Pink land is a haven for manipulators, that is clearly what's going on here. Dilution is as well, but it's the right kind of dilution.
I believe revenues are going to start showing strong over the next few quarters and this stock will take off and be the price it should be not at the price it's manipulated to be.
The only thing that aggravates me is I'm not already retired :)
I'm not sure some people understand dilution can be a very good thing with infant companies. But I'm also not surprised at this.
Sounds like someone is hoping for a "bloodbath" tomorrow. I guess we'll see, I believe it will be positive news and if it's met with price negativity so be it. I won't be hoping for others to be losing money on their investments, I prefer to be a positive person who is more than capable of doing my own DD and also cappable of living with the decisions I make.

So how do you write off all the company affiliations and the successful people that are now part of this team? It's in an infancy stage.
Everyone wants instant gratification, the usual suspects are just trying too hard and it makes no sense. We are all adults, we can make our own infomred or uninformed decisions, we don't need the "I told you so" mentality.

You're right Zani, startup companies are never successful. The company is 9 months old. Have you had kids, was your 9 month old ready for kindergarten?
There are so many affiliations, successful people associations that if you don't see that this is going to a different place than the typical stinky pinky then I thank you for warning all of us as I know I need all the help I can get, because I sure can't do my own DD and form my own opinions and make my own choices.
Thankfully there's good people in the world to protect all of us novices from ourselves.

LOL, Absolutely not garbage at all, it's great news...it's just not the type of news that makes people rich quick...but this isn't a get rich quick stock, this is actually a OTC doing things legitimately. For those with the fortitude this will make people rich in time, but it will require patience.
Also, lock your shares don't let them be used against you.

This is typical reaction, although this is great news for longs like most of us, the fact that this is just closing a deal most expected to happen anyway won't likely vault the price today or even this week, it's not the big news that investors were probably hoping for...but this lays the groundwork for future growth and more stability in the future PPS.
Just will need more news to follow to push this higher, this news is not enough at this point unfortunately.

I understand the skepticism but this wasn't a machine already built waiting to be shipped. I still am holding, I haven't seen anything that's been a lie yet. I'm pretty confident this is still a company trying to do the right things. It isn't a dump, the volume's not been there for that.
We'll see, but the negative comments are only helping if you're shorting.
People are disappointed in the Q1 #'s, so it's a pump and dump...but in reality they're selling products and have a great assortment led by their amstercans...revenues will go up, followed by margins followed by pps.
Right now we have a buying opportunity.
Low volume so not a sell off...buying opportunity.
People who sold will be sorry, unless of course they buy back in at these bargains.

I take it as capacity issues and growing pains in an expanding company that is finally trying to do things the right way under Swarz.
News...A lot of good info in here, another shareholder update coming up in the next few weeks to ensure shareholder transparency, still moving towards full reporting, new products,$119k in Q1revenue which beats FY 2016 revs of only $46k.
Hopefully we can see a bump here and reverse the trend.

Total revenue for the full year of 2016 was $46,337 vs. $119,000 for the first quarter of 2017. Another 100% growth in Q2 would not surprise me...more products ...followed by another 300% increase over Q1 could happen in Q3 after the new triple capacity machine goes online.
Heavier volume day...but going back up a bit.
I don't think the Q1 numbers are going to do much for the price of this stock...if they hit 300% of revenues the stock will probably get a small uptick but little more because it should be expected, any lower and it will probably drop some but I expect either way it will float to the current price levels or about this level until at least q2 revs come out which hopefully show significant increases over Q1. Until then I don't see the need to watch this stick daily...and this especially goes for litar.
We get good Q2 then substantial increases again in q3 with an uplisting and many people may end up millionaires by year end...lot of if's I know. Maybe half come true and we're half millionaires ;) I'll take that too.

They filed a notification for late filing. They will submit Q1 on Friday...i have to admit I don't like this given 2 weeks ago they stated they were only 7 days away. Only reason was needed more time.
Revenues for this company are going to explode with all the products, but we need to see those Q1 numbers today.

These are just PR's, they mean nothing without numbers...need to see the Q1 numbers today before you drive your car into a tree over this. I suspect we've seen it going down the past week because they didn't report their Q1 numbers when they said they would, hopefully that means they're at least as good if not better than they originally suggested in the interview end of March, if they come in lower then you can drive into that tree.
