Yep. Same game day after day. Wrong information. CELZ is a Nevada corporation not Delaware. CELZ has issued and pending patents. CELZ has an increasing doctor base. Those are the true facts. Everyone should do their own DD. Its all there.
Please show us proof that CELZ owns Angiostem. If we don't then no reason for an 8k.
Talking about Amniostem or Angiostem? Confusing people. And what does Angiostem have to do with CELZ?
In depth DD Doc.
CELZ stem cell treatment for erectile dysfunction
Isn't CMH a private company? I don't understand what this has to do with CELZ shareholders?
Let's chip in and buy the bus ticket! lol
I think you're misreading it. They they trained more doctors in 2019, doesn't mean that's all they have. Also, why would they do national commercials? That's expensive. Run commercials where the doctors are. That make sense. This isn't like a pill that can be mailed all over. Just my opinion.
Sharp people running FBIO. Been loading for a while. Can't figure why stock is down so far from 5/18. Regardless, IMO buying opportunity still is there.
Agree with you Win. In 45 days since last update the company has hit those goals. Any business person knows things take time to come to fruition. Especially in technical fields. Some people gripe but could they do this? We hold strong, the company keeps reaching its goals and the world keeps turning... CELZ!
Makes me dizzy! lol
Thanks
I'm trying to understand how all this works. Weren't you really positive the other day? Now negative. Kinda confused? Can anyone else fill me in?
Send them your resume.
Just names that are on other stock L2's. Come across surfing the internet and watching too much CNBC. Again no opinion may mean nothing, just more curiosity than anything on a morning with too much time on my hands. lol
I bought some back in 2016 at $2.00, just let it sit because it wasn't a huge investment. Darn happy with the gain in SP in 30 months. Sometimes better to buy a good stock and forget about it. Boy I wish I'd have bought more. I'm sure everyone has felt that way on a stock.
I "ain't going anywhere"!
Fingers crossed on this one. Sold out some at a crummy 68% loss, needed to move dead money to something else. Ouch. Still think its a good company but SP is depressing. I'm sure executive of CYTX are knee deep in trying to stabilize. Good luck guys. I'm still in and hopeful.
Saw Paulsen, Maxim and Cantor on L2. Recognizable names. No clue what that means, does anyone have an opinion?
I saw this some time ago, the reference to Warren Buffet reminded me. No real point here but just found it a fun read considering their current market cap.

Go CELZ!!!
Hard to figure CYTX out. News of a big royalty didn't help price. Down over 70% now. OUCH! Had to take some off the table, lick my wounds and move on. Still holding small position, hoping for green someday.
No opinion here, just venting. GL CYTX, let's turn things around.
Thanks Can... This video explains the clinical trial process in an understandable way. A lot goes into this process. CELZ is the real deal despite what the few may try to imply.
Aren't there other bigger companies doing this too? Anyone familiar with others in this space and their progress? Can TSOI handle the financial burden? Serious questions not being negative.
Amen brother! Old crap that longs have seen thrashed about long ago.
Stem Spine too!
Owning the trademark and the caverstem.com domain is another layer in building an identity for the long term. Buttoning up all the details like usual. What will be the name of the female sexual dysfunction? Several domains have been registered in that area. Picking a good one out is a challenge?
CELZ
Stem Cells already being used in heart.

Me too! I'm a buy and hold guy. Got caught up with IH chatter and thought I'd give the buy and flip a try. OOPS!
Back to buy and hold mentality for me. Time for a nap! lol
Congrats! I'm a long long. I appreciate fundamentals but can't argue with anyone taking profits. Thank goodness I have the ability to sit back and watch. Old and comfortable... lol
CYTX
Me too 69. Patience is the key in biotech. I have a day job so gains can come in time.
Excellent question. Does their patent portfolio and projected milestones warrant this future valuation of price? What's interesting is they've reached the price before their reverse. I'm upside down but continue to hold.
CYTX
Excellent points SB. Agree 100%. To add, here are a couple links from major universities about their stem cell successes. Stem Cells are legit. So is CELZ. Good reading.
CELZ!

CELZ is comprised of scientists that develop cutting edge stem cell technology, doctors (surgeons) that deal in the real world of life and death with their patients and executives that navigate between this science and clinical application with doctors and then the public markets and the business.
If we look at that I think we can all better understand their discipline in operating the company. You don't fluff and CELZ doesn't. Tell it the way it is. Can anyone here imagine what it takes to tell a family that their loved one may die? This is reality.
I found a good article on one of the CELZ Directors. It's a few years old but I think it speaks of the seriousness and skill of the CELZ team.
I'm sure any one of us would come running if we or a loved one needed their talented people.

You need to do the DD on CELZ. It appears you don't understand the business model. Look through the Caverstem website to start. Branding and new patient traffic because of recognition of Caverstem. Acquiring new patients and retaining them. Science backed. Big name doctors. All tangible assets. Good for all involved IMO
CELZ
CELZ debt: You're looking at this wrong. The $6 million you quote is a derivative. Losses in GAAP accounting factor in converted debt at a price and then the increased price of the stock. CELZ up over 1200% since April, this increases the derivative. Debt is a necessary evil. Read a while back that MSF* did a debt issue of $17B or so. And they are who they are.
All's well in the world.... CELZ
Where did you see that Caverstem clinical trial is delayed? Please provide links as proof before you make such statements.
Go CELZ!
To your point GG and I don't disagree but I think CELZ 10Q amendment was more of a housekeeping issue that wasn't perceived as a negative. Reclassifying a $12,500 note reflected in the footnotes is getting deep in the weeds of transparency. I wonder how many companies would just let it go? Especially on the OTC.
IMO I interpret this as positive and for those such as yourself and the others that can an do understand filings I think you agree. Unfortunately there are those that react on misinformation.
CELZ is reporting like a NASDAQ. A culture that helps as the company moves forward.
Thanks for everyone's great DD. Makes for productive dialogue.
Again, all about the timing
CELZ....
Thanks ES. Good CELZ read.
Didn't post the link referenced in last CELZ post. My bad.
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20150205006543/en/Creative-Medical-Health-Files-Patent-Multiple-Sclerosis
CELZ
Here's a press release from 2015 by Creative Medical Health (affiliate of CELZ) where they filed a patent on stem cell treatment for multiple sclerosis (utilization of stem cells to selectively suppress Immunological attack on the brain).
From a non MD or PhD perspective this appears that they are already incubating intellectual property in an area that may also relate to Parkinson Disease. I believe I read somewhere in one of CELZ filings or press releases the mention of Parkinson Disease, although I can't find it now.
Excellent points IG it'll be interesting to read what other DD contributors to this page have to say. Especially those with a medical or scientific background as you must have based on the depth of your posts.
Thanks everyone for their intelligent DD. Fundamentals do matter to long term investors. I've always rooted for the tortoise over the hare.
Uva, with all due respect, are you a PhD? If so, in what field? Personally I think CELZ is releasing information prudently. They can't feed information just because of an appetite for constant news. IMO
CELZ$
CELZ filed a Form with the SEC requesting the 5 day extension to file the 10Q. They filed the extension on time and got the Q in on time. CELZ didn’t file late. They used an available extension for more time. And YES this all happened around the time of the AUA conference. CELZ obviously plays by the rules.
