New website up and running
https://mlfb.football/
The S-1 was made effective by the SEC, so
MLFB can start using the equity lines
whenever they want. This is huge news. It's exactly what we didn't have this past year that tanked the season.
I agree. There are around 70,000 college football players at any given time. Around 16,000 are draft eligible. Only 259 players go to the NFL each year. So that leaves thousands of players that could still want to play professional football and potentially sign with the MLFB. There is definitely not a shortage of players to fill the MLFB rosters.
I agree. I’m hoping that Frank is one step ahead of us on this matter.
I shared this on the MLFB Facebook page.
There needs to be an advertisement to promote investing in MLFB at the stadiums during game days. Maybe a halftime commercial explaining the availability and process of investing along with signs posted with all the pertinent information. As well as the plan to expand. Possibly, contrast this with the fact the the NFL doesn’t offer the ability to own professional football stock. The league needs to generate more money if it’s going to develop.
The Rock certainly has more “star power” but that doesn’t translate to professional football experience. Frank and the MLFB has been meticulously putting this league together, learning from the mistakes of past failed leagues and hiring professional football experienced staff members. Unlike the other leagues, MLFB is not trying to compete with the NFL but instead, become something to “feed” the NFL. Hopefully they have what it takes to make this league into something the NFL can benefit from.

I know a few years ago they had planned on having an actual season before pulling the plug. A think a demo season was just mentioned for this past year just to get up and running in light of Covid. They should have enough time by next Spring to put together a more complete season with the eight teams originally mentioned. I guess time will tell.
What does MJ and HEMP have to do with the integrity of ALKM?
I think that because they are on such a strict budget, they only allocated a certain amount of money towards advertisement. They may not want to advertise too early which could result in people losing interest or forgetting about MLFB by the time the games start. And they need people in the stands for revenue. I believe it’s all in the timing. So it’s possible that MLFB is being careful to time the PR’s with the start of the season.
For the last five years this league was potentially going to start each year only to “pull the plug” on the season causing the stock to go down. So, I understand some people being a little uneasy and dumping their shares, but I don’t see that happening this year. I see this as a buying opportunity. This league starts this year!
What is going on with Charles Schwab?
Since most revenue will be coming from ticket sales, I think investors may be cautious about COVID restricting fan attendance which in turn will limit revenue.
It's interesting that the XFL is going to have to buy all their equipment again. MLFB bought most of it after the XFL auctioned it off when they folded. So, essentially they are literally starting from scratch. Murtha needs to come out with a good publicizing strategy shortly though. Although the XFL folded in the past, The "Rock" is a pretty good name to have attached to your league. However, I really don't see the XFL as a threat to the MLFB. Seeing that both leagues have minimal teams, they might end up playing one another to broaden the competition. Possibly merging as the AFL and the NFL did in 1966.
5 years ago this was trading at $1.72 in the Fall o 2015 when investors thought MLFB was a definite go and was still trading over a dollar in the beginning of 2016.... before they pulled the plug on the season. Hoping this picks up the same traction with some positive news.
I saw an XFL advertisement last night during the playoff game. Still no MLFB advertisement.
So is .0001 the bottom?
Extremely low volume
How do we go from "Fireworks" this Friday to OTC placing a caution on ALKM and suspending quotes?
Thanks Here Today
Why is the bid only 9 cents

What’s the latest news on the spinoff shares?
It's been holding under a resistance of around $1.80 since mid January. Anyone think that this could finally break through in the next week? I'm wondering if this goes back down to form the other bottom of the "W" before it runs up. Any thoughts?
I received my additional shares today with Charles Schwab.
I see it dropped 11 cents after hours
Thanks Mrfox
So any shares by today at $.47 will remain at $.47?
Does anyone know how the split tomorrow will effect shares bought in the last couple of days?
Anybody else see the bottom "W" formed getting ready for a run up?
Thanks Leotrader211
Sorry guys for sounding so uneducated but I’m new to stocks and investing. So is this thing with ATNX good or bad?
Thanks Watcher. I am just learning the basics of reading charts. I truly appreciate your input.
Watcher, are there certain tactics that you are bias to. Such as moving averages that you use? Like 1, 2 or 3 lines? Simple or exponential?
