Maybe some here need "write offs" and like too gamble as well! IMO most are after that desperate chump change! Don't need it! Lay down the whole stack and spin the wheel! Lose or win; it is what it is! I hate paying taxes! I also get a kick out of those who constantly announce "profits" as though they never lose! LOL! Right!
Here's my take on it; I entered .0029's on Jan 30th, 2014 and rode it to .03's because I can afford to! No fear! If I lose my seed money then I lose it! I'm not a full time flipper/trader!
So what! Some here entered GRCU trips or .001's, 11's, 12's and can't hold their GRCU shares for 18's but sell at what? Last week's 15's or 16's for chump change! Many don't have the B's to hold for the 18's or better but "to each their own"? Enter, exit, enter, exit, enter, exit! Flip, flip, flip! I understand the fear that can set in when flipping penny stocks!
Now in my case having a lucrative job as a Sr Mechanical Engineer making $120K/year plus full benefits (not to mention trading profits)and looking at L2 on one screen and engineering on another. This has some advantages over full time day traders who need to maintain that seed money or "need" to make a living at it. Oh and yes "I DO GET IT". The phycology of the flipper and bash or pump depending on the enter or exit strategy! All too transparent! ;>)
What was your prior trade based on if you feel "no substance here but just hype and forward looking statements"? It's been that way for months and will remain that way until we get proof of product releases. The market is forward looking so those in the know are buying now. Was there something else you expected from GRCU before you "dumped last week"? I expect GRCU products to be on shelves this coming week or next. I'll be restocking my CBD oil supply at that time. Additional product releases should start being announced soon with additional milestones. If lurkers aren't holding a position now; many will be chasing up to a penny and beyond in short order! Look at March and April 2014's action but I think you were here back then so you know.
We know GRCU has lacked marketing since day one. They tried working with Nutritional Products International and InHealth Media but it never came to much. Assigning celebrity influences to products has been done since the old west when Wyatt Earp's name might be tied to a gun for sale! Even if only by word of mouth or very small newspaper circulations. Now we have radio, TV, internet, magazines, newspapers, newsletters, trade journals, etc, etc. Once the word circulates and networks across platforms; GRCU will be HUGE!
What are you talking about? Are you out with your Stihl chain saw again cutting trees with a smart phone in your hand? The GRCU trend is just the opposite! Keep waiting for those .001's or is it .0015's now? Chasing is aggravating isn't it?
PM'S I've received over a period of months need to remain private but some imply "GRCU is going to be HUGE!" I would like to think my postings are "real" and biased to both sides of the trade and I say it like it is. Take it all "with a grain of salt" but I am all in for the long haul!
You obviously don't know the purpose of a Holding Company". Holding companies don't sell products or services. All OTC companies are "new" companies! LOL! WOW!
WRONG! Mike B. and the holder of series A super preferred shares which is Orlando Cruz, GRCU BOD member and ex-CEO of GRCU and ex- owner of Green Cures Inc control what is done with the Instep restricted 100mm shares. Cruz has priority vote. You seem one sided on this Instep deal but don't understand how the business and share priority is structured!
I posted the answer to that question on Friday! Google "holding company" and READ!
Good! Me neither! Been here since GRCU'S inception and will be for years. Good or bad!
Let me know if I can help.
Well said! I've missed your DD and postings! Welcome back! I hope with GRCU'S reorg and much anticipated news; you will be posting more often!
Why does GRCU care if NGCG dilutes? Go to the NGCG board and talk about NGCG! Now I understand all your questions! Your very confused!
You just implied the answer to your question:
"Knowing the kind of guys Felipe and Mike are...WHY would they get involved in a competitor?"
Subsidiary of NGCG Monster Marketing is a marketing service to GRCU! PERIOD! The 100mm restricted shares Instep Holding purchased from GCI will help fund the GRCU marketing effort. The last PR eluded to the procurement of institutional funding. If I had a real business marketing real products then why would I risk scrutiny from shareholder lawsuits or the SEC by playing around with shares that don't legally belong to me? The only way Felipe and Mike can get their hands on Instep shares for any reason is by BOD vote. There has been no dilution in 20 months but 300 million shares were retired shortly after the TTDZ shell merger with two other retirements happening since. All in the filings and PR'S.
Nice hit for 101K shares at 18 if that was you! As Hendrix would say "very cool man, very cool!"
LOL! You got it!
Sellers at 16 need weekend beer money! Many blue collar types holding GRCU!
