This stock wouldn't even move on good news. Very damaged goods here. Wouldn't surprise me if SEC got involved here as many felt press releases were misleading. Death spiral for last six months. Pinks don't report to SEC, but cannot put out misleading press releases.
So there're hope. I was thinking it was haulted or something because no trades were going through. Thanks pal.
Where do you see the stock going this year????
You may get your money but you'll probably have to hold for a while. Very dangerous chasing a stock when it's out of it's base so far.
Pinksheets.com stopped providing quotes for MTDX, because they won't provide current financial informatiom. That's pretty bad.

Look at the chart: http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/chart.jsp?symbol=MTDX&duration=2-6-9-0-0-536
Probably another RS coming, then probably more shares will be issued. And probably a name change to try to hide the past.
The stock probably won't be worth much more that than paper and ink and labor to make the stock certificate.
"Simply put, without these requirements in place, you cannot trust the information you receive."
Pink Sheets - Even more risky than the OTCBB, the Pink Sheets is a quotation service, and it does not require companies to register with the SEC or remain current in their periodic filings. The stocks on the Pink Sheets are the most speculative there is.
The main problem with being delisted is the trust factor: people lose their faith in the stock. When a stock trades on the NYSE or Nasdaq, it has an aura of reliability and accuracy in reporting financial statements. When a company's stock is demoted to the OTCBB or Pink Sheets, it loses its reputation. Bulletin Board and Pink Sheet stocks lack the stringent regulation requirements that investors come to expect from NYSE and Nasdaq-traded stocks. Simply put, without these requirements in place, you cannot trust the information you receive.
What happen to the stock? It looks like it died.
Seen this happen several times. Stock was around .05. Anouncement came, stock shot up. Johney come lately left holding the bag. Of course you could still make money here but the easy money has been made already.

The 3.2 million contract give them some hope, especially since their past revs were only around one million. Didn't have time to read everything, just saw that big contract from last year. http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/050928/86856.html
How long before you or anybody see this company making a profit???
I don't see any value here. All I see is a extremely risky microcap penny stock that you'll probably lose money on. I going to buy NWD. Somebody tell me some reasons to be bullish and I'll listen. These recent filing don't sound to encouraging either. Boy, only a million in sales, that's really small!!!
"As of October 31, 2005, we had a working capital deficit of $2,165,812. We generated a deficit in cash flow from operations of ($12,519) for the three month period ended October 31, 2005. The deficit in cash flow from operating activities is largely attributable to our net loss of $303,909, adjusted for changes in the components of working capital amounting to a use of cash of $9,194.
While we have raised capital to meet our working capital and financing needs in the past, additional financing is required in order to meet our current and projected cash flow deficits from operations and development. We are seeking financing in the form of equity in order to provide the necessary working capital. We currently have no commitments for financing. There is no guarantee that we will be successful in raising the funds required."

I think some people are confused. This release says "for about 95 percent of Immediatek Inc.'s outstanding shares, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission" http://www.marketwire.com/mw/release_html_b1?release_id=107588
The filing says only preferred: http://xml.10kwizard.com/filing_raw.php?repo=tenk&ipage=3916465o
Would take a lot more than 3 million to buy out the common. So I think the first news release is WRONG???
It appears he can bring value to this company. I'm just concern with the stock up over a 1000% that it's getting ahead of itself.
I'm going to keep an eye on this one because of Mr. Cuban.
This reminds me of the MTDX mess where posters were saying the same because of Jamir Miller. If you want to see a mess study that one.
Somebody left a post on the Yahoo for ARTG that this stock was being bought out for .68. I decided to investigate.
Sorry I really don't mean to bother anybody, but I've seen three stocks with similar situation, all three went back close to their original price. I guess I like to challenge people not to prove that I'm right or to bash or bear a company but to find out the truth on what's going on.
What's the gist on why it's so cheap???
My point is that's the stock already up over 1000%, based probably on the misreading of SEC filings. True the stock is worth more with Mark Cuban, but it looks like all the easy money in the stock is already made. It's already coming down.
True, I don't see anything here except some SEC filings that people didn't read very carefully. To me it looks like there no value here, that why it was .02. It will probably be back under a dime soon. http://finance.yahoo.com/q/is?s=ITEK.OB&annual
"small reverse split" - still doesn't mean common getting anything. Almost nobody holds OTCBB, they trade them. My guess, unless futher news for common, stocks goes back to .05 - .15
I've read them. I still don't see where the .68 is for the common shares.
I'm just posting my interpretation. It's says .68 is for the preferred. Doesn't say anything about the common, which leads me to beleive the .68 isn't for the common. Last two deal similar to this left a lot of bag holders. See MTDX and IDWD. Outstanding Shares: 38,769,655
Oh, it says here it's pink, maybe it's wrong. Still wouldn't buy, but will watch, got burned in MTDX. "Richardson-based Immediatek (Pink Sheets: ITEK) provides software that allows customers to legally download music over the Internet. The company's subsidiary, DiscLive Inc., makes CD-R recordings available for sale immediately following a concert." http://dallas.bizjournals.com/dallas/stories/2006/01/23/daily34.html
.68 is for preferred, doesn't say for the common.
Unless there're further clarification that the .68 is for the common, it's will be back under a dime.
Outstanding Shares: 38,769,655 "Under the deal, Radical Holdings L.P., which Cuban heads, will buy about 4.4 million shares of Immediatek's convertible preferred stock."
Am I missing something here?. It's just the preferred stock? I just hope this doesn't end up like MTDX and IDWD. And it's PINK, no SEC to answer to!!!

If shareholders think there're was something not right here, they can file a complaint with the SEC: http://www.sec.gov/complaint/selectconduct.shtml That's about all you can do unless you want to hire a securities attorney who would cost a lot of money in the end.
Probably would be a good idea to see if the SEC would at least investigate. And if they investigated and come up with an conclusion, good or bad, then at least something was done to remove some doubt.
You forgot one: the MTDX's
If it work for you....then cool, I'm going to stick to NASD and listed.
I'm sure you can make money on some pink sheet and OTCBB stocks. But to me it's high risk gambling, the mortality rate here is very high.
You don't have to study pinks and OTCBB very long to figure out that you (in general) don't hold these type of "securities", you trade them. I never ventured much into this type of gambling, I've been making good money in NASD and listed ones like ELN, HAUP, TSCM HOM.
IDWS did something similar to this, except in a divided. Price shot up to .65 from .10, now almost back to .10.
"I don't have to prove that the sec looked into this... that's up to you to believe or not. What I will tell you is I know for a fact that they did." Based on what - because you say so??? You cannot prove it.
"THANK YOU, YOU SAVED ME I WILL NEVER BUY A PINK AGAIN!!!!" If you haven't figured it out, it wasen't meant for people like you. But for less experienced people, as many people start with low price securities. No offence intented.
"This is my last post in regards to bell345's attempts to save us all from trading pinks." The more info available, the better.
I'm no expert, but doesn't it seem a little strange that a company with four million in revenues got a buyout bid valued @ around 70 million??.
"I can guarantee the SEC has gone through this deal with a fine tooth comb and guess what? They passed!!!" Ok, prove that the SEC has gone through this deal.
I think this article is more like what's it is really like: http://biz.yahoo.com/usat/051110/13220144.html?.v=1
