I thought it was a good analogy (everything you are referring to is all categorized under Operating Expenses on the P & L Statement...something every going concern has).
I support your statement!!! Different ballgame post audit!
Goodbuddy I have heard it that way as well...thrifty means being conservative with money, spendthrift meant spending money conservatively and being frugal, staying within your budget...however, depends on vernacular because Webster states the opposite. Thanx again for telling me to take a look at AMFE/FUNN!!!
Tell 'em Juancy. I am a substantial shareholder and if this stock were to take off today, I wouldn't have a problem with that however, at these extremely low prices and with the intrinsic value being far superior to the market value (value stock) accompanied with the exponential growth (growth stock)...I can't help but to add to my position every week. This company is what every investor hopes to stumble across while it is in its infancy stages and before it explodes in value. Game of patience and I am good with it all. The longer it stays down in market value...the more shares I will buy. I rate this stock as a very, very strong buy! Buying more this week. Long & strong FUNN!!!
It is great news! It is probably more cost effective to expand this way as opposed to a flat out cold start up. All the permits, city ordinances and red tape can be avoided...plus it is so much quicker, already has a captive audience. Expand through existing cafes, very smart!
This is the Boardroom, one of those Mom and Pop cafes that will transition to Snakes and Lattes. Last day of operation is August 29th only to re-open in November. This is excellent news.
I just bought 6500 more shares this morning at .0639, can't imagine it will go into the high 5's ...if it does it will only be for a fraction of a second I would imagine. I add to my position every week. You are absolutely right...huge buying opportunity.
Excellent post. $9-$14 per box with a price tag of $25.00 let's just round the cost to $12.50 per box for an example, which would give us a $12.50 profit per box which would give us 100% mark up on the inventory. Excellent post...thank you.
Investors Business Daily has a section for up and coming Cinderella Stories like FUNN however, until we get out of pinky land, William O'Neil would probably not publish it. A great opportunity to articulate our story to his paper and at least put us on the radar screen. Take a moment and hit some key issues as in exponential growth revenue, company expansion and growth in every sector. Don't over kill it as it would sound to bias. He will get the big picture. Then after the uplist (even though a penny stock) drop another letter. He may oblige you with an article, it is his paper so he is the chief editor.
Excellent post Juancy. Did you happen to notice any work in progress inside the future home of Snakes and Lattes? How far along?
Thank you Egold...you have a valid point as well. Also, read some of Plowmasters posts, he has a very good analogy of this company!
Amen to that Plow!
Cat...I am 65 years old and have been around. Heineken trades on the OTC. I bought Concur Technologies years ago for under $2.00 a share when they were in the red ink, their growth every quarter eventually put them in the black, I recognized there improved cash flow every quarter when they were still in the red...it shot up to $17.00 a share and eventually went to $100.00 a share before being bought out. I have owned companies that didn't make dime one that have shot to $10.00 on hype alone...just on their business concept. Roger is young and full of piss and vinegar and wants this company to succeed...how many millions of shares does he own? Forget about market capitalization. Some stocks reach new highs on anticipated growth that defy any fundamentals any you incorporate. I don't care if you employ the income capitalization approach with comparable's that have a justified market cap or if you discount anticipated cash flow to determine value. I say $10.00 overnight and hype could drive it to $25.00. Only two emotions that drive the market...fear and greed. Look at the small float and the number of shareholders. The supply and demand factor will drive this puppy through the roof. Game of patience. I am not going to get into a piss match with you. I am telling you this from experience. Best of luck!
Chester
I didn't say $25.00 overnight...I said $10.00 overnight and that hype alone could drive this stock to $25.00. We have a very small number of shareholders, one, because the stock is very inexpensive, two, because people are recognizing the unlimited upside potential and the longs are buying it up. Go to OTC website and open up our stock, go to security details and look at shareholders of record...there are only 421. If you average that out it is just under 1.2 million shares per holder. Some own much more then that and much others much less. People are buying this stock up. I will repeat from another angle, due to the limited amount of shareholders and the very small float, the supply and demand factor will drive this stock north rapidly. $10.00 could happen overnight....hype could drive this stock to $25.00 ...okay? Dude?
$10.00 could happen overnight! Because of the very strong sequential growth revenue, the numerous amount of income streams, the growth and expansion, the up list, and last but not least, the supply and demand factor (very small amount of shareholders with a very small float) the immediate upside potential is huge. Hype alone could drive this stock to $25.00 a share. I have seen it and experienced it before. Last stop to get on board at bargain basement prices. The intrinsic value is far superior to the market value...I rate this stock a Very Strong Buy!!! Buckle up!
I believe they are referred to as "Joint Ventures"
The previous trading symbol was AMFE and has been changed to more accurately represent our corporate brand and primary operations in the board game entertainment industry through our primary wholly-owned subsidiary, Snakes & Lattes Inc. This completed action is the first in the line of planned corporate changes which include; audit completion, uplist, spinoff, special dividend, and corporate name change to Snakes & Lattes Inc.
Trading under the new OTC ticker symbol FUNN begins our corporate transition to Snakes & Lattes Inc. stated Roger Mortimer, CEO of Amfil Technologies Inc. We expect this change, and the additional planned changes to provide enhanced visibility with our customers and public investors as we continue to execute our business strategy.
Thank you...I have never seen this stock trade after hours. Maybe an institutional investor or possibly the beginning of an AMFE buy back??? Just food for thought...
Interesting, at the bell we closed out at .0844 followed by extended hours trading down to .078. Does anyone know the volume that was traded after hours?
