Probably best to market sell, get out quick, and don’t look back. Greener pastures elsewhere that would love the input and contributions.
My theory is Hsu is their financial guru. He setup OEC in Samoa as a tax haven for the Hsiao family. However, remember that Ta Hsin seems to own Orient Express. Ta Hsin is connected to Nam Liong. It’s a twisted web of companies. Hsu does seem to own Apollo Global, which owns Mars Global, which shares a logo with OEC, which is also registered in WV.
You are welcome to leave or wait like the rest of us. Many here are not worried about the day to day.
Only because shares can’t be sold. Anybody call a broker and see if this is consider unmarketable and eligible for a courtesy sale?
I’ve been around since the shell was cleaned up and sold the first time, so 4ish years. I ended up getting out before the r/s but kept watch here. The share structure and tax credits made this an attractive shell to me. I picked up 10k shares during the September deadline panic and keep adding little bits here and there. My average is around .51 now.
And FWAV keeps holding… people aren’t selling.
Part of the problem is many people like to join the conversation after they have shares. There just aren’t any shares available. I bet we have quite a few quiet folks trying to build a position but struggling to do so. We don’t even have any Twitter posters. Literally nobody but us talking about this.
I think this one is going to surprise folks. It could be a really good one.

Loads of new filings. Ties to Nam Liong Group confirmed! Micro float.
OS: 14.7M, Float <300k. Current cap <25M.

I updated the intro box. Let me know if you have any suggestions. I’ll add more later but I’m hoping it’s easy enough to follow.
We may see this all close before end of year at this pace. That may be what they are trying to do to have easier accounting.
I mean so far the possibilities range from a single factory US expansion of Nam Liong into WV all the way up to the entire Nam Liong Group and Apollo Global Corp. merging together under a US stock ticker. Good risk/reward here imo.

New Filings! 8k, 2x Form 3's, and 13D. Merger moving fast here.

Check out the tractor on the Apollo Global website:

Now compare to the owner of the old building in WV, Terramite... same tractor.
https://www.forconstructionpros.com/equipment/earthmoving-compact/product/10083090/terramite-by-terraquip-construction-products-inc-compact-tractorloaderbackhoes
Apollo, is linked to Mars and the old tractor manufacturer, and shares an office with one of our executives. I'm wondering if they decided they had a use for that building after all... a Nam Liong Group US office would be a good option, lol.
soooo many possible companies that can get rolled up here.....

From the 13D:
"It is the understanding of the Reporting Persons that the Company is in active discussions to acquire one or more companies affiliated with the executive officers and directors of the Company in the near future."
Now check out Mr Hsu... He owns Orient Express, a Samoan company...and is the CFO of Nam Liong Group...
"He is the director and controlling shareholder of Orient Express & Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the Company. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nam Liong Group General Management Office since April 2003"
"(b) OEC is the direct owner of 12,000,000,000 shares of Common Stock (the “Shares”) representing approximately 81.6% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock and shares the power to vote or to direct the vote and to dispose or direct the disposition of the Shares with Mr. Cheng Hsing Hsu. BAM, the Nam Liong building

I don't want to get too excited yet.....b-b-b-b-b-b-ut holy moly...
Hard to say. Could be another 14F to name additional advisors. This closes before the end of the year, so we’ll at least hear something by March 31st when the annual is due. However, I think you're right, we'll most likely see an 8k with an acquisition announcement.
My guess is PG Max is since they are listing that as the address. If they were a middle man, they wouldn’t be part of the shell purchase.
This is interesting for sure. You have a large Asian textile/chem company now linked to a warehouse in WV and a Samoan holding company through this ticker.
I can’t find reference to that company name anywhere. Once that building in WV closes and paperwork filed, we might have more crumbs.
8K came out Friday. We have new names and share counts. I have no idea what is going on now.

The address/building is a small farm equipment manufacturer that went out of business. The building was just purchased. It was set to be auctioned, but the auction was canceled. The miscellaneous equipment inside is being auctioned off still.

