geez, it looks like trips soon
Frank must be devastated
#GenerationalWealth
Trips by summer?
#GenerationalWealth
Damn, I haven’t checked $NIHK in awhile.
Frank really bagged himself here lmao.
#GenerationalWealth
That $420k shell just got the CE slapped on it. That money is gone imo
SEC asking questions?
It will if what I think will happen actually happens
The SEC crack down in the OTC and his lack of communication has me wondering
Non of Frank tickers have been involved with an SEC investigation (yet).
The pps is tanking because of the risk that is associated with Frank
No tweets in a month on top of other questionable stuff has the market in risk management mode
WTF did I just read lmao
Oh, I think Frank is guilty of something.
I have serious concerns with the CEO names that can’t be found for his shells and his accounting practices.
However, I’m not going to cry about it and report him to the SEC.
That’s my issue with this new rhetoric on Twitter.
It does no one any good
I have a problem with that tweet. It really is pathetic that people are crying over not making money.
The OTC has always been a scam and filled with pump and dumps. People should only blame themselves if they fall for it. Learn technicals and protect yourself.
I actually made money here. The only thing I’m mad at is I wasted my time with selling, buying and then selling again and again over the last two years. It was my decision to do so.
People can go ahead and blame others if that makes people feel better. It does nothing for self improvement.
I really had high hopes here because of the money he spent with buying shares.
However, the more i follow his actions (I.e., failed promises, deals falling through, unprofessional conference calls, etc.,) the more I started to worry.
As I said before, the conference call last year mentioned that he made his money in crypto. This may explain why he had that money to put into this stock.
However, easy money from crypto does not mean he is a smart businessman. It looks very clear that he believed in himself way too much. He has not executed on anything.
I’m now questioning his accounting practices. Also, his shells are very suspicious as most of the CEO’s could not be found via googling their names or they are young and inexperienced. Were these CEO announcements made to pump the stock so he can sell into volume?
The SEC is cracking down on scams, so I am done here.
If I am wrong, I will still be comfortable with my decision because the risk is too high for me.
It shows that the SEC is cracking down on fraudulent activities.
I think Frank is next to be charged
https://twitter.com/goodetrades/status/1602807959716864001?s=46&t=EQoGRe0fbaKEcPwX01FH4Q
I promise you all that I’m not bashing to get cheap shares. I was only still interested in this stock because Frank has millions of his money invested here.
With tickers getting CE’s and the SEC cracking down on scammers, I am no longer comfortable in any Frank tickers.
He’s also quite, which is a concern.
Be careful and protect your capital.
I’m not sure if I should be mad at the guy for wasting my time or pity him.
It’s hard not to take pity on someone who has lost so much
He must be in a dark place
Good Luck
Sounds like the company twitter account
Hmmmm
Damn, they gonna let this get into trips (SMH)
Geez, there goes another support level.
This may test dubs soon lol
Frank spent over $1.5 million last year to buy shares on the open market
The rare buy this year was for a whopping $2k lmao
I hope he’s in good physical health, because he must be mentally messed up.
#GenerationalWealth
Anyone remember this $177 thousand purchase last year at .151 cents?
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=15436457&guid=DDG-kKlkUbYKdth
This is why I still follow this POS and monitor it
I don’t think I’ve even seen a CEO bag himself to this degree lmao!!!!!!!
Why so quiet Frank?
We might be testing dubs soon….
He might be giving out shares for Christmas presents because he can’t afford real gifts
Have a great Thanksgiving Frank lmao
He will be forever known as Bag-King until proven wrong.
Imagine how he feels being deep red after buying over a million dollars above 10 cents lol.
“Generational Wealth” is looking more like “Generational Poor” LMAO
Looking at the 10Q that just filed and I have 1 question to ask Frank…
….how’s that “generational wealth” investment treating you LMAO!!!!!
The crypto thing was mentioned in the chat a few times during one of his conference calls and he never corrected anyone.
