I agree 100%. I am due for new truck at our company and we are not replacing due to costs. For my family we were due for a new SUV. Instead of another Tahoe we purchased a Mercedes. Never thought we would do that but we did. Honestly a better vehicle IMO and close to 10K under Tahoe best deal. Who would of thought. I can not believe the pricing on new trucks and who the hell is buying these???? A bubble 100%

I agree. When I say Keens I should be more specific... Other company officials from the past that may or may not be relation. I don't blame them for selling but it does have effect on share price.

.0002's will be selling soon and then .0001's which is still 1000x more than what this worthless stock has in revenues, assets and potential.

Share price continues on a downward trend. What will it take make losses first stop and then want investors to invest here as a starting point? No volume also means that current share holders are not buying more stock. Why not?

The fruad is clear and present. If company officials are supplying information to select investors without disclosing public then insider information is present. According to posted statements a select few are recieveng phone calls and emails from company officials with financial, meetings, document filings etc. Some even tuant others that they have secret information and that others need to do own DD. Cut and dry if you ask me without question.

I have been here a couple of years now. Same story over and over. This deal has no intention of making money for investors. Nothing but a piggy bank. This is an established business that knows how to play the game and OTC is a source of revenue. Economy is tough and foreign money will be nonexistant with dollar so strong and gold value dropping.

Did you read the Q? Not good. Revenue is up but cost of revenue is more than profit. 250K of additional loss due to additional revenue? Company can't afford to do more business. New shares on market and debt is real. I do nto expect a bump here at all and would not be suprised if longs start to relize this may be a bagholder situation. Dollar is high/Gold is low.

With all this potential you have to wonder why is this trading at .0001??

Correct me if I am wrong I think you have one year to file.

Mrs Keens father was supervisor of install business and it lost money big time. Read back a few years as they decided to get out of the install business for a reason. The cost of travel and having to pay installers between jobs was too high. Cost of labor very high local. I expect to see the price down here for some time as Keens let more shares go.

I hope you are right for you and some others holding shares but I just dont see it happening. I think this goes dark and starts up again and some other scam pushing pot, gold, oil etc like it has in the past. I think Lattuca is holding out to own the shell outright and will do so but will take a year or so.

The gold was investors money and the mine is the OTC.

This stock is not being shorted. Not worth it. What is happening here is the company is selling stock to raise money. They need cash to continue operations and develop new products. Failed crowd funding attempt shows they are in need of funding. Not bashing one bit.
