it is quite a lot of money to provide a report on "performance Data". This is something they have to do anyway. Seems like Florida is helping WSGI out, probably justifying it through economic development.
Yes Mide you are correct. Wachovia and Well Fargo Advisors are one in the same, but have been spun off from Wells Fargo Financial bank. Sorry to be misleading.
Nil,
Yes, I saw mide's post. Wells Fargo bought Wachovia, but then they spun off the securities, so Wachovia is separate from WF now. If the new shares aren't delivered to Wachivia by settlement time (3 days), I may have to cover the sell order by buying back the shares at the whatever the price is at the time. So I am at a slight risk. Wachovia says that the shares are late in being delivered, as they have to abide by the 3 day rule as well. It might be that Sanswire didn't put the paperwork through until this week.
Sold another 20k @ .29. Put another 20k sell in at .32.
Have a ton of shares left. After 10 years of playing with this company.......I'll continue to sell into a rising price. Learned my lesson years ago when I could have sold it at over $2.00,.... and could have bought my carribean paradise.
Jack
Balance of my 20k sell order filled @.27. Looks like I caught it on the way down. I put in another 20k sell order at .30. If it does what it did the past few days, it should have a run in the afternoon. Looks like most brokers aren't trading until the shares are delivered? Wachovia is trading.....at the client's risk.
A few hundred thousand shares left......aveage cost .177
Nil,
I got a partial fill on a 20k sell order.....8100 shares @ .27.
Wachovia is trading, but they said if the new shares aren't delivered in 3 days, I'll have to cover.

AFGHAN ISR AIRSHIP OK'd
"The Pentagon has approved plans to demonstrate a long-endurance unmanned surveillance airship that will be deplyed to Afghanistan for operational evaluation. A request for proposals for the five-year Long-Endurance Multi-Intelligence Vehicle (LEMV) technology demonstration is to be released at the end of January, with flight testing to begin 18 months after contract award. The LEMV is required to operate unmanned for three weeks at 25,000 ft., carrying a 2500-lb payload including an electro-optical, synthetic-aperture radar/ground-moving-target-indicator, signals-intelligence sensors, and a communications-relay package"
Nerd
Hot air balloons launch in the morning and early evening because of calm, still air. They can launch at any time of day or night, and pretty much at any temperature. For the balloon to have nuetral bouyancy it must have at least 70-80 degrees higher envelope temp than ambient air, depending on the load. They use propane burners to heat the envelope. Burners are typically rated at 13 million btu,(compare that to your gas grill!) and can empty two 30 lb propane tanks in an hour flight. Ballons do use more propane when the ambient air temperature is higher, because they have to maintain the temperature differential. Cold, dense air has some minor advantage to bouyancy, not as significant as one might think. Its the temp differential that makes the ballon lift.
Jet, I recall that the original Strat was designed to be a hybrid "lifting body". At least that's the way they descibed it back when Vern was around. I believe smarter engineers eventually realized that a more aero-dynamic shape would need less station-keeping power, and that the "lifting body" was less efficient at high altitude.
Good call nilremerlin. Right on the money!
Oh the genious of it. Yet another company that GTEM can buy......
Poke, didn't we have LOIs to purchase Sanswire, and Hotzone? And another LOI for the Mexico JV? Gtem may have screwed them up, but they did come to pass.
Scion, no. It was a an associate who introduced me to Dr. Hinton. And at the time they were marketing Dengue fever kits to third world countries. I thought, rightly so, that I might make a few bucks. Now Scion, would you return the favor and tell me why you are here?
Cole, yes I've been on I-hub since then. And on other boards as well, some for much longer. I started investing in ADGI prior to 1998, and have made some nice change trading since then. And yes, I see value for me in the information that is and has been posted on this board when filtered through my own lens, even your information. If the company closed its doors today, I would still be ahead as my shares are mostly free, and the profits I've taken over 9 years has me comfortably ahead. But thanks for your comments anyway.
Web, that's simply wrong. Serious may be biased towards optimism, but I don't think he provides blatantly inaccurate info, or anyone else for that matter. All information needs to be dissected by individual investors for their own decision making. Only those that need hand-holding want to be force fed.
Serious, I take exception to "don't share your info". I understand your reasoning, but the benefit to longs and other serious investors who are seeking quality information far outweighs the desire to shut out those who have a known agenda. We know those agendas, and we deal with it. Information sharing is the primary purpose of this board.
WarpCore, you stated "I see nowhere in his rantings where he did anything wrong. If he was so valuable to the company, why was he canned" Refer to JM's letter to the BOD. Not only did he circumvent his boss, he threatened to torpedo the JV, and advise Peralta not to go through with the deal. What was he thinking? That the BOD would support him over the money man? Clearly he had to be fired for that. He immediatly became untrustworthy and the big boy taught junior a lesson. Khoury then salvaged the JV by ingeniously offering Junior a lucrative consulting agreement to keep him from ruining the JV, which it did, but it also kept Junior out of the inner circle. Worked so well, junior even loaned them money. That's the second lesson they taught him. That's why I've stated that JM isn't CEO material. Clearly he hasn't got what it takes to play with the big boys. A better man could have pulled it off, and would probably be running the company right now. When JM decided to pull the trigger, his aim was poor and the results weren't lethal. They shot back like the marksmen they are. IMO of course.
Spyster, JM got copies of those letters from Klein and/or Altvater.
Cole. Don't know, wasn't party to it. I just mentioned my interpretation of what was an obvious typo.
jfburk, I would recommend you visit and read his comments, if for nothing more than understanding why he messed up and had to be terminated.
