a good question. after following for so long, I am hoping that something positive will come to pass. The science is good and it remains to be seen how it will all play out. Selling anywhere near these levels just did not make sense to me, maybe for you or others.... that is your choice.
after 732 posts re: CYGX just confused why if you are so clear that this is nothing why you are still here...or do you see something on the horizon that is positive?
It feels like we have been here before... it becomes like a nuclear winter..... and powwwwwwwww it awakens out of the dust with a new spin. I checked a few minutes ago and there is still a Cytogenix website with today's date.....
I have said it before and I will say it again.... I am hanging with you guys just to see the next version of Cytogenix(Cryogenix). I feel that if it were really over... there would have been alot more shares sold on the way down and we would be sub .01 --- not that I want that proved to me of course, but I feel that there are those in the know that are holding for a better reason than ME, time will tell, I still added some shares to the hold pile, we'll see............comtek :)
nice volume, nice close yesterday, hopeful they make it w/o RS
I am still holding an accumulating too. I like the thought "interesting"... just gonna hang around to see this one evolve. You know before the last round of PRS and news... it was dead silent for a long time... Better that a sopa opera. Just sad the way investors have been whip sawed around. I know I sound naive to one who is just come around in 2010... but, some of you have been following this for a long time too. Hopefully someone will get a hold of the helm here and make a constructive go of it. happy New Year guys............. comtek
Hey guys, I'm still around... I bought some yesterday, but I have to admit I have no idea what is going on. Just here to see it through....I have been just keep reading and analyzing what you and the others think.
Happy Holidays, comtek
I have always liked the science... just not sure who and where it lay? So much info and conjecture... this will be interesting regardless... I hate to think latest run was all smoke and mirrors.
it would be a shame if this science gets mishandled too much more, already weird... we need an intervention for sure. maybe Rick Barry can hit us a 3 pointer from halfcourt here- something is a foot
I think the noisy ones got their lower shares or jumped ship to head for greener pastures, rest were eaten by sharks. Others sold at higher levels and feel great trying to decide to buy back now or see if we move lower ---half worried news will happen and they will get left out....alot of ones in the know, or just know someone who knows are holding onto alot of shares still.
I held most and got some more here at these prices... been here so long it just makes sense to hang with you guys......just my thoughts
seems like a good long term play at these prices since they have a viable future in a growing niche, alot of volume to be just individuals picking up shares, seem like bigger blocks, just my thoughts
I am long on this one also. This week was a great op to add some.
Cy Stein, if I recall correctly has been one of the few that has been on board CYGX since as long as I can recall. If you wanted someone to write the CYGX past up to now, he would probably be the guy. A positive sign to see him still involved and doing more. If things were not looking good , he probably would have vanished by now IMHO........comtek
I picked up some more at .11 after the indecision chart read. There will be lots of opportunitites to buy and sell. I hold most long so if news comes out, I won't left in the the dust. If the chart holds, it is good to just buy more on weakness points. I'm a long, so, you just have to wait and listen. If you are a trader, this one could really test you like a guess your weight guy at the fair.
.28 close Friday............. comtek
hdhick, I am not new to investing for sure.....my point is that there are many here holding that are not daytraders as a higher % than usual imho. I agree with you on the difference between the 2.... night and day agreed, it is relevant that it gives a little more stability to this and will help support it if we do get some PR's that have substance.
Alot of shareholders around for a long time that have held and sold i am sure very intrigued. No fear here to sell, no reason in chart or news otherwise. Holders and buyers keeping it stable poised for some news... or not. If you go back to original investors in SEC docs, most came in at .23, .25, ,27 from my memory(so be kind out there)a long time ago... they have held, sold, given away, burned or forgotten and seemed to be deep pocket folks that are probably grazing on this and picking up shares here and there. Probably each day now someone is telling someone, hey remember CYGX, something just woke it up!..... time will tell, anyone negative on this now is just trying to drop the price to buy it(frustrated they just missed .01-.04) or why would they be lurking on this board... what would be the point?
it is transparent and won't shake me, I have been here too long now.... I would not leave this curiosity if you wave a stick at me. we will just keep each other company at this point and share any info that seems relevant as it reveals itself and talk about the science to understand things better, that is why this board is here. always some to play games, expected.......
holycow, there is much I do not know also. One theory I have is that this went dormant long enough to get certain parties off the bus- out of the picture and let time expire on certain arrangements. Now it is coming back to life to us. I have been following this since 1999. If a reverse split would have happened.. it would have already for sure. I thought it might have a year or two ago and did not. They did go through a period of raising money by selling cheap company shares I recall that added to the dilution years ago. Alot of float has gotten sucked up at .01-.02 for sure. You had to be quick when it peaked above .02-.03--- alot of folks picked up on it...I had to alerts going off daily this summer....quiet accumulation over a lnog period of time-- in march and april it was very quiet and started to perk up in May---was hard to detect earlier in the year-----if you followed this for awhile--- you just could not watch it anymore in March--- I just kept the shares parked for my kids someday... or not....---One wild card is that if the shares were mostly aquired by longs, it will help this rise in share price to be stable.... who knows---Only recently has this board gotten active again and the company has gone a long time without news, PRs and such. When you add it all up, something really good is happening or it is alot of hype. I am leaning toward something good with the individuals involved and the sequence and timing of events in the last 6 months. This is my untechnical assessment. Science has always been good IMHO........... comtek
holycow, no worries, I am getting older... I have aged a decade following this company and I feel it is waking up after a quiet period. Science is good.
Well, I might as well tell you I am still around too.... been here since... well the first board I guess. Good to see some familiar names on the board- Still held some shares... oops....and bought some more before we started moving again. We will see... the science and technology has always seemed good to me. They just have to put a good team togehter and figure a way to pay for it all until it comes to fruition, cautiously optimistic..........comtek
Good to see some accumulation for whatever reason.....alot of it momentum I am sure....good one to buy and hold also.....many were waiting to see a bottom then jump back on in....comtek
What's up with this company lately? Anyone know?
I believe Agoracaom is a website for information and CLBE is a biotech umbrella facilitating company with patents and great potential seeking growth and profitability.
Agoracom is just a conduit for information that could not control the content and seemed very flimsy. It became a chat board because posters took advantage of the flexibility...not Agora's fault....just is what it is. I thought it was great until there were no controls. What made it neat also made it suffer...and I believe that is all that happened. IMHO it is a neutral occurrence.
News or not it is a good time to add to holdings...a lot of potential here........comtek

