I think this is all you :) To be clear I really don't know if this is you, but you sure hate this stock and have for years!
http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=COLV
What about the seller of the company (Bugout pet products) are they in on the big conspiracy theory you keep talking about or is COLV just making up multiple fake companies to purchase? I think your in a short position on this stock and trying to drive the price down...what is your true motivation?
I agree and clean up their financial statements...also how about a LinkedIn profile for the owners/officers? A little can go a long way!
AGREED!!!
No the acquisition never went through.
Very risky investment, proceed with caution!
Agreed and it doubled since the release!
I agree, just a little would be nice!!
Be clear they're either raising funds or dumping stock (plan and simple) look at who and how the bid/ask is moving...by next week we will know what this company is about!
This all depends on your what you believe...
Facts to look at
1. 1Q16 stock issuance to officers 600m with a perfered 10m with a 100-1 conversion 1billion
2. What the float was prior to 1Q16 (reasonable, now the selling is coming from officers)
3. Who the major sellers are (major dilution companies)
4. The number of promotions (and cost of them) run this month alone!!
Best of Luck to us ALL!!!!!
KNOW YOUR MARKET MAKERS!! LOOK:
How To Spot Dilution
Once you learn how to use L2 dilution is very easy to spot. Always pay attention to who is on the ask. If it is just NITE or UBSS then most likely you won't see any manipulation. If you see PERT, VFIN, VERT or cosmetic MM's, know that they are the #1 diluters in the market. Cosmetic MM's are special MM's used by the company to help hide dilution from less learned traders. Some of them are PUNK, MERRI and VNDM. Sometimes it's easier to use them then the well known one's like VERT. If you are watching L2 and one of the diluters are there you will see massive volume on the ask but it will not UT on your stock, it's because they have a certain amount of shares to sell and will not move until they are gone.
You might think it's all buys but they are masked due to selling on the ask since they will come up green instead of red. Another thing here also is you can have millions bought on the ask and then it down ticks, posters will say MM manipulation but what is going on is it down ticked because the OS has gotten bigger due to VERT and others selling shares on the ask.
Here is a list of some of the more famous Market Makers (MM's)
Big Shorters: JIMK, POND, GNET or ARCA (anyone can use GNET, even other MMs because it's an ECN).
Wholesalers: ETRD, HRZG, MASH, NITE, SHWB, UBSS
Top Retail Dilutors: ACAP, AGIS, BAMM, BMIC, CHIG, CLYP, FANC, FRAN, JIMK, MAYF, MERRI, NATL, PERT, PUNK, SACM, UCAP, VERT, VFIN
I think there is very little in the float and most are owned by insiders (at least through the last few weeks) Outstanding could reach $4 billion if all the perfered is converted...
As of March 31st, 1.1 billion issued with over half controlled by officers and 10 million perfered (1-100 conversion) also a massive 600 million just given to officers 1q16. Also I think most of the debt repayment was to officers. And with the 1 to 100 perfered conversion it makes it a very risky investment (dilution).
Range .0015 - .0025 (baring good news) if your trading it... I invested, but it's very risky in my opinion! (Could pay off big)
Best of luck to us all!!!! Hopefully it legitimate and we make some MONEY!!
I agree 100% with you! The companies only hope is for an order and some revenue. I'm sitting on mine and we will see what happens. A comfortable position with no worries is the only way to play this stock...to much speculation around it.
Look at the volume of when they ran the articles and the stock price. If you do the math like I have, you will not believe this to be a pump and dumb (it's not worth it).
+ the cost of the patent, registration, and OTC cost...the economics are not there "when you do the math"! All the noise around this being a pump and dump is just speculation! I have been saying all along "solvency is the issue with this company"! If they survive this could be something...
But they need to better explain the debt on there financial report to your earlier comment about dilution! I think the owners own the debt??? so I don't see a short?? no idea