Cole I might be wrong, but i think he meant "zealous". Puts it in a whole different context.
Yes, believe him. I also believe he is somewhat truthful. But he would have been a terrible CEO. I would have fired him as well.
One would think that ESLT shareholders might decide to pick up a few shares of GTEM. Timing was near the close in Israel, so we might see good volume tomorrow if this plays well with the ESLT bunch.
"mob Paranoia"? I don't think so Vern. Its simply people asking for substantiated truth, a.k.a. "FACTS".
Without that its just rumor and speculation. That's why you are being challenged for a "pound of flesh".
Just because you said these things doesn't make them true to other people. Deal with it. Or respond with substantiation.
Rocket, I don't know of too many pink sheet, non-reporting companies, that don't even have a comeplete BOD, that have shareholder meeetings. And I wouldn't want GTEM to expend the resources anyway. You'll just have to be patient with the rest of us. Funny post tho.
Yes, that's what I said.
Rumor, threats, statements........etc.
Only action is GTEM sued Trimax. That's real.
Cool, I have now convinced myself that netgrl2000 doesn't exist...never did. So what's left? A concoction?
Rereading the supposed questions from netgrl2000, it does appear more and more like a concoction. Specific questions asked...solely to give the "heavy-set mustachio-bearded man with a dog" a soapbox.
How would netgrl2000 have this info to ask those questions?
Cellphones? Who would know that?
I think we're being fed a bunch of crap, by individuals with an agenda. And there is supposed complicity with so many: insiders, ex-employees, lawyers.
Its been shown that the printed word can have an impact, as was the case with Jayson, Byron, and others. Maybe that's the angle.
I will stick with the fact that we know: GTEM has sued Trimax. There are no other suits between these parties, just threatened suits. That's a fact. And I even question the letters from Klein.
Every time I stray from the facts....and speculate....I'm usually disappointed. I think we're creating our own intrigue here....at the encouragement of those with an agenda.
Entertaining for some, offensive to me.
dcjr5. 260 million authorized shares, of which 250 million are common, and 10 million are preferred.
109,000,000 outstanding. (rounded)
Besides, Bleckman's comment was posted on 7/19. So Klein's letter to Bleckman couldn't have been before then.
aplhvac, excluding weekends and holidays.......
This is getting funny, downright hilarious. Now it would seem that Bleckman has a valid counter claim against Uli for defamation and libel.
This all started whem GTEM filed suit against Trimax.
The only lawsuit that is in effect.
The only one that matters.
Mide, in the very least I think we can expect some significant developments in the nest few weeks. It begs the question; is this horse going to the racetrack....or the glue factory?
Crash, when you state it in that VERNacular, I would have to agree.
What exactly is Bleckman to "cease and desist"?
And what did Bleckman do to cause "$50,000 in damages"?
Coasti, true as true can be. But amid the speculation in both camps, let's pay attention to the facts:
Gtem has filed a lawsuit.
Trimax has not filed a lawsuit.
Would a practicing attorney risk sanctions for a frivolous suit? Not sure. But I do know that the plaintiff needs to clearly state the damages and refer to the specific contravention in the contract. It must have basic merit or it will be quickly dismissed.
Uli has only threatened to sue. And has made what appear to be demands that GTEM will not or can not meet.
If Uli is without fault, he has no need to countersue. He will win and be awarded appropriate relief. IMO
Morning DocS,
Yes, crunch time! On Aug 1st Pink sheets will begin categorizing the pinks with warnings. In Gtem's state, they will earn at least a "Stop" warning, indicating "no information". They also may earn a "Caveat Emptor" flag, with skull and crossbones....for companies under investigation. With this designation Pink Sheets will block all price quotes.
No need to suggest how that will impact the price.
I would think GTEM would try to put out financials before Aug 1st to avoid this categorization...I hope they do.
Pink Sheets is the largest clearinghouse for OTC and Pinks. They organize MM quoting for the retail/non-retail market.

No crash, Deanis has been around since Dengue fever kits....just like me.
"Up until the time I walked out, I never told anyone how the system worked"
hmmmmmm.....maybe it didn't.
Clearly it isn't a simple thing to place an platform at 70k feet for extended time....no one has done it yet. Companies with greater resources have tried, or are trying,....haven't done it yet.
Vern, I think some of your recent comments and statements have earned you some admonishment from fellow posters.....and not unreasonably.
You're obviously a smart guy......bi-polar a bit, but smart non-the-less. So please be reasonable in your responses. These people want to know badly at risk their investment is.
You obviously have some personnal knowledge and experience with Globetel and the technology. So you can contribute beneficially to the group. You may not be invested in the company, but many here are heavily invested. There is a lot at stake, and your motives need to be understood.......or you'll lose all credibility in the discussion.
I have my own question: You say your company builds pre-fab shelters and "airships"? What type of airships? Are they potential competition for SkySat? Thanks
wingshot, possibly. Or they could operate under "debtor in possession". Honestly, with all the shares in the treasury, they could keep this thing chugging along for quite a while.
And its got nothing to do with a "paradigm shift" in telco, as I said before....they could be making toasters.
Nerd,mide,
With all this speculation of finacial dire straights, lawsuits, alledged unpaid bills, etc., a question:
Doesn't GTEM still have a ton of shares in its treasury?
OK, another question:
Would that prevent BK filing for anything other than re-org?
One more OK?
Does GTEM need a BOD and a SH vote to put treasury shares on the market?
Ithink I know the answers......would like to hear your thoughts.
runandadd,
Yes you have. A few others have as well.
