OT: Mac when do you think IKMA will hit $2 as you were speculating. I almost got in last month when you recommended it at around .30 but now I see it is less than .10. Do you think it still has upside?
Quadriga website being updated for Spay & Shine. Looks like $9.95 retail price.
How do you know that Colorado are you on the 7? LOL
Thanks for the DD. I think the next few weeks will be interesting.
Not on the 7, but on the West Coast, and they seem to be updating these websites after hours.
New dealer on board. Brakeswap.com.
Seems like things are starting to pick up.
I am still holding strong.
Looks like they are tweaking the Clean Car Kit.Com website some more. Hopefully we will hear something soon about the rollout of the Products.
Looks like Spray N Shine is getting closer to being rolled out as they have updated Clean Car Kit.com. Hopefully we will hear something soon.
Ot: SVMI seems like a good play. Good luck. Go MSEP
Yes Gedi. This is very good news for us and just the start of bigger things to come IMHO.
Seems like Martini is really on board with our product as they have it all over their website.
Looking at the website I notice we have added a new distributor in Australia. Martini Racing. Dave wasn't kidding when he said we were starting to go Intenational.
I think we need a little more disclosure on what Brehm and Baron are doing for us.
Otherwise we continue to wait for the good news on GS 610.
No doubt in my mind that we will see good news on GS 610 and I like what I have seen so far as far as getting our feet in the door with IRL and NASCAR.
Time will tell.
I wander if MW will be sending out messages on the message boards after the hearing today like he did the last time. My guess is probably not.
NIce photos on the website of the MSEP staff.
I like the sentence in the PR that says "The opportunity to be in a leading retail chain could be a reality sooner than later"
As Dave mentions this type of news gives GS610 credibility. He can then walk into a National Retailer and say I have a product that these reputable teams endorse and I would like to make a deal with you to put on your shelf as a consignment type arrangement. There is no risk to the retailer and GS 610 get National recognition.
Maybe Dave is hinting something in this PR.
Hopefully we'll get some more good news real soon.
My bets on Foyt. The only thing I am basing that on is I believe he lives in Scottsdale near all the rest of these guys.
I am proud of my Steelers tonight.
Next I want to be just as proud of MSEP.
Ot: I am so proud of my Steelers today. Just awesome what they did to win 3 in a row on the road against the better seeds.
Now they will go into the Superbowl and probably be the favorites and win one for Jerome.
Now with that said. Go MSEP. $15,000 investment for the brake fluid and MW is wandering where his royalties are because he knows he could have screwed up and left alot of $ on the table. He said it himself with his post yesterday.
Thanks for the post Colorado, I didn't realize I would make the short list. I've been a stockholder in MSEP since last December/04, and not an employee of the Company.
I keep noticing the past few days that most of the discussion is being steered towards the character of MSEP management and the fact that they are all stockbrokers/failures/crooks and this will drive MSEP into the ground. We also had MW come on today to say he is in this legal battle until the end.
I know I sound like a broken record about this, but the fact is that MSEP has paid $15,000 for the exclusive rights to GS610. We as stockholders need to be discussing the value of this investment by MSEP as it seems to be a very good deal for us. I am speculating this is why MW is in this legal battle until the end as he mentions as I am sure that MSEP is trying to cut him out completely and he wants his cut as he knows that there is $ to be made here on his royalties. I know Viking shared an email with us as to the potential market that may be out there for this product. Hopefully we will get an update soon about this from the Company.
Bottom line is that for a bunch of stockbrokers/failures and crooks this seems to be a pretty good deal, now I agree they need to make something of it and time will tell if they do.
Just remember Dave paid $15,000 for the exclusive rights to GS610.
So I can give two sXXt's about what these people did previous to TNTI/MSEP days.
RBisPoo and you can blow alot of smoke but the bottom line is that this isn't a big investment to acquire this type of product that has some credibility in the marketplace.
My opinion is that MW is scrambling to keep his 7% royalty on sales as I think based upon the agreement he signed, if there was truly a breach, he could be at risk at losing everything. I am sure that isn't what he wants and I too wouldn't take a chance at losing that at a hearing, so I would want to settle for something.
So I agree lets see what Flanders brings to the table. As an investor I have confidence that MSEP will be able to recoup the $15,000 investment plus establish a consistent revenue stream. Time will tell.
Viking we all know that MSEP is still a start up Company and there will be alot of nay sayers with their points of view.