Orient Express & Co., Ltd. confirmed in Samoa.
Whatever you see on the L2 is what’s available. We’re unsolicited right now, so all orders showing are supposedly retail. No MM orders.
Not many orders left.
Here’s the thing, you are basing prediction of share price off of bitcoin price. The market cap here is $20M. With the amount of processing power they are planning for, it won’t take much to support a $20M cap. These guys are bringing a lot of hardware online. There is a reason they call themselves a “high performance computing” company and not mining.
Interesting blurb about Nam Liong Group's total revenue:
http://www.manufacturers.com.tw/showroom-3649-1-2-0-3847.php
No matter what we get here, there's some serious horsepower behind it.
My guess is we’ll hear more right after the new year. Looks like change of control happens around December 27.
Rereading the 14F, it mentioned the two Hsiao directors are siblings.
I’m still amazed how few shares are available here. The people posting on this board may very well hold half the float. Remember the 14F mentioned two parties that hadn’t filed paperwork indicating significant ownership of more than 10%. Now, they couldn’t have 10%+ of the 14M due to the breakdown in the 14F, but they very well may have had enough prior to the issuing of new shares. That would tie up at least another 20% of the float. Interesting setup for sure.
Next, I would like to see Teng Po Hsiao elected as chairman. If so.....
https://www.marketscreener.com/business-leaders/Teng-Po-Hsiao-08XQF7-E/biography/
The same people are interconnected throughout the whole Nam Liong group. All these companies listed seem to belong to Nam Liong.
Nam Liong Global, which is only one part of the entire Nam Liong Group, is trading ~$70-80M cap. Nam Liong Group has 8 affiliate branches all with multiple companies underneath.
https://www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/NAM-LIONG-GLOBAL-CORPORAT-20699735/company/
If we're lucky, this is really big. They have no reason to hold back either. The float makes up less than 2% of the overall shares. Lots of possibilities here.
There is one possibility here that is a bit of a stretch…
Orient Express is based in Samoa. Orient Express owns 12M of the 14.7M OS. Ta Hsin, who appears to own the Orient Express name, is based in Hong Kong. Nam Liong is based in Taiwan. I’m wondering if they are trying to roll up a bunch of these companies into an offshore tax haven.
800MW by 2025. Edgemode plans to have an additional 600MW online Q1 2022. Think about that…
More connections.

You can find me on Twitter for PM. Sharing helps everyone. I enjoy digging.
Actually, per that trademark document, I think Ta Hsin Co owns Orient Express. This organization seems massive and spread across many countries. Lots of production facilities for chemicals and textiles.
What I can’t find (yet) is how Ta Hsin Co fits into Nam Liong Group.

A couple more tidbits...
http://www.namliong-group.com/en/introduce.php
The president of Nam Liong Group is Mr Deng-Po Xiao. It sounds like X and Hs are interchangeable depending on the translation method.
I believe it's all a family empire, but could be wrong. Hard searching in mandarin jumping between translations.
I think they are taking a portion of the family empire public in the US. There is always the pipe dream of the entire Nam Liong group going public, but I don't think Orient Express would own shares in that instance. I think the most likely scenario is we are getting some rollup of the New Development companies. Hard to even estimate what we could be looking at with the spider web of companies and translation differences.

Notice the background logo for Nam Liong Group. Translated caption:
"The land bank co-organized the NT$950 million and US$1.5 million joint loan of Nanliang Industrial Co., Ltd. and TA HSIN CO., LTD. and GLOBAL WEALTH CORP. The fundraising has been successfully completed and was successfully completed on December 19, 100 The joint loan signing ceremony was held in the new factory of Nanliang Company, and the chairman of the land bank Wang Yaoxing signed a joint credit agreement with the chairman of Nanliang Industrial Co., Ltd. Not yet. Too many connections to Nam Liong. Nam Liong Global is just an arm of the bigger a Nam Liong Group. We’re mostly tied to the New Development arm.
And pre split. OTCM shows 14.7M outstanding aligning with the shares issued as described in the filing.

Are we getting all of Nam Liong Group or are we getting some sort of New Development spinoff?
What I can't tell is what all is technically included in the Nam Liong Group or are these other groups separate entities. A rollup would be juicy...
Nam Liong Group trades at the equivalent of a ~70M USD cap on the Taiwan market.
