The problem with the US legalization argument is this is a Canadian Operation, in a Province of only 5 million people, with a very small basically non existent foot print in the US.
There are much larger producers in Canada currently that have actual ties to the US.
Sundial is so far behind, it's a joke.
This was a pump for the company to dilute (2 offerings), and it made it to 4 bucks.
The Alcanna deal if it finalizes, surely adds value, but has so little to do with the US and almost nothing to do with Canada outside of Alberta.
At a nickle this Company would be valued at 110 million, use that for perspective, and don't get caught up in giant bag holders at 3 and 4 bucks trying to lure you in.
If a miracle happens and this squeezes, keeping in mind 4 million apes couldn't get AMC to squeeze yet in this corrupted market, then great for the bag holders.