Hence the OTC! Nothing new to me!
There isn't a soul over at NGCG with the voting rights capable of diluting GRCU. GRCU'S Series A preferred shareholder and the remaining GRCU BOD have zero incentive to allow it.
Make sure you sell before the so-called GRCU "hammer" falls. That's right your waiting for .0008'S but will never get them so you won't need to worry about any "hammers"! LOL!
LOL! You want "others" to dig deeper! Do others flush your toilet for you as well? Let me start by saying; I don't understand OTC shareholders who question the risk of "share selling" and who don't trust any OTC company to do the right thing. Easy solution, SELL! If such a concern then why are those GRCU shareholders still here and not trading the Nasdaq, AMEX or DOW?
You ask:
"So What's In It for your interim CEO Felipe and Instep's Mike B" How about business for Monster Marketing which will increase NGCG'S value? Green Cures products required marketing with a group knowledgeable in marketing consumer products and those products with some HEMP based ingredients. It can be that simple. GRCU share value goes up, NGCG share value goes up and everyone who owns shares is happy.
Green Cures Inc founder and past majority shareholder Orlando Cruz just turned over the reigns to "holding company" InStep
which Mike Berio registered but no doubt Cruz maintains much control as to where and how those 100mm shares are used for GRCU.
DEFINITION of 'Holding Company'
A parent corporation, limited liability company or limited partnership that owns enough voting stock in another company to control its policies and management. A holding company exists for the sole purpose of controlling another company, which might also be a corporation, limited partnership or limited liability company, rather than for the purpose of producing its own goods or services. Holding companies also exist for the purpose of owning property such as real estate, patents, trademarks, stocks and other assets. If a business is 100% owned by a holding company, it is called a wholly owned subsidiary.
Cruz owns Series A Super Preferred shares of GRCU. Why would someone who stands to lose $123K and future worth of the Series A shares sell GCI to individuals who were planning to bleed GRCU? Cruz still has Series A Super Preferred share voting rights and I believe they take priority over Instep's 100mm restricted share voting rights. Cruz is the final say. The 100mm restricted shares allows Instep/Monster Marketing to have voting rights on GRCU but not priority.
Monster Marketing's reputation is on the line and they might get a hefty sum if GRCU'S products have huge sales numbers. The 100mm shares will facilitate that success. I'm not sure how legal it is for Instep to sell 100mm shares and funnel those funds into NGCG with Cruz and the new GRCU BOD members voting against it. I think Berio and NCGC would be sued! In addition, Monster Marketing has every incentive to direct GRCU decisions for the benefit of GRCU and Monster Marketing? They are a service provider to GRCU and now have voting rights though the holding company. IMO Monster wants to make money by selling as much GRCU product as possible so those 100mm shares are worth as much as possible to everyone. I don't see anywhere that states the new BOD members Joe Tragessor or Aymar Yoboué have rights to the 100mm shares so I doubt they will allow Berio to hurt GRCU but only allow those shares to better GRCU. Again, Cruz will have a strong opinion and say where those 100mm shares are used. My bet is some are leveraged for financing to pay Monster Marketing cash so they can successfully market GRCU products on Cruz's, Joe T's and Aymar Y's watch. We have also heard that Instep is bringing with it other "celebrity influenced drink products into GRCU". That hasn't happened yet but if/when it does; Instep's intentions and credibility for GRCU'S well being will be made clear.
This week's PR mentioned "institutional investors". Institutional MJ investors are looking to invest. HEMP is no exception!
MILLIONS OF MJ INVESTMENT DOLLARS UP FOR GRABS!
http://mjbizdaily.com/millions-of-investment-dollars-up-for-grabs-qa-with-kodiak-capitals-jim-fitzpatrick/
Summarized thoughts of GRCU'S progress since the TTDZ shell takeover in February/March, 2014:
1. March of 2014 GRCU PPS shot to intraday high of .049 on Calkin and sector hype very shortly after takeover of shell. PPS slowly retraces back to sub penny over a period of approx. 15-16 months.
2. GRCU rolled out allbotannical.com and Allcbd.com as planned with many different Green Cures products.
3. IMO 2014 was a deliberate test marketing campaign while metrics were recorded and the correct marketing strategy was analyzed in a brand new business sector.
