There's buying every second day - maybe someone is shy?
"You can't sell these shares since they aren't a publically listed company."
Thanks for the information, but
Will you contact the CEO?
I wanted to get cash payment for my shares, but the agent asked a fee of USD500 for this transaction. I think, such an amount is not fair and not realistic. I did ask the CEO about that, if the company pays for that and why he didn't offer to buy back the shares through open market. He wrote to me that it's standard practice they do not pay anything in connection with the merger. That's why I do own some Datascoops shares, now.
Do you know, how these shares can be sold? At my broker I was able to submit a sell order, but there's no bid and ask.
"400,000 shares traded today. Barely anything in terms of dollar value but it is activity."
I see 422500 @ 0.00073. And I am wondering, how someone can trade at this price of
0.00073, since the increment (at least at my broker) is
0.0001
"...is there even a viable business anymore?"
Last time I contacted investor relations I didn't get an answer...
Unfortunately I don't have L2, but I just showed you how much is available at 0.0009.
Does anyone still get information from Investor Relations or even from the company? I do not.
I hope so, since I can't believe, last years action was only on air.
Friday should be the date for quarterly results, I suspect.
@Traderfan: Thanks for being one of the rare members not wearing pink eye glasses!
So many messages' content here is either written by (naive) beginners or is simply not correct. I am really wondering, if for instance the statements about dilution ("close to be done" for months and months), are made by the CEO. Would our could he or anybody else say this again and again... That's strange.
I assume there's nothing illegal. I even think that everything is well in respect to law.
But I also think, our CEOs goals are not the same as ours. - Growth reached by buying companies, financed by current or new investors is in most cases (except some special ones) not in our primary interest. I am not impressed by let's say: A growth in revenue with a factor of 2, while the company gets two times as big by buying another company and shrinking my stake by 1/2 or less. That does not lead to a higher share price; that's only playing the game of becoming a CEO of a big company.
That:
"We have been here for months supporting this stock!!!"
is an understatement. We are not supporting this stock or the company. It is our/the shareholders company, and our money is the reason, why this company exists and gives work and income to the employees AND management.
What do we get for this, our risk? Dillution and ignorance for our needs!
"This will be a new company in future."
We will see... Thanks!
Thanks, but unfortunately I still don't understand. There was a new website (axmpharmainc.com) for some time, but even this is history, now. That's why I am suspecting this reinstatement story is also obsolete. But I don't know anything except the last quarterly report of June 30 2015.
"They are busy on the background."
Why do you think so?
The new website is gone.
I think, that's a good sign. The value of the transactions is much more than to reassure shareholders.
"My understanding was P/R that was about ready was for sales, growth, and guidance"
If so, I did remember incorrectly, but why wasn't this published...
I am not sure if I remember correctly because of so many messages, but: How can it be, that the CEO was preparing a press release a few days ago about all notes converted, but now finds out there are still 12k left? Would he have published that if he were not called and by this way pointed to another conversion? Didn't he check this before preparing the press release?
Did I miss anything or did I misunderstand? - I am not sure.
I am a bit confused and yes: I am sceptical. I am invested in SVTE since November because of it's fundamental development. But now I am reading every day: Conversion will be over soon.
I am getting more and more unsure. The current limit is at (very high) 500 million shares.
And almost everybody is (surprisingly) extremely optimistic here.
To be frank: I am a bit disappointed, now. Selling two months ago would have been the right decision. Nevertheless I am still hoping for a good end.
Todays action seems to me like an irrational overreaction.
I am holding.
It's true, I didn't send to Mr. Walker, but to info@enableipc.com. I can't find an e-mail address of the CEO himself. Anyhow he should have received the message since there are surely not that "much" people working that he doesn't get it.
I will try again with my questions about the patents.
Yes, it's always moving fast because of low volume. And perhaps someone is reading here...
@bababooyah: I did send an e-mail to the company last year but didn't get an answer. Then I tried at investor relations contact and did get a really kind and informative answer with positive content. Nevertheless time is going by, month by month, and all this potential gets less - potential buyers do come to a decision one day, and since there's no press release from the company it seems Enable IPC didn't get orders. Therefore these positive things cool down.
That's why I am getting more unsure every day. Nevertheless selling is no option for me.
"If people knew about all these potential deals the stock wouldn't be down here."
I am a shareholder for many years now, and bought all the way down. I am wondering where share price would be if I didn't buy.
"I'd buy the .013 shares here but there is no way I'd be able to pick up any meaningful amount. They'd fill 10K at .0013 and then move ask to over .002"
Aah, that's you all the time!
I have a buy-order running, too, but currently there's neither a buy nor a real sell reason for new investors resp. old ones. Probably the ask is only a market-maker order...
Does anyone know something about EIPCs patents?
This company may get in the near future a grey beard because of age, but nothing seems to happen. Even the facebook account is silent for weeks.
I am simply wondering, how long the patents will still have any value... I don't know, when these were registered, but the company was founded in 2005. That's in about one month 11 years. Therefore I think, the patents have some age, too. And I assume, but don't know for the United States, keeping these up is not cheap in special when there's no income.
