How about: Bob was supposedly "looking" for iron ore,
when he should have been looking at iron bars!
bzbsintl, you are credible, an asset to this board, and seem
like a fine person.
Sylvrewynde, I respect your research, it is superb!
What is ironic is, if Bob had a legitimate mining operation and knew how to efficiently run it, he would have more wealth than he has reaped by scamming decent people.
Within a Shakespearean perspective, Bob seems like a pathetic, tragic figure.
If it can be proved, and a complicated task that might be, that CWRN never had the legal rights to mine in Mindoro, that could be the noose that allows us to legally hang Bob!
Have a good weekend !!!
Appears "Bobby" is doing what history has demonstrated Bobby does best: selling boatloads of stock; most recently, IMMN shares. The cash flow from this process could provide( after paying Bobby's travel expenses as he scours the world seeking the next iron ore bonanza that the company expects will showers great prosperity on its loyal shareholders, and after
compensating himself for time spent sending love emails to shareholders revealing potentially exciting developments) funds for a webdesigner.
Shareholders now salivating over the issusing of the IMMN dividend ( now worth a whopping .0008 per share), wondering if the dispersement will be made before or after the possible reverse split!
HMGP stock on brink of Bearish 50/200 MA Crossover !
One needs more than military experience to be a great CEO!
1998 : BOD of Corporate Vision Inc. appoints Keith Anderson as president and CEO.
2001 (April 17): Keith resigns as CEO of Corporate Visions Inc.
Corporate Visions Inc. 10ksb filing with SEC (5/23/03) " From Aug 1998 - 2001, companies principal business was to act as an incubator, consultant, and strategist to emerging growth companies.. In Feb. '01 .. all the investments have been written down to zero and the company believes that none have
any realizable value."
Pre reverse split vs. Post reverse split : the rest of the story!
Pre reverse:
11/14/06 Bullit " I'm buying... at .02 cents"
If only 100,000 shares were bought at .02 = $2,000
6 for 1 split results in owning 600,000 shares
Post 1 for 500 reverse;
600,000 shares becomes 1,200 x .05 = $60 a 97% loss.
Putting that in perspective if CWRM ran to $1 next week that
would still yield a loss of 40% on the initial investment.
Pre reverse: 6 billion shares authorized
Post reverse: 100 million shares authorized. This equates to
50 billion shares pre reverse.
Bullit want to clearly assure shareholders now there won't be any dilution through the end of '07.
Bullit in your last post you seem to imply that CWRN might have been in dire straits. Who was responsible for that? Mexicans. Quite a contrast to what your 11/16/06 post stated " This little company is in great shape."
0 shipments of ore. 0 revenues. 0 profit
For most, management's credibility is non existent.
The proof of the pudding is in the eating; and the pudding has been rancid!
OT Most well educated people would understand that "Wall Street" was used metaphorically !
Management's actions have been cunning; shrewed; brutal.
Like US soldiers being trampled and dragged by the Somalians
through the streets of Mogadishu, retail shareholders have been economically trampled and dragged by management through the canyons of Wall Street.
Pathetic !!
Add this Bullit quote from yesterday:
"... But I'm loading my wagon with this stock. "
to his other quotes listed in post 1633.
Don't be modest. Which one of you institutional megalomaniacs just sold that block of 1,200 shares at .0001?
Bullit posted:
7/13/06: " I'm going to buy as much as I can afford and get
off at 150/175."
9/25/06: " I'm trying to buy in as much as I can afford."
"...its 0.06 as I write this note. "
" I'm secure that there will be no split either
foward or reverse."
11/14/06: " I'm buying in as much as I can today....at
0.02 cents...."
11/15/06: "...I'm a happy shareholder at this stage...."
11/16/06: " .. this little company is in great shape. "
12/14/06: "... At this time I'm buying as many shares as I can."
4/10/07: ".. the company is fine, in great shape."
Joev2 has hit the bull's-eye again. Last July there were 67,753,000 shares outstanding; now there are more than 4
billion shares outstanding. NSS, MM's, and shorters did NOT issue those shares and they are NOT responsible for the stocks plunge to .0002: that is a FACT!
Aditionally, every scholarly study analyzing the effect of a RS on the post split performance of the stock, concludes that there is a very high probability that the post split shares will decline in price.
If management is fixated on a RS in the near future, I contend their primary objective for doing so would be to further dilute.
There are many intelligent individuals running small public companies, but intelligence is not synonymous with wisdom.
