i do mind being in the red at the moment for lack of news because the thought of a reverse is quite unsettling.pacv a/s is 900 million with an o/s of 468 million but the april 2020 r/s was with an o/s of about 570 million. there are a bunch of otc issues running with several billion o/s that are selling at multiple pennies so imo pacv should raise their a/s if need be rather than harm investors with another r/s..i bumped into one otc issue in this
several billion o/s situation and they put on their ihub website that they wil not reverse obviously done to allay investors fears.