it's got to be partial orders filling at different times...makes no sense??
I'm not sure I understand, can you explain what you mean? "Toxic Debt"
Agreed!!!
This stock doubled since it announced they received a patent (and promoted it, which they should)! I know that the OTC market is a good venue to raise capital, but in their financial statements they haven't explained anything about how they're using it? If you want to use my money to build your company you better explain to me how you are using it...that said I'm a stock holder (enough to make it interesting, but not enough to worried either way) and will ride the wave and see what happens, but if they want people to take the company seriously they need better investor relations.
Like you said revenue and profit will raise this stock price!! My opinion the range on this stock is .0015 - .0025, I'm surprised on the volume, but it will return to 2.5M avg...until news come out.
100 share would be $0.19? I would think the least amount would be 10,000 shares or $20.00 then your transition cost is $.0008 a share? $7.50 / 10,000
I need to be clear I don't care how many shares the officers own, but I do care how many they retain! (Better reporting for more transparency) they should report there ownership stake quarterly!
Poohpooh, if you want to question things you should point to the 10-q's. Questions like why did Colv render 639,000,000 shares to it's two officers in 1Q16 (MV $439.5k) And an additional 10m perfered shares (convertible to common at 100 to 1) to one officer? With the perfered issuance their could be 4 billion shares outstanding. Stay on the facts not opinion! I don't believe this is a pump and dump, but questing a business practices is always good and CLOV needs to get better at explaining its debt! And needs revenue! I would say one year and we will know...
I agree $5 is a stretch, but if they can generate revenue dilution can be dissolved with share buy backs! That is putting the cart before the horse and their are alot of things that need to happen before anything falls into place, but it's a tenth of a cent...if you're concerned about the loss this is not the stock for you (no penny stock is)!
I agree a lot of work needs to be done but it sounds like they have a viable products...again time will tell.
I agree they have some good things going for them and I'm optimistic also (I also could be wrong)! Time will tell...to me it's worth the risk.
Bloodguard that was in 2015 though, it would be nice to see not only a bid, but a customer in 2016. I don't think they have defined their customer base yet, I believe they have an idea of who they want to sell to, but little to no sales (I would think they would focus on that now) Also they really need to clean up their financial statements. I'm not sure why they don't define their current debt better (also they need to better explain how they are using debt) Also why no assets? If they want to build shareholders confidence they should focuse on better balance sheet explanations! I like the patten, the company's response to online concerns, and the current stock price. Time will tell....but for the risk...

Penny king Yes, if you look at the article the company posted and click on the patten link it's one of the attachments. I know nothing about pattens, but it looks lagitament. I would be interested in your thoughts...
Poohpooh, I pulled the volume and avg price to look for front loading patterns (based on total spend) going back to when they went public in 2014 (see below). As you know you have to front load the stock to create volume and get people to buy...they would have lost money.
When you say people lost millions on this stock I don understand how (maybe you mean "people lost millions in regards to pumping and dumbing stocks")? What time frame was there pump and dumbs on this stock?
I agree they need to do some work around their quarterly reporting to better understand debt. I guess time will tell, but with this new patten, if they can start generating revenue, I see hope!

Poohpooh I'm not sure I understand. Do you believe they don't have the lid and are faking the patten / award and are just promoting the stock to dump it? Usually a pump and dump happens realitivelly fast and news is all circumstantial? COLV addressed the patten and award (facts).
I know no one from COLV, but by looking at their balance sheet I believe they finance operations through stock issuance and agree they've valued the company with no assets (they should definitely change that).
Can you better explain why you believe this is a pump and dump? Besides undervalued balance sheets and promoting the company when good news comes out?
I could be way wrong, but I don't see this as a pump and dump (to much effort and it's been in business to long)
That said, they need revenue!!!
I understand your concern around revenue and profitability. But why would a company obtian a patten (they provided a link) post a detailed article addressing social media chatter, if they were a pump and dump? They wouldn't invest that amount of time and money.
In my opinion, COLV is a struggling new company that has a good product and is trying to break into a market. Revenue is the life blood of any company, so they will make it or will not??? But your paying a fraction of a cent for a share! this is no different then any other investment, risk vs reward...
Pump and dump...NO way!!! Solvency, only time will tell...but they've had some good news (hopefully more to come!!)
