Response fron Keeney PR:
Question-Is anyone from ERHC at the meetings in Sao Tome?
Answer-Both ERHC Controller Sylvan Odobulu and the company’s legal advisor Steve Ahaneku are representing ERHC at the meetings in STP.
Strass- On 6/30/08 you posted the message below. Since then you have had over 50 posts, mostly negative. I guess you cant help yourself.
"To the board,
To the board, my apologies. My negative attitude regarding this investment serves no useful purpose other than letting me vent. I sure would like to have others join in and express the same feelings, (misery likes company), but it seems like I am the only one willing to do that and risk coming under attack. I am not a basher, so, I will just refrain from posting for awhile and hopefully things will get better without my daily scrutiny. Best of luck to all longs.
Strass - still holding not selling"
OpusX-Please put me on your e-mail list. I have been hers since 2000.
recon6@ix.netcom.com
Strass-I agree, Keeney excellent. Addax investor relations is really bad. They never answer e-mail's and hard to contact by phone.
rufisque Can you try to call ADDAX and see if you can get a update on the Abam Abraham. I believe you live near Genneva. I am calling from the US. I am able to get operator but its hard to get investor relations.
Addax Telephone number: 41227029400
Spec29-Majicathome- I know your are both long time shareholders but these gloom and doom and depressing posts do not help any of us.
rufisque: I called ADDAX investor relations to see if they would give me an update on the Aban Abraham. They were out to lunch. Will try again in awhile.
rufisque- This was your post after the ADDAX presention in Geneva.
1. When will drilling start in JDZ block 4?
------------------------------------------
The Aban Abraham will be drilling for Addax approximately a year from now, in Q3FY09, up to 10 wells. Addax is doing the maximum to drill earlier and is actively looking for a rig of opportunity, ideally for Q3-Q4/FY08. They are willing and able to spend the USD 600.000 or more per day for an earlier drillship. First target: the Kina prospect in block 4.
Kingstarlong post on IV before he sold. Notice he said he initially planned to hold his shares for big bank down the road. He is now trying to depress the price so he can buy again.
King's post of 4/17/2008
"don't mind hearing that from baddog. he is correct. I certainly didn't expect it to go up this quickly. And I commented such when it started happening, and congratulated those that were being rewarded. I initially planned to hold my shares for some time since I was in just below 20 cents, with hopes of making a big bang years down the road. As I stated yesterday, my sell didn't go through. I may put in another limit order today a couple of cents higher. If I can triple my money in such a short time, I really don't mind missing any potential upside. That is a great gain, and I am far from greedy. I am also very small potatos in this game (at least in this stock), but tripling up in a couple of months is great regardless- of course that is only the case if my sell order goes through. Until then, I will remain quiet about the negatives of ERHE, as I have been doing for the most part since I bought. Wondering why you haven't been hearing from me??? LOL."
It is possible for anyone to get an update from ADDAX on the Aban Abraham. I have tried but they don't respond to me e-mail messages.
doubleaa-Can your source in Singapore verify if the Aban Abraham has left port??
Strass-Thought just yesterday you said you were going to take a break from posting you negative bias on everything. What happened??
kingstarlong-you have posted before that you bought ERHE at .20 and sold a .55, nice profit, good for you. It is clear that you are only on this board and ivillage to try and depress the price so you can buy again. You may post many reasons why this is not true, but we know better.
upatnight-You could try e-mailing ADDAX. However their investor relations is really bad. I have sent several e-mail's and have never received a response.
nwtf-Are you saying that ADDAX has never been worth 8 bits???
Strassheim-I know that you are not selling or trying to buy more cheaper but these constant negative posts from you are depressing me and I am sure others. Do you look at the glass as half full or half empty?
Krombacher- 8 years from when??
"5+3 = 8 years. Gremlin I don't believe it has been discussed here that the statute of limitations can be extended another 3 years...and I've read all 130k+ posts."
Julius-Are you a holder of ERHC Energy stock? I see very few positive posts from you concerning this stock. What is your opinion of the long term prospects for ERHC?
rufisque-Were you able to find out the exact status of the Aban Abraham at the ADDAX share holder meeting??
1. Estimated completion date for refurbishment
2. Estimated sail away date from Singapore
rufisque indicated he plans to attend and report back to the board.
I Believe that ADDAX shareholder meeting is tomorrow.
rufisque-If you live in Switzerland can you call Addax investor relations to see if they can give you an update on the status of the refurbishment of Aban Abraham. I have sent multiple e-mail messages to Addax investor relations but they never respond.