How else does he have money (inheritance, rich parents, won the lottery, etc.)?
Whatever it is, it’s not from business. His resume on LinkedIn is light and his education is heavy for a 50 year old. Sounds like easy money to me.
Shells = he’s an expert
Sustainable businesses= he’s a failure
Shells will run out.
This is why no one is buying the stock even though the financials look good.
The stock market is about how much investors think the stock will be worth in the future.
The market has spoken
Rumor has it that Frank made his money in Crypto.
Easy money from Crypto does not mean you’re smart.
He dumped almost $2 million of his own money in $NIHK.
This does not necessarily mean he has a plan or the skills to turn that investment into “generational wealth”
He got lucky with crypto and that takes no intelligence.
Frank has never followed through on anything.
What has he ever created?
He only provides a service (custodianship of shells). This is a finite business model as he will eventually run out of shells. Then nothing.
Again, he is either using $NIHK as:
1. Some kind of person business to limit the taxes he needs to pay from his shell game. He’s a CPA, so he may know a tax loophole
OR
2. He has faith in himself (hence his large ownership in common shares) that he will bring in businesses that will generate massive profits. However, he keeps on failing. Which leads me to my original thought. Just because he has easy money from crypto doesn’t mean he knows what he’s doing. He’s just a huge bag-holder.
I hope he cashed out of his crypto plays, or he might need to sell his $NIHK shares at a big loss in order to pay some bills.
He’s so baggy lmao.
Maybe he’ll do something to earn that “generational wealth” lol
Is Frank lowering his baggy average or is he finally going to follow through on something
I see some buying….
Another support broke. Unfortunately this is going lower.
Frank is deep red on the shares that he purchased, yet his company is making millions from the shell game.
Hmmm, my theory on him using NIHK as his personal trading LLC for tax breaks is starting to make some sense
He’s not dumb, so unless someone can prove that Frank is not benefiting somehow with using NIHK as a tax loophole, I’m sticking with this theory.
Frank never follows through on anything
Imo, he’s playing a dangerous game with his shells.
Why is there no history on these new “CEO”?
Try to google them….nothing really comes up
Are these fake names? If so, he might be in trouble…the kind of trouble that make him unable for years
Something is not adding up here.
Perhaps…but the “pps is too low” was said by others in the 6’s, 5’s, 4’s, 3’s and now in the 2’s
We’ll see
He’s a CPA, so he may know some loopholes.
The facts are:
1) He invested almost 2 million to purchase shares on the open market
2) He has not executed on anything
3) He’s making millions in the shell game
Did Frank create $NIHK to be his corporation that he trades from so he can benefit from corporate taxes?
https://www.investopedia.com/articles/trading/09/incorporate-active-trading.asp
He’s not dumb, so I doubt he’s happy to be bright red on the shares that he purchased last year.
…unless he made $9 million so far this year from the shell game
Again, maybe $NIHK is just Frank’s personal trading account that he created to benefit from taxes.
$9 million so far this year… Frank is doing great.
No one else is benefiting from it than him.
There’s no employees in $NIHK.
something is just not adding up
Has Frank ever followed through on anything?
- No EV, charging stations, car washes, convenient stores, AI, Machine Learning or
other revenue generating businesse
- No dividend for DRNG
- Crypto coin looks like trash
- Name/ticker has not changed
- Websites either do not work or are trash
- No business development mangers were hired
The only thing that Frank has done is:
1) Buy and clean up shells
2) Front load his shells and sell shares into volume (which is legal, so bravo for
taking advantage of that)
3) Selling some shells
Although he’s making good money doing this, it is not sustainable business mode
Something is not right here.
I kept interest here because he spent almost 2 million dollars buying shares.
Why is he ok with being down so much?
Perhaps it’s something to do with taxes?
$NIHK made $9 million so far this year.
How do we know if he’s withdrawing money from the company into his bank account? After all he’s a CPA. Maybe it’s legal, maybe it’s not.