Word is getting out.....
Gonna be a great one! Happy New Year.....comtek
Last day trading was 52 trades with block volume 1,572,000, approx....that has the aroma of accumulation to me.
Glad to see corporate website updated with all the latest PR's.
Technical resistance re-tested. With some good news and current direction of the company. Direction should be positive.
Happy New Year to all.....comtek
We do have some very good things to focus on. Hopefully the posts will become a little more neutral. I have followed this board for many years. Just before Chipped left as moderator things started getting pretty dicy. It was coinciding with the price deteriorating and loosing momentum...and so did the board. We went a long time with no moderator and this board was blowing in the breeze there for awhile. I keep on reading every post and hoping for this more positive and substantiated time we are having.
I must say though all along the way I was always able to extract valuable viable information and Skooby has always been like a lighthouse in the fog blinking away. I have continued to accumulate in good times and bad and I like the direction this board is going in. I am sure it will be more positive days ahead but there will always be those with hidden agendas and misinterpreted on any board no matter the success of any company. This board has helped me hold on to a position while nose diving into the .20's and .30's and coming back to fight are way basing back up. This has been a challenging one to hold unless you believed in the technology, your own DD and the team and then this board has made it a little easier IMHO.
My new years wish for this board is that we tolerate those that have an opinion and thank the current moderator for staying on.
Happy New Year to all, this is always been one of the best boards I have been a part of. I thank the current moderators............comtek
CLBE tax selling for Year end over....look forward to 2006. Happy new year to the board followers here.....comtek
Skoob,
There is more going on than we see... i feel it.
After so many years of holding this one....this is the good part.
Our time is near.............
Skoob, I knew a day would come when things would get more positive from board members....good to see. Happy holidays

Subject: Clbe investor!!!!! Here is the reason for the recent decline.......

