The QB uplist is needed before solid news is released. Only a few brokers allow OTC Pink stocks to be traded. QB status should bring more money flow. I do agree with you. Im patient and we are in at low prices and its one step in front of the other. They must have an ace up their sleeve. Why waste it if only 30% of brokers allow trading the stock before the uplist. I have seen 50% to 1000% moves on the uplist to QB stocks that were OTC pink. There will always be narratives. If it was easy everyone would have the big wins. Usually the biggest wins are 3 waves over a period of time like 2 to 6 months.

It took 6 years to get here so probably another 6 years for the commission to agree with the original judge's ruling to dismiss the case. It will be confirmatory in hind sight imo.

No it was wrong the revocation case was dismissed in court. Its done.

There should be no news released pre QB uplist because like you said only a few brokers allow trading of OTC Pink stocks. Im shocked the naked shorts dont short an extra billion right now. They want volume thats the way to do it so we can load double the shares then rip it. I tyank them everyday for selling those billions of shares short sub 0.001 because longs bought it all up.

Anything less tha 10 million shares a day is a non event. Just market maker and alorithms selling between themselves and using postings to point out the stock is down to get people to sell but after 5 years most dont give a crap about their positions and want obviously a much higher payout than chump change pennies. Silver and half dollars plus imo. Enjoy the fake push down while everyone waits fit the uplist and pending news updates. Then real show will start with REAL VOLUME with motivated buyers.

Sec and FINRA and the DTCC should be investigated for collusion with naked short sellers but if you think about it, its probably overlooked because our government is probably the short seller.