...I need to add, these extremely undervalued prices in the single digit pennies...the low float, the anticipated good news...I know there isn't an over abundance of shareholders. The intrinsic value is far, far superior to the current market value. If you are going to buy...do it now, train will be leaving the station!
With our small float of approximately 320,000,000 shares...we probably do not have an over abundance of shareholders. I have been loading up and improving my position on monthly basis just like so many other longs have.
When all of the anticipated good news breaks...the supply and demand factor will drive this stock through the roof. The upside potential is huge! Nothing but blue sky! Long and strong...AMFE
Hmmmn...board game cafes, board game distribution rights, board game publication company...with all the tariffs in play, could board game manufacturing be on the agenda?
You are killing me Jake! :)
Valid point Juancy. Furthermore, your version of reality is concrete and factual...you are not being idealistic at all. $$$AMFE$$$ Long & Strong!!!
I agree! Should be buying here as so many have this morning, not selling!
Huge buying opportunity!!!
Franchising = Attorney, not new CEO
I agree! Great work! Keep loading up on the pull backs...
Is this a true story you are making up!?!!
I think there is more to just the franchising...the board game publishing company is huge, distribution rights is huge and as you know so much more. After the integrity of the numbers on the financials have been verified/audited/adjusted and the up list occurs to the OTCQB....I believe the franchising will follow. After spending a good part of my life as a wholesale mortgage banker, real estate broker, mortgage broker (both in the residential sector and the commercial sector)...before someone invests in a franchising opportunity, their due diligence would be to review AUDITED financials as well as all the covenants in the franchising agreement. This is why it is so important that AMFE uplists...it is coming.
This is what I am talking about! All the longs are buying on the pull backs as I am. That is why the volume is shrinking...the long term investors are buying and holding. This by itself will drive the value north. With the Black 28 expanding down into the US, Kill the Unicorns on its way, Tuscon opening for back to school (just to name a few) the writing is on the wall. This stock has so much upside potential...anybody would be crazy to sell here. After the audit completion and the uplist...franchising will probably take off. Too much going on here. I am down fourteen thousand dollars and I am still buying on the pullbacks (not worried about dollar cost avg....just taking advantage of the buying opportunities, because I see the big picture). If this drags on ...I will improve my position. One of these days this stock is going through the roof. Don't miss the ride of your life. Buy on the pull backs and hold...you won't regret it!
I agree Mighty X...I am still buying at every pull back. People would be foolish not to buy at these prices. Intrinsic value way far superior to current market value. This company is a value stock as well as a growth stock. I have not seen anything like it in awhile. I continue to load up!
I totally agree with your positive outlook on AMFE. The sequential growth is exponential...look what happened recently with some minor news on GRO3 and the news of more news coming....we got that rally. The rally I anticipate from the news of completion of the audit and the uplist along with all the new strong sequential growth revenues will drive this stock home. People selling on fear...I will buy more on those pullbacks. If it drags out all summer long. I will buy more all summer long. Without this topic even being official news yet (thanks to the due diligence of other board members that shared) A second Snakes & Lattes has been incorporated in Tuscon, Arizona. Probably more in the works. I think in time there will be an enormous amount of info driving this stock north. Buy on the pullbacks. Don't miss the ride of your life!
David2011, google Arizona Corporate Commission...then click on
eCorp Entity Search. Punch in Snakes and Lattes...two different entities will show up...Snakes and Lattes Tempe and also Snakes and Lattes Tuscon. It you visit the Secretary Of State/Division of Corporations for each state you may just find another Snakes that has not been divulged. It will be a slow process for a while longer and then one day soon just explode. Don't miss the ride of your life. Buy on the pull backs as I have been doing and continue to do so. Roger is not going to jeopardize his future growth in wealth by letting this venture go stagnant. How many millions of shares of AMFE does he own? In his best interest to operate in the best interest of AMFE and all of its shareholders. He would be the biggest loser if he didn't. It is in his best interest to continue in the direction he has already set forth for this publicly traded company. I own a considerable chunk of AMFE and continue to load up. I rate this company as a very strong buy!!!
Yes, I agree with some...it is painful and yes he is making us bleed a little bit. Probably compiling positive data reflecting all aspects of all subsidiaries to be released in a major progress report. He owns how many millions of shares??? It is in his best interest to look out for the best interest of the shareholders of AMFE and the company as a whole. This company does not have any characteristics of a pump and dump pinky land stock. I say buy on the pull backs. The completed audit & uplist is coming soon. With all of the positive accomplishments this company has made in its short time of putting it all together with the game board publishing company, game board distribution rights of other publishing companies and game board cafe's ...not to mention the other subsidiaries...anyone would be a fool to sell here. Buy on the pull backs. Go long and strong with AMFE, you won't regret it!

I totally agree...not only is it a growth investment, it is also a value investment. The intrinsic value is far superior to the market value. This is a game of patience. It is coming! I personally have been loading up on these pull backs. Go AMFE!!!
Roger, give us an update! Throw us a bone! Too much time has elapsed, investor patience running thin...update us!
Not to mention (for you chart readers) a perfect cup with a handle has formed...for those that use a technical analysis, this is the stairway to heaven!
Very good point!!!
Keep in mind also there are two additional companies in the 2018 audit (NSI & Morning) that were not part of the 2016 & 2017 audit.
Excellent point!!!
Why anyone would sell off any of their shares at these prices is beyond me...this is the point where everyone should be buying up shares and holding...it is just foolish to do anything other then that. WTF!?!!
