The only reason FILM's sp dropped on relatively low volume, is because the float is miniscule, to the point of being almost microscopic. The same way it'll go back up on low volume, in due time.

It's funny that anyone would belittle any issue for some taking money off the table, and very little at that. Especially during the summer.(lol)

Even so, some have already made some good coin, all the same. Just as I should have, but not willing to attempt it with a float that appears to be much, much smaller than advertised.

It never ceases to flat out amaze the ever lovin crap out of me, how anyone could call a company a scam and POS, if not the biggest one ever, that has an a/s of 250mil, an o/s of 35mil (plenty of room), and yet, when they find 5mil unaccounted for shares, they retire them.

Yeah, along with early filings and keeping investors up to speed, diligence to not only find shares, but decent enough to retire them, is the scammiest, POS thing a company can do.

My thoughts, exactly, T. CW's mgmt has made FILM more transparent than any minor PS company I've ever seen or can remember hearing of.

Examples being, they find what they believe to be a good IR person and his name was immediately listed on otcmarkets. In short order, thay found that person wasn't working out, let him go, and his name was immediately removed. In both cases, sans fanfare. Same goes for the o/s. In prepping for the audit, almost 5mil extra shares were found and promptly retired. A feat unto itself, which was also immediately updated on otcmarkets and IHub quotes page. Along with a new website and filings that are consistently early, I also can't fathom where any could or why any would, attempt to find fault here. Just the nature of the beast, I guess.

Transparency aside, they're obviously out there making contacts and getting things done, as they incrementally move the company along. But they're also not afraid to walk on something that doesn't look like a good fit.

Naturally, whether or not FILM will hit great heights still remains to be seen. But, all in all, I'm very pleased with my investment here. And the word investment is one that can rarely be used when speaking of PS companies.

As far as the company selling shares, I'm okay with that. If in fact, that's what they're doing. Especially seeing as they, while prepping for an audit, found and retired almost 5mil shares, just a few weeks ago. So selling 5 or 10K, here and there for expenses, is small potatoes and perfectly acceptable, in my book.

Btw, I don't think it's the company, at all. Just some who occasionally get tired of waiting and want to take some $ off the table. Nothing more, nothing less.

So although a repeat offender in the minds of many, it's still not nearly as bad as some/all might have thought. Personally, I never thought it was, given bail of only $1,500.

Don't know the guy and couldn't care less. I only want whatever the mess is about, straightened out, one way or another, if at all possible, and for everyone to come out the other side as whole as possibl.

Fwiw, I'd like to see his case adjudicated as quickly as possible. Hopefully it will either clear things up and or the company can pass to someone else, under the auspice of the court.

Not addressing the reason for the lock might not have a thing to do with business sense or the lack thereof, and very well might not even be a matter of choice. But rather rules and regs, if not a direct order from FINRA and or the SEC, for any number of reasons. And those reasons may have everything or nothing to do with present mgmt. I'm leaning toward somewhere in the neighborhood of 80% present mgmt, with the rest being shells of years past.

S do I believe PRPM's mgmt had something to do with this screw up, whether passive or proactive? You bet your ass I do!(lol) Imo, it would be a fool's errand to think otherwise.

But the fact still remains that it's still trading, it's not at no bid, filings are being made and it still has a YIELD status.

But it's as I wrote CJ, trading hasn't been halted, lock or not, it's not at 'no bid' and still retains a YIELD on otcmarkets, as the company continues to file.

Btw, positive thinking counts when it comes to anything in this life. That said, anything can still happen. All need remember, this is The Wild, Wild West, and anything can turn on a dime, for better or worse. Seeing as we've almost seen the worst here. So there's almost nowhere to go but up, and there are a variance of ways that could happen, with or without present mgmt.

Imho, there's still a 10 - 20% chance of this making the turn, regardless of how. But I'll take those odds, as they still beat a blank, altogether.

In all actuality, it matters little what anyone posts on any given company or it's ticker. But nothing, and I mean nothing, of a positive nature, ever came from incessantly and relentlessly heaping negativity atop negativity. It's nonproductive, unnecessary and poor form, imo. Besides that, there's already, and has been, enough of that to go around here. Wouldn't you agree?

As little as it may be worth in a situation such as this, I'm the type who tries his best to remain positive and at least somewhat upbeat. That is until there is absolutely no reason to do so. As far as PRPM in particular is concerned, and therefore the attitude I hold toward it, the fat lady has yet to sing. She may have been on stage and warming up, for quite some time now, but she has yet to launch into a full blown, no doubt aria of doom.

So, for the time being, I'll continue to look at it the way I have, sans any rose colored glasses. That being, even under this prolonged lock, PRPM has not been halted, continues to trade and has not gone 'no bid'. That, and the company continues to release filings, regardless of what they look like, and still enjoys no less than a YIELD designation on otcmarkets. All of which doesn't happen when something is truly and irrevocably in the toilet.

I'm starting to wonder whether or not the lock on PRPM being lifted is somehow connected to the outcome of these court dates. It's just the combination of things, the stock hasn't been halted, mgmt is still filing and PRPM still has a yield with otcmarkets and not a stop or caveat emptor, that make me think that's the case.

Once again, at the close, we see what the real (retailer's) B&A was. Which were those attempting to buy @.12, and those who have their sell mark at a minimum of .057.

Imo, it's wishful thinking on the part of some, while not so much, otherwise. As I sincerely doubt anyone will be able to buy .12s, but, with as small as the float is, .57 is just one or two, good PR(s) and some general public awareness away.

With that out of the way, I'm glad to see CW's mgmt isn't showing themselves to be desperate, in turning away from the deal with Insight Media.

New deals, with other entities, come along most every day, so there's no harm in biding one's time, while picking and choosing. Which folks can do when operating from a position of strength, like having an o/s of only 30mil shares, a miniscule float and a sp consistently in the .20s & .30s.

Imo, an audit and up list gets CW firmly in the .40-.50 or better, range. A CNSX listing and solid, revenue bearing projects then gets FILM to $1/share, which I can see by mid to late summer (late July-late September).

If the o/s stays at present levels, $10/share by this time next year isn't out of the question, given the choice of projects and other affiliations are money makers.

Let's put it another way, before any other considerations we're now substantially ahead of the game, after the retirement of almost 5mil shares. 5mil X even .20/share = $1mil. That's a lot of found money to spread around. So even if FILM's o/s goes back to 35mil, we're still in very good shape.

Absolutely, T! If mgmt stays on track and things continue to come to fruition as planned and hoped for, I can see $2-3 by eoy, if not sooner, given the o/s stays roughly where it is. Gotta figure in an audit, up list to OTCQB, CNSX listing, possible European listing and multiple of projected earnings, MMA Animals has yet to be heard from, but still on CW's website, etc., etc..

A lot of things to look forward to and, at this point, little reason to doubt those things will be accomplished. Imo, the proof of that is more visible in the pudding, so to speak, with every passing week, and in more ways than one.