FFF does bring up alot of these issues and it is all good discussions, but we all know that in the end it is our true belief in MSEP and our belief that the Company will succeed that matters.
Other than that until a steady stream of revenues is in place, we will continue to have these discussions.
What gives me alot of hope is the small investment we made of $15K for GS610. I still believe that is a very good deal for us.
Doesn't matter who the manufacturer is, they are under a confidentiality agreement. What matters is that we get the brake fluid for the best price, best quality and best delivery for our customers.
Time will tell.
No we can't. We don't have the exclusive rights to sell GS 610. If the manufacturer sells it to us they would be breaking their confidentiality agreement. MSEP has the exclusive rights.
MSEP is in a good position with this one and only for $15K. Time will tell.
Good post FFF, and I agree that alot of what we do is based upon emotion.
With that said though, I still feel confident that MSEP can be one of those Companies that can show growth thru fundamental business and not just hype. I keep coming back to the investment we made for GS610 of $15,000 and the fact that we have gotten a proven product for such a small investment. Now it just getting this product into the right hands and word of mouth will do the rest.
Time will tell. Let's compare notes again during next years holiday season.
Here's wishing all involved in MSEP a great holiday season and a very Happy New Year.
I wonder what brake fluid will be in his car? Maybe he will be the "to be announced" driver in the GS610 sweepstakes.
Stay tuned.
Brake Fluid on EBAY by the bottle and by the case.
Goldman. One thing I notice about Azz in Fla. is that he won't comment about the fact that we only paid $15,000 for the exclusive rights to the GS610 product. He throws out all of the other DD about everything but fails to mention that fact.
Reason being is that he cannot throw a negative spin on that fact as he knows that it is a good deal for us. We must all continue to remember that there isn't a big investment out there for a this product and the rewards can be very substantial.
Time will tell.
Say what you want Mani, but all they paid to be able to have the rights to sell, market and distribute that product was $15,000. Yes, $15,000 and this is a product that is being used in Professional Racing and is established and has potential to bring in very nice returns.
Not such a bad deal in my opinion.
Seems like things are starting to progress in the right direction. Too bad you won't be part of the fun.
Here you go Mani. $15,000, that's all that was paid. No cost for any Research and Development, the product is ready for market. If we sell less than $100K of brake fluid we should recoup that investment back, not too bad of a deal in my opinion and I am expecting it to be a very good deal if we do have our foot in the door in Nascar and IRL.
Time will tell. In the meantime Wachhollz will still make $ in royalties, so he will not be disappointed.
8-k filed August 16, 2005......

GS610 deal cost MSEP $15,000. Read the SEC filings. This gives them the exclusive rights for that product.
After that they pay 7% royalty on future sales.
Not such a bad deal now is it Mani.
Yea and to think we only paid $15,000 for the exclusive rights for GS610 and we may have a product being sold into the Nascar circuit and Indy Racing.
Looking forward to see how this plays out.
I think the fact that we are in discussions with any Nascar officials/teams is a good testament that Dave can make some things happen within the industry. Having a network of people within the industry can help get our feet in the door and then the product should sell itself and be very price competitive as well.
Looking forward to seeing how this plays out. MSEP and Nascar I have been wanting to say those words.
Just got back from Houston and I check in to this great news. I knew Dave was up to something but I never expected this so soon. As I said before patience will pay off.
I am expecting the 10Q to show continued improvement to the Balance Sheet. As far as revenues I anticpate we will be flat with second quarter Revenues.
Key is still the future of GS610. We only paid $15,000, so I continue to believe that this will pay off.
OT: Thanks for the Pizza and Beer Express.
No 8-k issued regarding lawsuit with Wachholz. Wandering if something is going on. I guess we will hear soon.
$15,000 investment by MSEP to get control of GS610 in my opinion should be a win for us. Patience will pay off.
Total of $15,000 paid for the brake fluid deal and we have control of the marketing/distribution and sales of GS610. We have to only pay a 7% royalty on future sales as per the last PR.
We will see a nice return from this investment. Great deal for us.
Looks like EBAY site has ramped up and is selling hundreds of items at a "Buy it now price". Looks like they are making an effort to get more sales volume on EBAY.
Mac I don't know if we have sold any brake fluid yet, and to be honest I am not expecting any great news on sales for this quarter. I would rather hear from Dave that he is getting this business prepared for growth and this is the steps he is putting in place to make that happen and when those steps will be implemented.