For weeks investors are only waiting at about these 30 cents of that advisory service contract. Manic Monday will likely bring the 10-Q and decide about the further direction. I am hoping for this "Mulit-Year Supply Agreement" to show effect in earnings, but what will be, will be.
Yes, I am not writing anything new, but ASNB turned out to be an important position in my portfolio and thus I am expectant awaiting news...
A lot of selling since 0.40. Perhaps there's a support at todays low, but who knows. I was even wondering if you all want to get out in the range 0.3 to 0.4. I am still owning all the shares I ever bought. And I am awaiting next earnings with great expectations, as always in these little companies. Three and a half week...
Fact is that we don't know what Mirus was engaged for. And perhaps even ASNBs board doesn't know, because they could have engaged Mirus to find any good opportunity.
If it's a buyout I am wondering what scale is being used. If ASNB would be a Nasdaq-listed company I would be dreaming of ASNB being a tenbagger from here.
I am very keen about the earnings. I suspect and hope we will see an increase. At least I am interpreting insider buying as a sign for us. And the chart since last earnings tells, that people are not worried about the future - rare after such gains.
I suspect Friday or next Monday will be the day of publication.
There's a message on Facebook regarding the office in Madison. Perhaps this had an influence to the price.
Strange posts, @JasperFong. Do you intend to buy shares or rather are you already a shareholder?
After two weeks of silence on EIPC's Facebook account, there are two new messages today. Before their appearance, I was even wondering, if there was an intention to lower share price, but now it seems I was only deliriousing about upcoming news.
In any case, share price is down at 0.002, now.
It's sad Mr. Walker is not keeping us up-to-date.
Yesterday made this for a few minutes a 10-bagger within only about nine months. A bit of selling after that is OK. Until now there's no tendency for correction... what can we expect more?
Thanks for the information, tedpeele! That's a surprise for me, since here in Germany every company with restricted liability to the owners has to publish to protect creditors.
Last quarterly report published I found was for September 2014 on 12/02/14. Is there no obligation to EIPC to publish the reports?
I am wondering why it's going so quick so low, since income improved quarter by quarter and the purchases by Director Raynard Veldman of 250k at .03 are a positive signal. Seems there are no buyers.
Yesterday, a few minutes before market close, there was an order submitted for about 200k shares, but only 35k were filled. I think, market maker reacted on this today with the bid/ask of 0.14/0.17. That's probably not unusual for a stock of this market capitalization. Now the rest of this order is on bid again and bid/ask is at 0.14/0.15. Nothing exciting - unfortunately.
srer-inc.com seems to be offline now. Perhaps srenergyresearch.com and rfidconcepts.com are a replacement for srer-inc.com. The former two domains were registered on 2015-06-25, the latter one on 2014-01-27. Phone number and postal address are all the same: https://www.google.de/maps/@34.4535706,-118.6162378,3a,39.1y,207.16h,81.13t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sni0lMM2PvJ9fC0JAFgkOdw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!6m1!1e1 (This is/was for lease, but there seems to be no indication to sr energy. - "Drive" around the building.)
Unfortunately there's no good and current photo of SolRayo in Madison:

@mr_tech_russ: Thanks for your drawing up. You are absolutely right.
It's very disappointing being a shareholder for many years with a nice position not getting even a single update in over one year (Yes, yesterday was the anniversary of the promising blog post.), while there still seems to be some life.
And since last Fridays distressing facebook post (quotation) and the comment to it, there's even no Monday-message. There is also no post on twitter and, the curiousity on this: SR-Energy's twitter account is silent since that time, too. I am wondering, if the same person is posting or if they are all busy doing business, and preparing an update for us.
By the way, for a few days, it seems, there's someone playing with bid-price after market close, setting it up to 0.0001 under ask. Perhaps only visible at my broker, but it's new for EIPC.
Does someone have an idea, what impact the sale of Rio subsidiary may have to income statement/revenue? How big was Rio in relation to the whole company?
Thanks in advance for all information!
Seems like price "correction" is done. Todays close will be interesting.
Looks like a good place for vacation and relaxation, our park:
https://www.google.de/maps/@42.5934895,-71.147516,3a,90y,93.5h,88.34t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sZaKtYHMpu2ifX1pIVfiYzA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656
I am not bothering about that price.
0.12 is a big support level - maybe someone wants to test it. Or someone wants to get out.
Volume is such low and spread high in this stock that volatility is naturally high. Next earnings or news will be interesting and fix the long term way. This is not a stock for traders but for investors. I regret I didn't buy more, when price was very low - and will even if it goes back to 5 cents.
Yes, maybe.
But I keep in mind, that there is no certainty about future sales. So potential shareholders see a stock after a notable upswing. They have to become used to this price level.
Nevertheless the chart looks very fine; it will be interesting to see the rest of the week. Perhaps the next purchase will bring it up another 10 cents.
@Apophis: "Good to see on days like this there is not a lot of selling in this security." The company is too small to go up and down with market. Give it some time at current levels and we will see.
@C Patrick: Thank you very much for the information! Good to see there seems to be still some life and somebody gets an answer - maybe my English is too poor to be noticed there.
I'll go on waiting, now...
