So we got a brief Pirate Update last night. Still no mention about the $215,000 Typenex payment by this Tuesday

On June 28th 2021, the Company entered into a settlement agreement regarding the Typenex note. The new terms include a cash buyout option of the entire note for $215,000 by December 28, 2021 with no shares being issued. In Q3 we took a one-time non-cash gain of $500,000 relating to this obligation pursuant to the agreement.

So do they need to give the "non-cash gain" back if this payment isn't made or just Massive dilution????

I guess no update before the Holiday as promised...

He did say from the last weekend "Backyard, 8 minute Pirate update" that he was going to have another update before the Holiday...

Maybe he meant New Years? or Qwanza? Three Kings Day... Not sure which holiday...

LOL! The financials won't be done and vetted by the attorney until at least the end of January to early February. Then it gets submitted to the OTC for review to be current.

End of February or early March at best for OTC current.

Scott said in October he was postponing the Attorney review until this last quarter ended. He said he was saving money by waiting for the latest quarter to end...
Now that it's ended, the company has to complete the latest financials (no timeframe given) and then submit them to an attorney to confirm and generate the attorney letter for submittal to the OTC market.
The guesstimate of time is 6-8 weeks after the financials are completed. The update on the OTC is likely now extended to the end of February or March.

The fact that there isn't any good news or ANY news about the Directory business is "Bad News"
I guess you don't consider the delay in the Attorney's letter as "Bad News". The fact that he said the financial quarter just ended, but it's going to be a while before they can put it together isn't "Bad News".

Once the CEO delayed the Attorney Letter from the end of October to possibly the end of January or early February, that was the time to sell and wait to buy back later. Why hold .0003 when you can buy three times as many shares at .0001.

The attorney letter MIGHT come in January. The CEO said the financials SHOULD BE completed by the end of December or early January. After that, an attorney has to review before issuing a letter. Likely the end of January or early February.

How was my post complaining? If you want to buy at .0003 instead of .0001 that's your choice. And I'm not leaving, I'm waiting... Just like before, and the time before that, and the time before that...