Perhaps his game is shells and he’s using NIHK as a tax shelter?
9 million dollars from the shell game is a hellava business.
Read my post again…
I said in so many words that I don’t believe what he’s doing (front loading his shells) is illegal (although it should be imo). He clearly is great at it and making money to fund his dreams.
….he’s just pissing the OTC off.
This explains why no one trusts what he says, hence why $NIHK; which he sunk almost 2 million of his own money to buy shares on the open market is getting no volume or can get over 16 cents.
He’s going to have to do something to show that the market can trust him and his vision.
He can start by:
1) Setting realistic and clear goals with milestones
2) Acquiring revenue generating companies.
3) I mean no disrespect, but he needs to hire an English 1st native speaker to provide PR’s. I give anyone props to those who knows more than 1 language. However, no successful Nasdaq/NYSE company has the CEO giving embarrassing conference calls and terrible PR’s (including Twitter)
I’ll keep monitoring the action. I’m still interested in seeing if he can get that “generational wealth” from this stock. I’ll take that ride with him if he can stop running this company like a clown show
Frank has proven to make money in the shell game.
Instead of taking out toxic debt, He is raising capitol this way to grow his dream projects (EV cars, charging stations, car washes, etc.)
He has already made $2,775,00 selling only 6 shells!
That’s actually better than I thought as there are still ~20 shells left for him to sell.
However, he is pissing off the OTC by front loading his other shells and selling them into volume when pumpy news is released
He made $7,016,706 million by doing this so far this year.
I believe there is no crime in doing this, but it has angered a lot of traders.
This probably explains why $NIHK is so low
….geez, $7,016,706 million this year from front loading and we still have another 6 months left!
He may be able to acquire decent companies soon that will produce revenue
I just hope he abandons the EV car idea. that is like opening up a restaurant, because the chances of a restaurant succeeding is awfully low.
Just don’t get in the EV car market Frank lol. Just stick to the charging stations and other EV related stuff if you wants to still go in that direction lol.
either way, I’m kinda pleased with the financials and will get a position if it starts to break the .05 resistance.
I’ll just park some play money in this for a year or two because it may be a long term investment.
Yup…and I also see the same line about EV, charging stations, convenience stores, car washes, up-listing to Nasdaq, and other non-sense for the last two years
….does anyone remember the land that was supposedly purchased in the Meta-Verse last year lolol
How about the crypto coin that is barely alive and producing zero value.
I must have missed all of these successful ventures in the last few financials
I’m waiting on the “generational wealth” move
Imagine sinking almost 2 million dollars to buy a stock and be way under water….perhaps someone was drinking their own bath water lmao!!!
….also, selling shells does not produce millions…no way. $NIHK CEO said that Veemost paid 75k for the JPEX shell. How can you get to millions on the balance sheet?
Something doesn’t seem right to me.
Also, just because Maxim is involved doesn’t mean squat….I’ve seen Maxim involved with other tickers and they turned out to be total bags.
This is not new
Keep telling yourself that. This stock is cooked until Frank proves me wrong
Can the admins please remove my pinned post?
I made that when Frank was still buying shares and I was hopeful for the future of the company
Frank has produced ZERO!
The financials looks cooked. How is he claiming millions when he produced nothing. Selling shells does not yield millions of dollars. Something doesn’t seem right.
Where are the cars, charging stations, convenient stores, car cashes ?
He keeps on making the same mistakes and cannot learn
His latest conference call was pathetic and embarrassing. Dude did not learn how to properly host a call without getting hijacked.
His wishful thinking of a “generational wealth” stock is naive and foolish.
Frank is broke or he would be buying down here. He is bright red and clearly is in trouble.
Again, if he’s not in trouble, then why not buy down here since he brought a ton over 10 cents
Lol, Frank and his “generational wealth” shares are under water again.
Dude must be stressing out.
