I haven't been here in a while so I have some questions. What happened to all of the big contracts with different municipalities, auto makers, and major corporations? Wasn't there sales people being hired nation wide?

I don't mean to appear ignorant, but where or how does one find out about these custodianship changes? Is there a site where this information is published?