CONVERTIBLE NOTES, CONVERTIBLE NOTES,
management are being fool by the creditors, the creditors have 60days since july 8 2005 to convert their notes to common shares, and they want the close trading price as low as they can, so they can convert the notes to total of 56 millions shares, but DO NOT WORRY since the fair value for the company suppose to be $0.23 X 39.000.000 shares(before dilution)= about 8 millions, now they have almost 100 millions outstanding shares= so the fair value is suppose to be $0.08 X 100.000.000= 8 millions, so after 60 days from 8 july 2005 or 6 september 2005, the price will jump to 8 cents, yes, 8 cents, coz the creditors already get the shares that they want. All the recent decline is being manupulate by the creditors, BUT there is a risk that the stock price will not jump if and only if the creditors start selling their shares, THAT's the nightmare for LONGS, the creditors only paid $2 millions for 56 millions shares, they got a good deal, they only pay 3.5 cents a share, so at the current price of $0.044, they still make money, so I could say that the bottom of clbe.ob is probably $0.035 but the upside could be $0.08 (if we count the fair value as I described above),We all know that management should not make this stupid deal that cause 150% dilution....I don't know whether they did it in purpose or they just need the money desperately.....good luck longs, I will hold my shares though, the market cap now is only about $4millions, you only pay $4millions for 4 subsidiaries, and one of them is a stem cell company, look at the cheapest stem cell company around, at least they worth for $10 millions......
The Good news:
1. the management put a limitation of 4.99% for each creditor to own the company's total shares at one time. So the 4 creditors only can convert at most 16-17% of the total shares, 3 creditors has a right to convert 5% each and 1 creditor only can convert about 2%.
2. the management has a right to buy back the notes if the stock price go below 14 cents, that's a good one.....but i don't know how they can get the funds......(?????)
3. Maybe the creditors had only converted their notes to common stock on july 8 2005 at 9 cents, coz, at that time they had a right to convert their notes at 9 cents, and it looked preety reasonable since the stock price was at 20 cents, they made a profit for 11 cents on paper gain, if they already did, this action will explain the recent slide, coz they might already sold the shares all the way down from 20 cents to 9 cents, I don't understand for some people who sell it below 9 cents, the company itself tought that the fair value of the company is 9 cents.
The Bad news:
1. for the next conversion for the convertible notes, the creditors might get very very cheap, coz they can convert it to 50% of average of three lowest trading stock price, and it would be less than 2.5 cents, BUT BUT remember the management could buy back the notes if the stock price go below 14 cents, and I really hope the management will do so, it's so stupid if they let the creditors to convert the notes at that price level.
And the good news for someone who bought at below 9 cents:
DON'T worry coz it'll go back up to 9 cents, 9 cents is the fair value of the company...................
GOOD LUCK LONGS, once lifestem get a partner to develope the logistic device, at that time longs will be rich, especially for someone who bought at below 9 cents..........

I had a buy for 3000 shares at the ask and it took awhile to fill all of it.....it seemed as if there were no shares available for .42 , maybe less at play than you think....and that's a good thing
AAAS Applauds Sen. Frist's Stem Cell Stance
As news and comments emerge...the position investors hold are swayed. This could account for recent volatility in the stock price....just a good buying opportunity to me..The fed gov support is dicy in this area and I feel as time goes by it will be more acceptable. KD Medical already deals with the NIH....there may some in roads there...
this article had some interesting points:
http://www.aaas.org/news/releases/2005/0729stemcell.shtml
July 29th, 2005 - Since 2001 when stem cell research first captured our nation’s attention, I’ve said many times the issue will have to be reviewed on an ongoing basis -- and not just because the science holds tremendous promise, or because it’s developing with breathtaking speed.
http://frist.senate.gov/index.cfm?FuseAction=Speeches.Detail&Speech_id=257
Sen. Orrin G. Hatch (R-Utah), who has been among the most active supporters of stem cell research, said a veto is no longer a certainty.
"I personally think this ought to convince the president this research should go forward," he said in an interview. As Bush reviews the issue, Hatch said, "he will, like many others, say, 'What's wrong with helping the living?' "
But White House spokesman Scott McClellan said Bush stood by his threat.
"The president's made his position clear," McClellan said. "There is a principle involved here from the president's standpoint when it comes to issues of life."
Scientists, patient groups and a wide majority of Americans embrace the research because of the potential the cells hold for morphing into any type of cell or tissue in the human body. Early work suggests that the regrown cells could enable patients with cancer, Parkinson's disease, diabetes and spinal cord injuries to be treated with their own natural materials.
Because embryonic stem cells can "renew and replicate themselves infinitely," they are "uniquely necessary for potentially treating [other] diseases," Frist said.

I think between .08 and .15 is a good long term buy imho. I have been buying between .09 and .12...
Although they are making alot of shares available...their plan is good if they can get the sum of the parts firing on all cylinders........comtek
ask is back to .15 from .165 it goes to .23
those are just of record...direct ownership...does not count brokerage accounts