This stock's precipitous decline for the last 12 months is a direct reflection of management being either crooked or incompetent. Excuses such as promoters did this, MM's did that, landowners were greedy, ore was low grade, etc. are nothing more than rationalizations for inept managerial decision making. Dumping billions of shares and then doing a joint venture is ludicrous. A joint venture should have been done as soon as the focus for generating revenues shifted to the Philippines.
If my families' name was part of a public companies' name that I was running, and I buried my retail shareholders the way this company has, I'd be mortified, ashamed, disgraced, and embarrassed.
Up to this point, this company should have been called:
Cotton & Western Mine Field.
Think your suffering from "postamania". Company can redeem the Series E stock (3,042 shares), by paying $5,000 for each of the Series E shares , plus accrued 14% dividend/ year since issued. Cost for company: $15,210,000 plus accrued dividend.
Critical unknown factor to John and Jane Q. Public, what is DANS debt?
Technicals indicate that stock has a high probability of going over .11.
The market has its capricious moments, but during the last three trading days DANS stock has been consistent inasmuch as it has been impossible to buy at the bid. Furthermore, the low bid/ask for each of those days (a) has not lasted very long, because (b)
there weren't many shares available to buy at the low ask.
Prosperous gambling to all!
Bravo 'joev2' for your well articulated comments.
Your frustration runneth over, and rightfully so. Fact is, all longs who climbed aboard the CWRN ship have had their financial heads severely bloodied! Even loyal shareholders have a threshold of acceptability. It is understandable, at this point in time, why shareholders who put their faith in Bob are wondering if it was blind faith.
Bullit69, your posts provide " food for thought", but I choked on your statement that " No one is selling ". The chart of CWRN's stock price for 2006 proves conclusively that selling has been essentially unrelentless, and has consistently far exceeded buying. Recent explosion of authorized shares, on the heels of increase in outstanding shares, legitimizes fears of dilution without resolution. No one doubts the company has assets; longs question how much more devastation to their portfolios will be inflicted before
any revenue from those assets becomes a reality.
The best source of promotion for this company would be production.
Overall, it seems like a fine group of posters here, you deserve to make some money for your trust in Bob, hope that happens for you.
ot. Castle,
Your masterful, phantasmagorical graphics are reflections of a brilliant mind!
joev2,
Seems the problem with crediting "new" CWRN shares to accounts is confined to TDA. The split adjusted shares were in my account, at a broker other than TDA, Tuesday morning by the opening of trading!
TDA has come under a lot of fire lately for restricting online trading of stocks, and for their alledged complicity in naked short selling. They may now be overcompensating for these criticisms. Bottom line: TDA's service to you, and "Machiavelli", regarding the split shares is abominable!
P.S. My conclusion on this matter is based on my having had accounts with many different brokerages during my lifetime, as well as working at a Wall Steet firm, quite a few years ago.
Good luck, and an A+ on promptly reporting CWRN news releases to this board!
Number of authorized shares do NOT automatically adjust for stock splits.
Authorized shares had to be increased first ( it is now 1 billion shares) in order for the foward split to take place.
Unless changed in the future by an amendment, number of authorized shares will remain the same after split.
"Cannot be shorted " until it is listed on the Frankfurt Exchange.

joev2,
Basically, FOB means Free On Board
If CWRN, for example, was shipping FOB that would mean they would be responsible for paying all expenses up to and including loading the iron ore on a ship at the port of shipment. Once the ore was "on board", CWRN's financial obligations would be fulfilled.
CIF means Cost,Insurance,Freight
If CWRN was shipping CIF, they would have the same costs incurred in shipping FOB, PLUS the costs of shipping and insuring the ore until it was delivered to the place of destination.
Knowing the above, it becomes clear why CWRN would charge a buyer less if the ore was being shipped FOB, than if it was being shipped CIF.
Have a good trip. You will enjoy Medellin. Take a ride on the Metro - it is incredibly clean - No loitering, no shoes permitted on seats. MGMX's office is located in the most affluent part of Medellin - El Poblado - naturally it is in the commercial part. Entrance to office is on street level. You will enter into a reception area. Executives are upstairs.
Secretary is very friendly, but that is common among "Paisas".
Too bad you missed the Feria De Las Flores. Don't wear a lot of flashy expensive jewelry while walking around. If company officials offer to take you to a mine area, I would go. Since you don't know the country, I would not go there by yourself.
I think you should stick to drinking bottled water. Aguardiente is popular alcoholic drink - smooth, but strong.
Key: how are and how will they finance operations? You will be glad you made the trip even if you don't get the all the facts! Vaya bien!
sipe,
If your order was to buy 50,000 shares at .06, I'm certain that you were filled. I watched the trades very closely today.