4. Cruz invests over $100K with an average PPS of .005/share. (Yet to be recovered and without any dilution)
5. Shares are retired and additional shares have been retired since early 2014.
6. Rico Suave introduced into test markets.
7. Both CEO'S Calkin and Jones prove to be useless after each of them only serve a few months in the role.
8. Cruz takes over as interim CEO and CFO
9. Cruz starts advertising the need for strategic alliances and possible mergers.
10. GRCU issues 100mm shares to Green Cures Inc.
11.Instep shows up and buys out Green Cures Inc and absorbing those 100mm shares and now majority shareholder of GRCU.
12. New labeling of Green Cures CBD oils and capsules.
13. Cruz PR'S new products in the pipeline including drinks.
14. Celebrity influence announced.
15. New BOD members announced with huge influence on marketing and distribution channels.
16. UPTRENDZz finds Instep trademark DD with strong possibility of Jimi Hendrix "influence".
17. Additional DD shows many coffee and tea beverages tied to the Instep "Hendrix Beverage" name.
18. RickNagra ties the dates Jimi Hendrix Icon Beverages Trademark Introduction with Rico Suave release dates and possible coincidence or not.
19. STAY TUNED TOMORROW; SAME BAT TIME, SAME BAT CHANNEL!
Not when 95% of those who seem interested in GRCU need grocery money to survive! Lot's of .0015's sold EOD. I feel sorry for them! Peanuts and popcorn in comparison! Even 5mm shares at .0015 is only $7500 so what is the profit? $1k-$2K? Again, peanuts and popcorn!
So is the filing wrong or the PR wrong? The dude needs to clean up his act! Literally! LOL!
LOL! I see what you mean!
LOL! I didn't notice "first post". Who knows what all the agenda's are but it does get old. I try to stay credible as a true GRCU long. Others, well....................
I'm a baby boomer but my wife and I never had kids! Interesting article below describes the reasons why the Baby Boomer generation is shrinking due to that generation getting older and dying off. In addition younger immigrants of recent years are adding to the millennial generation. I guess the statistics are changing.
http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2015/01/16/this-year-millennials-will-overtake-baby-boomers/
I don't pay for premium posting but only L2. Are you sure it's the same JT?
It's amazing how much celebrities can be worth dead than alive. When their deceased the memorabilia starts to increase over the generations. Elvis' estate pulls in $55mm yearly! Of course Hendrix isn't up to that caliber but still very popular.
"Ranking second behind Jackson is Elvis Presley with an estimated $55 million in earnings over the 12-month period. Authentic Brands Group bought the rights to Elvis last year for a reported $125 million.Oct 15, 2014"
I question why a GRCU shareholder or potential investor would pose these questions publically and not do their own DD? Why not pick up the phone and receive the answers! Then maybe provide some real feedback whether positive or negative! I won't be provided my hard earned answers to you! That's a given! I am confident in providing this much DD; GRCU is not a scam! Mark my post; we are on the bottom floor of something big! Lessons have been learned and the consumable HEMP product sector with all it's health benefits is brand new.
New drink name:
Purple Haze
Jimi Hendrix
Purple Haze all in my brain,
lately things don't seem the same,
actin' funny but I don't know why
'scuse me while I kiss the sky.
Baby boomers like myself make up the bulk of the US population. I grew up with Hendrix, Janis Joplin, The Doors, etc. Using Hendrix as a marketing logo is clever and will attract all generations since Mom's and Dad's and the media in general have turned the newer generations onto the same music of the 60's early 70's as well. Hendrix is very well known and one of the greatest and most influential guitarists of all time. I picture the logos to be a bit psychedelic! GROOVY! I'm hip to it man!
Very well could be Hendrix! I'm pondering if Rico Suave's formula is being relabeled and remarketed as a Hendrix product.
Groovy man!
GREAT DD UPTRENDZz! HUGE FIND!
IMO PR was incorrect. Filing states Longoria is CEO and Joe T is COO and director of sales. IMO the PR did not mean to call Joe T the CEO but why wasn't Longoria mentioned in the recent PR as permanent CEO? Cruz still has voting rights due to his number and type of preferred shares. IMO they F'D up this news and it was late. We might be dealing with morons but let's see if their performance lives up to their resumes.
I like the backgrounds of the new BOD members. I'm not sure if others remain or if only Joe T. and Aymar Y. are the only members. Joe's background sounds especially strong with numerous connections to market GRCU products into large distribution channels. My only concern as is the case with many OTC stocks; they need to stop with the self imposed dates and deadlines. Get it done first and then announce it with links, photos, and/or documents, etc. More news should be forthcoming fairly soon!
