It's all relative... was eyeing this earlier at .007 but got distracted. Nice complement maybe to my cryptoplay and two reverse(maybe)-mergers.
In at .009, a bit late to the party with the petty cash, let's where this goes
*Weeeeeeeeee......!*
what is the most realistic PT here? what are the 'known unknowns' that pertain?
Just off the top of my head, maybe they're planning to make an MLP out of it?
in at .022 with the slush funds, let's see where she goes

New article in Insider Financial. Nothing new there I think.
insiderfinancial.com/theglobe-com-inc-otcmktstglo-is-todays-penny-stock-focus
I almost bought into this a few years ago, but the system as designed seemed just a little too Rube-Goldberg.
Tell me I'm not the first to take more than passing notice of this:
"[and] various grantor retained annuity trusts for the benefit of Mr. Egan’s children (collectively, the “Trusts”) ... entered into a Common Stock Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with Delfin Midstream LLC."
Could just be stating a long-standing status quo re ownership of TGLO. But might imply additional motivation for the sale, thus great expectations.
Fair question. Could be a combination of (1) being still mostly under the the market's radar, (2) the "stinky pinkie" effect, (3) the direct machinations of the MMs, and (4) general "too good to be true" wariness.
I might add that a lot of eyes have been drawn away by the cryptocurrency plays, and in the midst of the holiday season to boot.
Just my guess.
And an ancient Chinese snark wishes one to "live in interesting times," hehheh
Why do I keep seeing "$14" prognosticated here?
This came out I think just a couple of hours ago:
BTCS INC (OTCMKTS:BTCS) CORRELATION BEING REALIZED BY THE MARKET
A bit OT: Has it struck anyone else just how science-fictiony this whole cryptocurrency thing is? Mining money out of thin air--not even out of air!--with computers and complex algorithms? Come on.
Robert Heinlein couldn't have dreamed this up.
(In INTV at .66 avg, lol. Some of it at .18).
lol, hoo cares?
You never loose money taking a profit. GL
Make that over $4 now!
I've a crypto-related stock that today shot above $3. I first got in at... tah dah!... eighteen CENTS. Bwahahahahaa !
Here's to BTCS doing the same.
Point well understood and quite valid.
Of course, one could argue that all gaps fill because one day the sun will explode.
lol, what was that again? "Yes, we have no bananas today"?
Must gaps always fill? i've seen gaps on other charts that have been left in the dust, for all practical purposes unfilled. Certainly there are times when demand and supply dance to levels that render previous gaps irrelevant.
Finally. Had to chase it to 2.15, violating all my "amateur hour" rules.
AHHGGHH!.. no one will sell me their shares!
What a week for my portfolio. First EPA*, then INT*. And now... BTCS!
It's a wonderful life!
Just need FAGeye to get with the program.
Yep, "penny stock". 4,000 pennies maybe, lol.
*tsk*... You guys. I turn my back 30 minutes and look what happens.
I should turn my back more often, lol.
In at .07. Someone pinch me. (A girl, preferably.)
I sympathize. Rode GLNN* from .25 to .72, gnashed my teeth when it later shot up to $3.
Reposting, with paragraphinatiopn:
"This here shows/proves that they are finalizing up everything for the merger. They had predetermined requirements to meet by 'x' date, more than likely end of the year. I can provide links if you request, as I've built a CoE timeline for this company/stock.
Now, Blockchain Global is no small player. Their board, advisors and executive team are no joke. Their communications director is the former #1 rated Australian morning to Anchor (cite me as I'm lazy atm, could be lunchtime or evening). Another one is a lead investor in Alibaba if I'm not mistaken. Again I can provide links upon request.
Blockchain Global (BcG) has attempted an IPO twice I believe and has cancelled each time. I believe they were looking for a strategic partner stateside so they could have their footprint here. Also the low price and stock conversion ratios are a bigger payout for every majority and non alike involved...
Keep in mind, last year BTCS failed with spindoolies or w/e and in turn failed to list on a national exchange. They were bummed out.
Then back in October they appointed David Garrity, who is a CFO and everything he touches goes BOOM. Part of a company that sold to Yahoo for $270mm years back and was a part of increased revenues from 3-155mm in a 4 year period with the company he was at prior to that.. Dude does interviews, matter of fact a Bloomberg one recently as of this month if I recall right, and he said he would take Bitcoin over a pure bar of gold at this current state...
BcG coined up the Bitcoin into BTCS (before/after BTCS facility was broken into and over 100 leased miners were stolen.. still not sure on true timeline here). BcG is just clearing up debts, giving the two executives of BTCS 12% shares each for their current technologies and assets. Hence again why David garrity was brought in back in October right after the announcement of the LoI.
BcG will get to trade on US market, get in low on a lot of shares too, currently unknown if they will change the name from BTCS to Blockchain Global. I would in a heartbeat, maybe keep the ticket SYM, idk. This 'boosts' Charles Allen's reputation as a business man??. It's a win-win-win for everyone.
I say by next Thur/Friday there will be an announcement confirming the merger and some of the aforementioned items above. If it doesn't happen then, 1 of 2 guaranteed things will happen by December 29th, 2017:
1. Merger success, name change, also listing on national exchange. Then ideas of first Blockchain Global incubator in the US, other grand stuff, etc...
Or, 2., The deal fell through and you can either continue to buy more as it dips waiting for a rescue mission (which is a long strategy) or get out and cut your losses. Either way I'm bull on this one and continue to stuff here and there into this piggy bank.
Notice yes first post but I thought I would share my insight. I may or may not hang around as I enjoy reading the posts and commentary far more.
Also I am normally a day-3 trader and stay away from long positions, but when I see the stars lining up, I get in line. Case in point, I bought EPAZ yesterday.
* Again can provide links on information above upon request. I typed this from cell phone and didn't want to deal with the citations*
These are my own opinions, no one paid me to come here, make an account, read and then post. My cost is wayyy too high for that.
P.s. sorry it's a little all over the place, but I hope the point gets across. "
Nice. In at .07, wish it'd been sooner.
Yesterday's letter should be parsed very diligently.
What would really touch off the afterburners is some confirmation or PR from Grupo Richard itself. Even if in Spanish.
Mother Of All Short Squeezes
Nestle and Kathy Ireland - the sweet and the sweeter.
"The various components of BHGI’s businesses in Mexico aggregate to a value of approximately $286,100,000."
That was a year and a half ago. What do you suppose it is now? North of $300M?
I'm in with the poker money. Let's see what happens.
Good thing I only bought 7000 shares. Never bet the farm, or even the back forty.
Dropping by for a visit. Wow, 15 cents. What did they do, figure out a way to use Magnetek to make bitcoin?