There were quite of few trades of 50,000 shares that were executed at .06 and below. From mid afternoon to closing, relatively speaking, there was an avalanche of selling and the MM's were quick to move their bids and asks down. For example, about 1 pm there were about 5 MM's with bids of .05, by about 2 pm there were only a few at .05 and most were in the .04 zone. Ask for about the last half hour of trading was .055, and you could buy for less than ask. Fact is there were a lot of shares for sales even after the update was released. I think Cotton is honest, but that didn't help produce significant profits from Mexico nor anything from Yukon. Mexico "seemed" promising until analysis of cores. Two keys now are: (1) what will the results be when core samples are analyzed from Mindoro, (2) If the Mindoro deposits are economically viable to mine, how astute will Cotton be in financing the operation. If (1) is favorable, hopefully Cotton's being taken to the cleaners by promoters, will make him tread extremely carfully in obtaining (2). The lendors can make the promoters look like diciples of Mother Teresa.
Good luck.
Exceedingly intriguing day of trades for AURC. Disproportunate
number of trades and volume at ask, as a percentage of total trades and volume. Ideally, would have liked to see stock price hit .083, but you take or refuse what is offered. At 10:30, when the stock was at .088x.089,placing a buy order wasn't such an easy decision to make. Don't think retail bought any at .088, best I could do was hit ask, and buy at .089. Purchased more today at higher prices. Have been consistently buying at .10 and under ever since stock pathetically fell to .10 in July. Time will be the judge as to whether buying now is wise or foolish. Today, at least, for AURC longs, was a day of resuscitation!
eik, Very astute analysis. For the board, you are a valued "natural resource".
"Johnny"
Post 6590 was pure spam - absolutely nothing to do with MGMX.
Same poster back again today, post 6645, same spam. Time to get the bug spray out!
At the time I posted, the MM sitting on the ask was making a concerted effort to keep the ask from increasing using the technique I detailed. I know that from experience and from the way my orders were being handled.
MM's strategy to continue that approach was changed when a barrage of incoming buy orders, at the ask, with greater volume, appeared.
Blatant Market Matching Manipulation this afternoon.

S.O.P. by Scottrade = Standard Operating Procedure when their computer screens encounter atypical and unaccounted for, volume characteristics in a stock. You can buy all the AURC shares you want by calling your Scottrade broker and placing the buy through them - you will only be charged the online fees. Computer alert was triggered at 3:50 PM on 8/29. Once initiated, the change in buy order procedure usually stays in effect for 3 business days. Scottrade's temporary change regarding placing online buy orders for AURC is NOT based on any positive or negative fundamental information they have about the company. You can place sell orders online.

Yes! Also filled LOWER than .012, yesterday, late in trading session.
"Anyone buying now is either a genius or insane."
Could be neither of the two, one or the other, or both!
" I have a huge order in at .012 and they won't go anywhere near it."
I placed an order to buy 10 million shares the other day in the same neighborhood. Order stayed in till close. When the closing bell rang, it was difficult to contain my excitement
at having bought a staggering 10,000 shares.
Did purchase some yesterday at .012 on a partial fill, bought more this morning in the same neighborhood. Put me down on the buyers side of the ledger, even though PBLS isn't my "soul mate."
Every trading day is a new chapter in the PBLS drama.
P.S. Someone in family received their PBLS stock certificate on 8/17, two days after buyback deadline.
P.P.S. Roach says he will take Applebee's over wife - the former gives him food for his stomach; the latter, food for thought!
Have a good day!
xray,
Was just perusing your post from Thursday, and when you mentioned .013 and mid December'05 that rang a loud bell. History is very revealing, so I thought I would refer you and others to 5 posts from December 19, 2005 : an ideal, marvelous, superb day to buy PBLS. (Please feel free to go back and read each of the the following 5 posts in their entirety.)
POST: 7693 by mthead:(His only post that day.) It is a post
in which he vents his anger at those
who objected to the negative things
he said about PBLS in the past.
Absolutely nothing is mentioned about
PBLS being in a buy zone
POST: 7708 by cowboy: " I think the bottom is now in."
POST: 7714 by me ( My only post that day and the longest of
the 5 posts highlighed here.) I wrote I had
bought a substantial number of shares, that
my best purchase of the day was at .0133,
and that I thought the stock would be higher
in January.

Have a Good Weekend.
P.S. Roach, beware of what Asus has in his can!
