That was over 3 months ago. You do know that they need to file every quarter? They need their 12-31-13 financials file very soon. Nothing has been filed since November.

It just should not have dropped by that much. We were all expecting another bad quarter but this has to be over done. Tons of assets here worth a whole lot.

At least half of MORL would be the equity ownership in REIT's and maybe half or so the note. That is only my best guest at this point:)

From what I read is that MORL owns a portfolio of different REIT's. From this they use some kind of leverage (this part I do not understand but could be what you have found) to make it a X 2 investment.

I really like this because the REIT's has a bad 2013 and have come down in price just like MORL. So thinking this is a bottom the up would be X 2 from here.

Can be a bit risky but love the dividend potential with the possibility of the price also increasing at the same time.

Those are good questions. I do not understand how it all works myself but like the dividends that it pays.

MORL is like a forever stock. Even the dividends are X 2. Great long term buy and hold here.

Well it could always go under $1 and get de-listed. Seen it happen many times. Are you sure they are cheap still? Your right on the Bit coin being the hot play for sure.

I would have to agree given the volume today. Many new shares appear to have been put into the float today. Wish we could get an update on the number of shares outstanding.

I think you are correct as the shares outstanding must have tripled in the past 2 weeks or so.

If next quarter earnings go up another .03 to .09 then averages that at the next 4 quarters would be .36 X 10X earnings would be

$3.6 a share!

What happened at the EOD today? Huge drop below $3. No news or anything that I see. Thought that after earnings drop would be a good time to get in. Always happens to me after I go in. If I had more money I would buy more under $3.00 for sure.

This seems like good timing with many contracts ending at the end of the year. Do you think EGLE will get contracts at a much higher rate now?
