This just popped up on breakout boards, was not on breakout boards at all until the past 30 minutes or so. #1 Breakout boards 2,800% increased posts.
That is false. It's now trading at a market cap of 4.8 million at .09 share price. That's not including upcoming O/S increase that has been consistent every week
Could be but then why is that MM also on the ask?
All that is wrong. I'm posting here to save people's asses from getting handed to them because I currently own and trade over 58 penny stocks and I know the deal. And my gains were massive, more than any stock I've had in the past year. In fact, that market maker probably only ran this higher than .05 because he got enough of my shares, so you're welcome.
Yes most of my shares actually but I bought more shares way earlier than 99% of people here, accumulated most under .015 so my profits were insane as I held through yesterday.
However I sold because I saw ASCM do all the work going up taking all the shares. Now he's sitting back taking a break watching the price deciding when he's going to dump his 10 million shares, pay the company and take his commission.
This is an undervalued company but this move I'm not buying as a real move, this is all a game with that market maker which is basically gambling now.
How about -40% after the O/S updates and shows more dilution?
LOL the other stock I was talking about had way more dilution and is up about 900%
Is that the Challanger?
Ben, why do you say the OTC is going to get a surge of money?
The PPS can go much higher but it will get dumped hard and O/S will increase even more and drive the price all the way back down, likely under .02 again. How high will it go before the dump? Already up 300%, not taking my chances here as the OTC is still not in an uptrend.
I don't think so. ASCM solely responsible for raising the price to current all the way from .012. This run up is immediately after increasing the O/S by 20 million shares (about 50% dilution). I believe this price run up is just so someone can dump the new shares (company needs $ to fund operations). This big run up of ~300% will gain attention to the stock and bring buyers for the sellers to dump. I dumped over 85% of my shares.
You know what is relevant, the market maker ASCM just ran up another way undervalued stock that was the same price as AXXA (just over .01), 100% yesterday and another 100% today. And recently another stock everybody seems to know has been running the past couple weeks also ASCM doing lots of work there. ASCM has been chillin in AXXA for a while, whenever he decides it's time he will run up this stock as well. Nothing else really matters except when the MM's decide it's time to raise the price and that is entirely unpredictable.
Phase 3, PROFIT
It was ASCM on the bid and ask all day controlling the price action.
100% is nothing huh?
Does this company have something to do with PACV?
It just hit .0295 over 100% daily gain
Dilution and net losses aside, this stock is worth being in because as you can see like today, less than 1 million volume ($10,000-$15,000 total) can move the price up 35-50%. For a company pulling in 43 million revenues with about 5 million in profits per year, these numbers are tiny. What if someone wants $100k in stock?
Revenues up 43%, stock price down 95%
Doesn't look like this stock is that predictable, never know what people are out there waiting to absorb shares from dilution just to run up the price a couple hundred % and take profits. Not hard to do with a stock like this.
No catalyst other than market conditions, simply market makers doing their thing
I think you're right, the Charles Adelson arrested for murder is a dentist and LCLP's Adelson has degree in dentistry.
Only if OTC markets has a giant bull market, otherwise this can't even get any momentum to break and hold .01
It seems many clueless people here blaming dilution for the price decrease. Laughable
Do they make vacuums with gears?
Why did the company go quiet the past couple weeks? No tweets or PR's as the pps loses 50%
Most definitely, but I think it will run before the market improves. However the price increase likely will not hold if the market is still in the dumps.
You know what I think, based on past experience... the fact there's more and more shares out there means there's more, and new ownership of the stock. This in turn means that in order for them to make money, the stock price will have to go higher, as the market cap and liquidity is so low right now. So it may dip like today but it can pop so incredibly easy 200-300% higher than current price. Some stocks I've seen in the past have more shares and dilution and volume than any of the actual legitimate stocks that hardly move and it's my theory that groups of buyers get tons of shares and then drive the price higher, but of course most of those do not last because market caps get way too higher, 40-100m valuations and such with no revenues or audited reports to prove anything.
Wonderful
I see, you're talking about the unrestricted shares going up 12 million. You say "only" though... again comparing the number of shares to other stocks. I'm guessing you're comparing to stocks with billions of shares right? This is still worse than some of those because 12 million shares is still about 1,100% increase , diluting shares by over 90%. And they continue to dilute more, next year the O/S will be over 60 million with over 25 million unrestricted shares.
A lot of people compare one stock to the other by share price, one stock costs 1 cent and another costs 1 dollar and maybe they are similar in most respects with revenues and assets and what not but what matters is the share structure. You need to look at dilution by a percentage, not number of shares. 1,100% increase in float every 2 years is not good for any shareholders.
How do you know what the float is?
Yes, and? What does that post have to do with the float?
No idea what you're talking about. What do you mean sitting at 1.7 mil shares in the float?
LOL the amount of dilution being small or large is relative to how many shares they originally had, not relative to other stocks with other share structures. In this case the original shares have been diluted 95-99%
1.5 mil T-trade 15% higher than close. Haven't seen that before, it's usually lower than the close.
I'm talking about Northstar Developers, LLC being sold to AAPJ and XTRM not saying anything about it. Now you can't find any evidence of this... the day AAPJ announced it I looked at the address of the company Northstar Developers and it was the same address as Northstar Homes. Obviously it's the same people (same address) but because it's a different "company" we don't need to know about it legally?
This is not really true. Those who are in control of the stock may be waiting for retail to sell their shares until they own enough of the float before they take it to the moon. Until then they will continue to play tricks and games until they win.
Normally I'd be selling some shares here at .03 after buying them 25% cheaper but it's way too cheap to sell so I'm holding for 50-100% higher.
Go to any penny stock message board (90%+ penny stocks) where the price is down, similar chart to XTRM, and see how many people are screaming scam and dilution, it's the same all around.
However, Huggy may be right about Vic D, this could in fact be some sort of scam, although some parts of the business are legitimate there are moving parts that we do not see that are bad for shareholders and good for themselves, such as the fact they are hiding partnerships and relations with other companies, thus taking profits away from XTRM. This I cannot prove because the evidence vanished after only 24 hours after it happened. However one of these things you can see for yourself, simply follow LGBS on twitter (Legendsbusinessgroup), that company is basically the exact same as XTRM, same accountant (Vic D), and tweets the same.
The market cap is only around 2 million, why wouldn't it have bid support? Doesn't matter anyway, because no matter what trades we see (ie t-trades, wash trades, huge volatility, hidden share bids/asks, new market makers), we know the trading has changed big time and the price is ultra low. They had a positive PR regarding the future and there's no reason to doubt the company will continue to be in business and grow and the stock will continue to trade, therefore there's only one way the price can go.