Nothing like a tantalizing, irresistible, summer barbecue. Thank you for "sharing" so magnanimously. Stuffed " myselves",
yet no sign of indigestion, nor anxiety. Delectable. Complements to the chef: hope it wasn't roach.
Have a good day; life is about more than where the price of a stock is!
My schizophrenic personality, uncharacteristically, unanimously casts its two votes for the " Lover of Moses" to retain his post.
Today was a day to gather "stones" together.
The impetus for a bounce, when it arrives, will be the request for certificates by the disenchanted; yielding an enchanting profit for those not consumed by avarice.
Tonight, the onset of darkness brought to light the culmination of my conversion: Long live the roach!

From a seasoned, "retired", stock market professional, my complements and respect to you for your rational post. It embodies what has been absent in many of the recent posts by your assistant, who is actively moderating this board.
P.S. You probably were unable to buy at .12 or .125 this morning, because I was sitting on .13 since today's market opened. I'm off .13 now. Testing to see how much was available at that price. Stock's pathetic performance over last few weeks indicated high probabilty that .15 would be "broken", precipitating an abrupt move down to .10-.12. Didn't want to quibble over a few cents as we approach buy zone because impossible to know what size of spread will be in the future. Stock assessment is an ongoing process and I will fluidly adjust my buy and sell actions. Averaging down, if done judiciously by an experienced "trader", can definitely be productive.
I take no pleasure in seeing the small retail client losing money in the market, but some of them "throwing in the towel" today may not be a bad omen for the longs.
As I exit this board for today, I wish all of you a good day!
OT Rover,
1. I am honored.
2. If you are walking the tightrope of pinky stocks, it would be wise to use a safety net of gold.
3. Only when we soar beyond our egos do we understand revelation and grasp the essence of knowledge. At times, I have sought my wings, but still am unable to fly!
Wonder if I qualify for one of those generous agricultural subsidies Uncle Sam so generously doles out. I harvested and marketed another substantial crop of PBLS on and around 6/9 and 6/12. Yesterday, and especially today, I bought x,xxx, xxx PBLS seeds and planted another crop. PBLS seeds aren't transparent, so some endlessly complain about that ,overtly and covertly. A few, with such a disposition, choose not to buy any seeds. Meanwhile, I KNOW the seeds have germinated, grown, and produced a number of bumper crops. Guess a city slicker, like me, would call each planting the planting of a cash crop. Whoever said farmers have to start working at sunrise?
Uncle Sam are you there? Are you listening? If I don't buy any of those PBLS seeds and plant them, you know the ones that some are implying yield pathological plants, will you send me some money for my fallow land?
No response yet. Better not wait for one. Hope it is cloudy on Monday. Was pouring through Old MacDonald's Almanac earlier and it emphatically states that it is ideal to plant when it is overcast. Excuse me, have to see if there is an Agway in New York City; I have to buy a barometer.
Have a good weekend!
P.S. Where can I buy a straw hat?

In the 70's I lived in Costa Rica for a year. Even then there were quite a few retired U.S military people living there. I loved it. Was in the process of buying one of the most beautiful mountain top, pristine, parcels of land when I came down with a very severe case of hepatitis. Was near death, returned to U.S. while I could still stand up. Never closed on land deal; never returned. I knew if I went back I could never come close to replicating the amazing and incredible experiences I had there. Had I kept a diary for that year, I could have written a very captivating, compelling and fascinating book on the country.
Niece, who has traveled the world, went there last year and said she would like to return again.
Country has changed dramatically since I lived there. Real estate prices have soared. Worth a visit, just make sure it isn't during the rainy season.
There will always be a special place in my heart for Costa Rica and its people.
Nor could I ever forget that mountain top, where on a clear night you were reluctant to stand straight up, because you thought you would hit your head on the stars!
Certified many years ago. Diving ended when I ruptured an ear drum in quarry dive. Water, that day, was cold as an ice cube. Body shivering even with wet suit, hood, gloves, and boots on. Was in a hurry to surface. Had intended on diving in South America. Prior to selling house last year ( felt real estate market had peaked), sold tank at garage sale. Painfully, I threw regulator out because it had been recalled for safety reason and defect was never remedied. Couldn't part with fins.
Brother was master diver.
You are making a wise decision in getting out and enjoying what life has to offer while you are young and healthy.
Have a great day!
The primary point is this: mm's do not always "manipulate" the price of a stock !
The secondary point is this: knowing what the mm's are likely to do in certain situations will put more green in your pocket so you can go to Germany and spend that green on your girlfriend.
Enjoy the day!
