and yesterday are going to feel extremely ill very soon. But yeah, the .0017 dumper is already beginning to feel that remorse and it's only going to get worse. Much much worse.
