Cetek put in $100,000 to WPT in the form of "materials".

Cetek wasnt the only supplier for the H/exchange..a company in China was the only one able to produce the "honeycomb" ceramics to the specs that WPT required....while Cetek provided the rest.

(And as you point out..WPT seems to be a solar outfit now...
...though Ceramics can be an integral part of that industry)

However...

I believe GTE situation was a little different ..
.. it included a reverse aquisition of Goldstrike.

IMO this would of changed the whole company dynamics/assets etc..

..rather than being a straight RS with existing 'factors' remaining the same.

I thought you were talking about my initial point about SEC mandated 'silence'.

Yes I mentioned 'silent' option relative to FH....
....and I believe this is what FH contrived.

His move to NV was the genesis of this "option" .......
....as I said , do some NV incorporation DD re this aspect!

And IMO , his failure to stay 'current' and in good standing in NV ..

...simply enhances his (desired ?) ability to be silent.

I was giving the only time that IMO, its required ( NOT OPTIONAL)...
....and therefore valid , to be silent.

It was simply making ref to the times when due to SEC rules...

..companies are required to be silent for a period.


As for the "required" meetings....may I suggest you do some DD on Nevada Incorporation rules.

Rules that were pertinent PRIOR to CTKH losing its standing in NV.

As for the present situation ,given the default....I agree..its WRONG.

Dragynn...I couldn't agree more with your issue regarding companies that go "silent" , (beyond known SEC/disclosure rule adherence.)

Seems to me it constitutes a rather blatant "bait & switch" style of operation....


And for those that "inherited" this scenario...your complaints are fully justified IMO.



However...there are those of you that purchased this stock after the "silent" option had clearly been taken by CTKH for some time.

That would suggest either acceptance of the situation , or a lack of fundamental DD prior to buying stock...

...in either case , the responsibility shifts to the buyer IMO.

The i-hub CTKH board became popular years ago amongst a few posters that got tired of the unadulterated RB Hype

Lots of valid and factual DD came out of this board because several here didnt just take claims at face value...

..they actually checked.....that was their "AGENDA"

They went to s/holders meeting....
They followed up on company claims...
They talked to Uptick/Sprout/Wilson etc.

They did their homework!


And , if you care to review..


...who was right and who was wrong!!

Orange..yes the threat of legal action was said to be a contributary factor in the move to NV...

...as was the very lenient s/holder meeting rules and general reporting required under NV statute.


NV is like Harry potters "cloak of invisibility"

The failure to pay the NV state dues seems to be the reason for revocation of standing...

...and so the "cloak" becomes even harder to see through!