Telephone Number

I have e-mail Addax, Aban, and the Singapore shipyard to try and get an update on the status of the refurbshment of the Aban Abraham. No one answers the e-mail's. Anyone have any other ideas??
Oil-Cowboy-Did you go to the Addax Shareholders meeting??
Does abyone know if ADDAX had it's shareholder meeting this week?
Oil-Cowboy: If you go to Addax SHM ask them if they have any dates for completion of Adam Abraham upgrde and sail away date.
Could we get and updated charte on ERHE
From Dan Keeney: Attorneys opinion on why ERHC’s directors do not purchase shares.
Should directors or officers of ERHC purchase shares of ERHC common stock at this time?
No. ERHC's Insider Trading Policy provides that no director or officer may purchase or sell ERHC securities if such person has knowledge of non-public material information regarding ERHC. See Section F.2. of the Insider Trading Policy. Any information that a reasonable investor would consider important in deciding to purchase, sell or hold ERHC securities is considered material. See Section E of the Insider Trading Policy. Furthermore, information regarding financial results is often material information. See id. Likewise, Rule 10b-5 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) prohibits a company’s directors and officers from purchasing or selling securities on the basis of material nonpublic information. Since (i) ERHC has not issued its earnings press release for the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2008, (ii) ERHC's directors and officers would likely have knowledge of ERHC's non-public financial results and (iii) financial results are usually material information, it would be inadvisable for ERHC officers or directors to purchase or sell shares of ERHC common stock at this time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ERHC may consider hardship and special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If an officer or director of ERHC requests authorization to purchase or sell ERHC securities from ERHC's Chief Compliance Officer (or Chief Executive Officer) at any time during the period commencing after the end of the preceding fiscal quarter, but prior to the public release of ERHC’s financial results, the Chief Compliance Officer (or Chief Executive Officer) should seek the advice of its outside securities counsel prior to granting such authorization.
ERHC’s Insider Trading Policy does not set forth trading windows. Instead, it provides that an officer or director may purchase or sell ERHC securities commencing on the second business day after ERHC publicly discloses previously non-public material information (e.g., ERHC’s financial results for the second quarter), if such officer or director (x) does not have knowledge of any other material non-public information and (y) otherwise complies with the requirements of ERHC’s Insider Trading Policy, including obtaining the authorization of ERHC's Chief Compliance Officer or, in the absence of a Chief Compliance Officer, ERHC's Chief Executive Officer. See Sections F.2. and F.6. of the Insider Trading Policy.
However, even after ERHC issues its earnings press release for the preceding fiscal quarter, ERHC’s directors and officers need to be cognizant that they may not purchase or sell ERHC securities at any time at which they are in possession of material non-pubic information.
Mildtrans-Why all of a sudden are you posting on this board. Do you own any shares of ERHE.
Doubleaa-I believe you indicated that you could get an update on the status of the Aban Abraham-Have you been able to do so??
"I can get an update any time if requested" by Doubleaa
Dan Keeney said That following the adjournment of the business portion of the meeting, there will be a management presentation followed by questions. Folks listening to the Webcast will also be able to send written questions via the Net.
What are all these 108 share trades at .5499???
If others e-mail Dan Keeney and ask for more specific information on why the delays and expected completion date maybe he can check with Addax and try to get more information.
Update from Dan Keeney on Aban Abraham
Question to Dan:
There is a lot of concern about the status of the completion of the work on the Aban Abraham. It seem Addax should know what the status of the work is and the estimated completion date. Can you update us on this.
Dan's Answer
The status is the same. The retrofitting is continuing and is running behind schedule. Addax has indicated that they are working to mitigate any potential delays in drilling by 1) seeking a rig of opportunity in the region – their CFO indicated that they have been in talks with Total and Chevron about rigs in the region; and 2) seeking to move to an earlier drilling position on the Aban Abraham once it is sailing (we currently are slated to get the ship after Kosmos and there are efforts underway to move up.
These are merely initiatives that are taking place in an effort to begin drilling in JDZ Block 4 as early as the fourth quarter of this year. Addax continues to indicate that this is their plan. Investors should understand that the timeline will remain somewhat fluid until all of these uncertainties are ironed out.

Penny-Can you comment on ERHE chart again
Received proxy from E*Trade.
I also have not received proxy materials from E*Trade
Does anyone think stock will react once we get confirmation that the AA has sailed from Singapore??
Strass-What do you think about the statute of limitations on some of the issues?
Maybe we should try to get some of these research firms to profile ERHE. I just sent e-mail to SISM Research that produced the report on FXPE.
