It is a stupid thing to do in my opinion. Waiting an extra 15 to 45 days to keep projects or events from becoming public for that short period of time is not going to make that much of a difference. It is as if the company does not want to inform shareholders in a timely manner.

he company should file on time to show that it is not a penny stock and that it is capable of being run as a NASDAQ company that files ontime!

However, it does not matter anymore since the new SEC rules will hurt NSOL if they fail to file on time or pull this late filing stuff like they have in the last 2 years.

I bet they will wait until the patents are approved before announcing big contracts.

This company may be a year away from the big contracts. This sideways/downard price decline is a drag. It is almost June so it has been 6 months of decline since the peak at 2 dollars.

Tom- What do you think will be the first major contract dollar amount and which technology? DO you think ity will be the Nuclear Detection Equipment or TWR?

I do love to watch the strength of the stock moving upward after a large panic of sellers. NSOL for some reason always bounces back up which is rare for any stock, but a good thing.

I would prefer to see them invest the money too! They are going to need the money to develop thier 3 projects.

The company should have addressed the battery patent issue upfront and state that they have iimproved it and have submitted patents.

The panic selling I believe is because of the micro nuclear battery patents being expired and how the company did not notify the even when it occured late last year. I do not think they will have them reinstated even with a lawyer representing them. The company will have to file new patents for improved designs.

The most promising technology short term sounds like the Nuclear Weapons Detection Technology. If terrorist get their hands on one and use it the world will pour 100's of billions of dollar into research to protect most countries.

What are peoples thoughts?

I will say that I expect a dead cat bounce to occur since they took it down way to fast so it should close in the 0.6+ range. I predict it closes around 0.65

THis is disheartening to see panic sellers. If NSOL hits 0.4 I have to consider locking in my profits. The 10-Q better be good and mention the 10 million dollar contract. Also if they do have contracts they better announce them soon. I am going to hold this stock until December and then revaluate it since I need some capital. The 10-K painted a picture that this company has a long way to go and yes it does summarize 2004.

I hope you are right Tom about significant news like what they promissed 4 months ago about the updates on Nuclear Batteries. Basically they have a new and improved version which is good.

I will agree that it appears to be very professionally done and I think this will help attract new investors. What concerns me is it maybe another year before we generate revenue. If contracts are to be awarded to beef up nuclear detection equipment in ports, harbors, and airports in the next few months will NSOL beable to participate? I do not care for this statement below. This probably has to do with the TWR or would it be the Nuclear Micro Battery? Any thoughts? Unless they are using the statement as a general clause to protect themselves just in case in the near future a dispute arises.

Tom-if you contacts are correct that Herda and Borris improved the micro nuclear battery up to 100 times more efficient than this stock will be worth more now once it is revealed. If they did let the patents go only to file new patents with better batteries why not tell share holders?

Did you hear any good news about TWR? Also there is a chance that the batteries are commercialized since they wanted to form a relationship with LNL. The company probably was going to update us about the Nuclear Battery Technology by the end of January, but maybe there is a very good reason it kept it secret. I just want answers by the end of this month.

Do you think NSOL has the potential to hit $100 this year or will it be next year?

I have a feeling that it will hit $10-25 mark this year for sure once they unveil the significant contracts that they have signed with major corporations. Europe should bring in a signiifcant amount of income since that was a primary requirement from the CFO Position to exchange currency. Also how big do you think that strategic alliance with the company with former high level European Union employees? Have they made a huge impact on NSOL?


Secondly, how confident are you of your source?

Well it looks like it may be another day before the 10-K is filed. When is the last day that it can be turned in without being deslisted to the pinks? Is it the 20th?

The Bid/ask is tightening and quickly moving up.

I added some additional shares today at 0.74 and will see those additional shares at the $2-3 mark. The bid ask is now 0.74/0.76. I expect NSOL to have a strong close around 0.8

I hope the 10-K report comes out before 6 pm eastern standard time so I can read all tonight. I am very curious what is in the report. A few more hours is fine with me I just hope today really is the day!

I would like to see a 4-10 times gain in stock price. If it hit $7 then it would probaly be stable around $3-4 price range. However, the best would be a big run to $7, followed by a 1 day pull back and then a good news release to push it even higher, similar to what happened with IPIX.

Thanks for sharing Tomatoes. That was the most logical possibility when the issue came up in December. I brought up that possibility, but then there was silence for another 5 months about the batteries. Well I hope they are already commercialized. If improvments were made than I suspect that they are being commercialized now or are already completed.

Any ideas on what the market potential will be for that technology? I assume that it would be in the 100's of billions because it would replace the dependance of oil and coal for electricty and travel.

I think Tuesday will have even more upward movement. When the charts turn this will attract day traders.

I am waiting for the 10-K. I know that the company has 30 days to file before the company would go on the pink sheets. Does this mean they have 30 days from the day of the addition of the E? THis means the company has until May 19th, 2005, correct?

