Henry has said repeatedly that he'd rather put money into companies than into buying back shares, which I fully agree with. Why use up resources to get back to ground zero and only be able to hold a higher share price for a very short time frame.
Building the company structure(s) and moving ahead with companies that are already producing revenues - KOTA, 5 Grain, Vinafilms. Use these to continue to produce value, cash and more for funding other deals down the line.

The 'bad news' is now out of the way, only good, IMO, will come out for the rest of the week(s).

This is HUGE news as it was the last bastion of bashing -no revs. We all new that Vinafilms revs were not reported, now here we go, $539k in revs, deficit cut in half, down $1m, too. THIS IS THE GRANDEST OF NEWS FOR TODAY!!!

There will be NEW Q's coming out now, and I don't believe, but please correct if wrong, that Henry can drop the Q's when they are finished one at a time; does not have to wait until they are all done. We will be current soon, and now we have increased value as of today.

It dipped the other day from 014ish down to 0089ish with 100b shares traded - in 10 minutes, then rebounded back up the rest of the day. This is trading extremely strong and has been for weeks. Play your play.

And I don't need to read tweets from years ago, I read what's current. 3 Q's due out in a couple weeks to make us current. Patience pays.

This zoom call that he said we will have once the Q's are filed will be filled up in seconds. I just hope he sets it up for unlimited people to enter the call. This is getting a lot more interesting now.

HAhaha, welllllll. Been/was in mgmt a long time, but when I see a bit of 'discord' I like to help people see their own vision of where a company is going. I see PHIL as a company, not just a swing or flip. I've been in for quite a while, love the grand sincerity of Henry, his beliefs, his emotion for this company and where he's taken the beginning steps to launch a very diversified company structure. Can you see diamonds? I can. 1600 hectres in Viet Nam at the new airport being occupied by his companies? Film production, etc? Entrepreneurs never stop, ever, and he is a wonderful example of this.

The original dividend was only up to 2018 with a payout in 2019, so says the 10k. Raise of hands who would benefit from that here? Now, the new dates are for and up until now. NOW, raise your hand if you benefit from that. There's the difference with the payout; so to wait a while longer, who cares I say.

Today we had a fast sell down which more than likely triggered millions in stop loss' @ and around the .009 to pennyish mark. I never stop loss OTC's because of this, but that's my plan - use your own plan wisely.

But, we were down 50%, and fast, but look how fast it rebounded up 50% from there to close strong still 4x higher than 2 weeks ago. This is super strong right now and the panic sell was, imo, more of a stop loss drop out.

Let's not forget that everything is in place to become current so this will not be halted and it will be Pink Current very soon. Henry will do his usual 'trying to get the fins done by this day, we'll have a shareholder zoom mtg on this date'. I'll bank on that before months end.

I used to own Subway franchises years ago. I went to put one up in a small touristy town and the residents went nuts. The high school kids even did a vote in school to 'approve' whether or not I could open or not; they voted me down. I opened the store about 4 weeks later, and guess who came looking for jobs? One of the questions I asked was whether or not they voted. A lot of apps hit the trash, lol. But, all that to say, I opened anyway as there was no legal or ethical or moral reasons not to. This is the same bunch of Karens and Karls that just want Elysium.

That's the hope. They need to really get better informed. They talk the talk then light up a Marlboro after they are done.

And lawyers get paid, too. I'm binge watching the Saprano's again, love his lawyers, lol.

They overstuff the room and vent, this is typical, but again, they are onlysaying that dozens of people contacted their offices, not 10's of thousands

WEll, thank God there's reps and senator's doing their jobs, finally! I don't want the against views, obviously, but they are paid to actually go to these meetings/hearings and speak for their constituents. So that's finally showing us some hope in our system at least, one good thing. I'm all for biomass/ pryolisis, have been for years, and I"m from a town that refused it, my dad being one of the nay's on the vote.. There's a lot really good that SNPW can do, now they just need to get through all the red tape.

AGreed, and RI medrecycler is only part of the company -there's a whole solar division with a lot of projects in the works, too. I too am a shareholder an want max profits. It's all a process

Well, not really true, as they have stated in writing and at the beginning of the mtg, people can submit their concerns at a specific email or snailmanil their concerns. It's like mail in voting basically. This is the same for all of these meetings. It's only a concern gathering mission, and when they say 'we've gotten dozens of letters' in a city of 10's of thousands of people in the surrounding area, it doesn't really seem like a large percentage.

Exactly. MOst of us have too many shares to have won on the 30's I believe... Sounds good, on paper, but in reality it usually doesn't happen. If all of us that hold a large amount dumped into that bid yesterday this would be a lot uglier. I am long and strong and well over 2000% in the green. Consolidation time, and could I really be upset if the price is here for another day, lol. Company up and running in 30 to 60 days, then we have a $15mm/yr revenue stream, just for Medrecycler. GLTA

RSI was wound so high in oversold territory for a few days it need to cool off and reset. Back on the journey up. The only peeps that are upset bought up in the high 20's. This is a great spot to reload. One 8k, that is due from the company, will move this smooth and happy to the ups.

I'll have to say hats off to the people of Evokepharma for getting this done; so many would have given up as this has taken years and years to get approval. A lot of red tape that they had to clear up. This will really start to catch eyes now and move up where it belongs in valuation.

agreed, since I"ve been in this I've always had an eye on them getting a buyout.. J&J is a huge diabetes company, so that's not a stretch by any means.. they have the packaging all set and are now market ready, so nothing to stop them form seeking a buyout from large pharma.
