I remember when it hit .20 thought it would be over a dollar by now. Thinking about selling all my high lots and repurchasing at lower pps to get out of the red. The process is long to avoid wash sales. Do you think I should sell or should I keep holding the high lots?

Empire state go to OTC website, type in your stock and it will tell you if the stock is promoted. There may be a list somewhere but I have not seen a list, maybe someone else knows where a list of promoted stocks can be found.
