Honestly, what I have learned is that so many groups are in cahoots with one another and they dont care how exposed they are because they know nothing will be done. CPA firms, Auditing firms, Major Private companies, etc. So many people that essentially lie to your face. Fabrizio is real that is for sure. Had to take this private with his lawyer. Lawyer is going after Katzaroff in court. Anyway, unfortunately, you just have to play the trade and look at the lenders and the debt.

What crew man? I have conviction based on the fact I contacted everyone he spoke to. The hospitals, the conversations with societies, etc. Does that mean I wasn't mad at the individual. I continue to speak with the patent owner. The patent is real. Everything is real, Jim and his crew just used it plane and simple and that's not easy to parse out. You knew nothing. You didn't ask any questions. You just made assumptions. I should have seen RDGL for what it was. But even that was real. Fortunately they kicked out Katzaroff. That's the difficulties with this. This was a real company with a CEO that cared about hist interest. So, shut you damn mouth. You are lazy and walk around like you know what is going on. All you do is go board to board saying stuff like you do any form of work to actually find a legitimate company.

Pretty safe to say he is a major POS. All we can hope for now is someone else takes this over. It's a good shell with a good OS.

Incoming CEO's update the financials all the time. We have seen it with many examples of even some companies providing 10 years of backended financials, especially if nothing has happened with the company, and especially if the old CEO's are able to be contacted, which they are because many here have communicated with them including myself. I do not think the current CEO is unaware of this. And as for you Rule, every company getting current has to go through this process, it's nothing new. And you have no idea how hard or not hard it is to get this current, unless that is, you know something we do not?

Again, you are just stating your opinion. No one knows other than the current CEO's and former CEO/custodian who are probably talking to one another to help bring this current.

So, you randomly just peruse the boards for random penny stocks supposedly going to get current and warn everyone that it is a scam before anything happens? And that you know it wont get current because you have some sort of information that tells you this?

These figures he had brought up months ago. These are crazy figures because it establishes the company at a MC that is 9-figures based on their revs and growth trajectory. Which would ultimately mean a very little to no RS would be required, if they can get this dilution in order. Many here know what they are waiting for which has yet to come. That being stated, those numbers are crazy awesome.

Nothing new with Nils. It's always a late filing. I do not understand it but I wasn't expecting it to be filed on the due date. As for the audit, we still have end of this week. An update on the audit would be nice, his quiet presence is not very helpful.
