thank you
I sent you a pm.
Sandbath,
how in the world did you get that info. I need to check out that website.
Thx,

Josh,
I would love to call Petar, where did you get a phone number for him?
I had this stock on my stockwatch list and I saw it pop this morning, I read the press release and got excited and jumped in at .20, and I already feel like a bagholder. AFTER I Bought I read the 10q, that thing will scare the crap out of anyone that reads it.
These guys are broke, they need cash bad, they say so over and over. They have diluted the stock by 10 million shares so far this year and will have to continue to do so. They've diluted by 8 million since that great second quarter.
I noticed in the Ibox it says they have $1.3 miillion in working capital and no debt. That's pretty funny, according the 10q they had less than $10,000 in the bank as of 6-30-06 and cash flow from operations were ($570,000) for the six months ended 6-30-06.
I'll hold until the close to see if it gets an eod run, but It looks like I was late to the party on this one.

That was a great find on that article outlawbabe. The fact that the prior relationship between Dressel and Juan Contreras wasn't mentioned in this mornings press release is a little troubling.
I'd like to know the thoughts of some of the members here who follow this stock closely.
Thanks,

Hi guys, I just read the last 50 or so posts and it appears that Rover and Castle have the best grip on the terminology concerning the shares as/os. The one thing that hasn't been broached is what is done with the shares once they are bought back by the company. Unless we have some disclosure they may or may not reduce the shares outstanding or the float. The company may very well be buying back shares and at the same time issuing shares or options to insiders as bonuses or even regular compensation for that matter.
I certainly hope that is not the case but they wouldn't be the first company to employ that tactic if that is the case. Fact is not all buybacks are beneficial to the majority of the stockholders. Only time will tell, until we have more transparency we will all be guessing. Hopefully that is just around the corner.
Keep the faith, this is pinkyland, they do have income and assets, and a very low stock price, I still believe this is a very good bet so I'm gonna hang around and add on these dips.
GLTA,

Hi Asus,
Long time lurker and first time poster here. You do a great job with the board and I appreciate your efforts, so, THANK YOU.
I'd like to weigh in on the discussion of sending the certs in to the company in order to make a little profit here with "zero risk". There is an obvious lack of trust in the company by many posters here due to lack of transparency. Given that level of distrust why would anyone in there right mind sign their shares and send them away hoping to get a check in thirty days.
I'm not suggesting that your shares would be stolen, although that might be a possibility, but they may just be returned to you saying sorry, we have all we need or whatever excuse works at the moment. You could be taking thirty days market risk and the company gets all that free time to decide if they want the shares after all.
That idea doesn't appeal to me very much and I'm not sure why it would appeal to anyone else. I have to question whether or not anyone would do such a thing, if there are no takers, then where is the value in the offer. I know a lot of people have viewed the offer as some sort of a "floor" for the pps but we can see right now that it isn't having that affect.
If anyone is inclined to send in their shares for .o3 pps I'll go you one better, send them to me and I'll pay you .031 pps, I'll send you a check in thirty days! You can trust me, I've never lied to you before :)
OK, I was kidding about the offer but I was trying to make a point. I'd love to hear how the rest of you feel about it.

I must have missed the roll call for shares being held by board members, but I have one million.
I just picked up a million at .oo4
Re: Dilution, current shares outstanding as of April 19, 2006 are 187,922,760 according to the latest sec filing. The company has been diluting steadily in the months prior to that to pay all kinds of debts, accounts payable, consulting services, lawyers and even employees. If you take the time to read the whole report you will probably conclude that the dilution has been continuing in the time since April 19 because the financial reports are horrible.
I've made very nice money trading this stock on 2 previous occasions and was hoping to jump back in because the shares looked so cheap right now but I think I'll pass. I tend to agree with a previous post by Mike that there could be a dead cat jump here, but I don't see a real bottom in sight for this stock and I don't want to get caught holding the bag on this puppy. Do your own due dilligence and good luck if your long.

I received the slick snail mail report back in January and I was very intrigued with this company, but something just didn't smell right. Now I know why.
AXcessNews.com - HS3 Technologies, Inc. - Ka-Boom or Ka-Bust
you may well be right on both counts, this is my first time on this board and I got that number from all the company info posted here on the way to the messages.
maybe it's the two and a half billion shares outstanding
Thanks Monkeybiz, that helps a lot.
Em
Thanks guys, that was very good info. Now if I could just get my hands around what the actual float is on this stock I could start to get comfy with it.
I'm really confused about market cap now. Thanks for replies guys but the answers are all over the board. If Kamal says he doesn't have any shares where did they go? And if he doesn't have any that is even scarier to me. I didn't make up the 155,000,000 share number, if this source isn't correct please tell me why?

What is the true market cap here?
I keep reading that the market cap on this puppy is from $5 to $7 million. How can that be if Kamal owns over 155,000,000 shares himself? Does anyone know how many shares are really outstanding and idea of what the float is?
Thanks,