It could be one day if good news is released, but it might take a week or two for the MACD to cross over into positive territory and one can expect a fast rise when that happens, besides the slow up trend leading up to that point in time.

Well I printed a hard copy of it, but it was a draft copy and about the last inch of the page is removed.

The best part was they were considering a documentary of Boris Muchnick for his heroic act of leaving Russia during the Cold War. He was their to scientist and he left for the America dream.

They also talked about TWR and how any one of their technologies can and will change thr world.

Well that last two bets I have lost. One was back in when the stock ran to $1+ and by bet was for a $1 and it ended at 0.97. I hate doing double or nothing. I know that it can change in one day. I just hope it is this year. I really do think a 150 million dollar contract will do it and push the stock to the $15-25 range. $15 is only a half a billion market cap and there are questionable companies that trade on the OTCBB that have no revenue and trade and those ridiculous share prices so I think it is very reasonable that NSOL will reach that price range. Too bad it was not a 0.07 again I would love to really load up, but I have invested all I can into this stock and will just have to wait.

I know that a proxy statement was sent out to share holders in 2002 after Paul Brown died and there was information about Patricks employment hitsory going back to 1990 and his education.

lol. It should have been fund. But yes a Fun Chief Financial Officer. Who wants that poistion? It will not be golf or world travel. It is going to be similar to NSOL except it will target the telecommunications and medical profession. The business plan is almost done. The theory and majority of the prototypes have already been created. I just need funding to optimize, commercialize, build a professional team and then take it to the market. I have been working on this for over 3.5 years and is a long term goal.

Two weeks everything will be revealed? I have patience, however ther ehas been alot of information with held and we will see why shortly. I really want to see this stock hit $30 this year so I can fun my own company. Time will tell!

OT: Guru. Have you heard any updates about the TWR technology. It has been close to a year since NSOL put out a request for industry partners back in June 2004. Do you have any hints of the NSOL partnership with the European Office? Will the European Union adobt NSOL TWR technology? Will Europe be a bigger market than US? The CFO position one of the highlighted reqiurements was international exhcnage rates so I assume there are some contracts in Europe pending announcements or to be granted to NSOL in the near future.


I have not been to Europe. I have always wanted to go there and take a long 2-3 month vacation. I have bene to Asia and Mexico only!

Hello Guru! Do you think your source of inofmration will be accurate that NSOl will be releasing significant news within 10 days. Are you hearing anything about a government contract?

I think the 10K will come out at the same time the PR comes out.

Also I am tired of the ragingbull.com website. I hate it when stocks naturally cycle and the bashers try to beat it down another nickel. THe stock has been in a down cycle and is now trading sidways. THe bottom is 0.6 + or - a few cents. When good news is released the stock will be over a dollar in no time. THe subbtle hints have been the 2 million shares traded c few weeks ago plus the 4 100K shares traded this week. That is a sign that sticks out of good things about to happen. I have heard the saying that significant volume preceeds significant movement and this has all occured in a fashion so it would not be noticed. Well it looks like 2.4 million shares have been taken away from the MM float.

I will take a shot at the math. However this is all assumptions.

Ussally most products get between 3-5% royalities based on total revenue. This technology if it is the best in its class could recieve 15% royalities on product sales.

Since the comercialization is not complete, the license fee was discounted signifiacntly, probably 3-5% of the market value since it is a risk for IPTH until the full scale prototype is completed.

In terms of license use fees the company that wants to sell this product to the Government at the Federal Level will probably pay between 250-500 million for an exclusive right to sell the product distributed over 20 years plus 8-15% royalities on product sales. Initially the government will buy enough to secure the United States. Depending on the range of the detector will predetermine how many they have to buy to secure the US. If the range is a diameter of 10 miles then they would need one detector every 10 miles to cover the perimeter of the US. The numbers would be a perimeter of lets round up to 10000 miles. 10000/10 would equal 1000 detector units just to cover the borders of the US.

If the company charges 1 million dollars a unit that would be equivalent to 1 billion a year in sales, NSOL would recieve about an additional 100 million in royalities.


Now, NSOL can also collect recieve distrubution fees and manufacuturing fees from the suppliers.

The United States is wiling to pay billions of dollars to prevent a terrorist attack using nuclear bombs. A biological attack is more difficult to spread than a nuclear attack.

I project that when NSOL has a optimized verion of its nuclear detection device that can scan through anything in real time similar to how a radar detector would scan 360 degrees for airplanes that the nuclear threats would be controlled and all materials could be saftely safe guarded. It would be impossible to smuggle materials out of places with large stock piles unless the smugglers used under ground tunnels.

I also believe that the Federal government would adobt a fast tract implimentation of NSOL technology for Natioanl Security reasons around Europe and the Middle East.
