A birdy told me that he contacted Heineman via email, after trying for a while and he said that Heineman likes to do things by the book, Heineman apparently said all information will be through the PR's and Financials, that is how the SEC prefers it. So I believe he is working on something and can't say too much. Which if they are working on Merger, or Ticker Change, or anything else with an acquisition, then things will be sealed up for a little bit. We are over a month from the last PR which stated DELAYED the Merger. Even if no merger, we have the last pr that we are going into the insurance syndication arena. Either way it is a Win for Shareholders IMO. As far as the video, you are making feel as though I have to kick up my exercise regime. lol... Have a good night. What is in a Name? "Greenfield Farms Food Inc. (GRAS). This would cover so much for anyone who is in Marijuana they could cultivate, include their eatables, and the name just sounds cool for the MJ Industry.

Heineman might have pulled off the best situation possible for $GRAS. Debt restructured, subsidies according to PR are gone, No underlining commitment to NOHO, "CHERRY HILL" this allows $Gras with so many possibilities. I am waiting to see that 10K drop and see what the next year holds for $Gras and Longs!

I am going to throw a name out there and you can do some research on it. Nick Lachey, he is a native of Cincinnati, and Mr. Heineman, is in Alexandria, KY and has business in Cincinnati. If you research Nick Lachey and marijuana you will see a big reason why American Green and $GRAS could possibly be in talks. I am just observing what the rumors are at the moment. Ohio connection would benefit both American Green and $GRAS.
