Today I spoke with Eileen Holmes, Senior Vice President of Churchill Management regarding the 52,284,000 shares of NMCX that is reported on Churchill's most recent Form 13F.

A couple of things to report:

1. It is correct that if a security is listed on the Form 13F then it is (supposedly) a security purchased by Churchill as an investment advisor.

2. However, upon reviewing this transaction during my conversation with Ms. Holmes she discovered that these share were in fact NOT purchased by Churchill as an investment advisor. They were however, deposited by an investor.

3. Said investor makes all investment decisions regarding this stock, not Churchill.

4. Reporting this investment on the Form 13F was in error by Churchill.

5. They will correct their mistake and it should not appear on their next filing.

Dead wrong, investor...Churchill admitted error. read closely, the client (10-1 odds says it is a company insider) deposited the stock...so it wasnt even bought.

Also, showing how little you understand about the market, regardless of who holds those shares, and whether in street anme of cert form, they are still aprt of the float, as they are free trading.

This company is a FRAUD, face it, and is going down.

Hey nanuk, how's goes the ratrace? The latest furor is over a wimpy Texas co reopening capped wells. Flow rates were real low in the past....doubt the co will ever amount to anything.....But all kinds of wild yakking on the forums...TNOG at Raging Bull, kind of a hoot.

these financials are meaningless, investorvest. They have had no operations since 2000. No ore sales, nothing, zip zilch nada.

And the are just like the old crap that got them totally delisted. There is no way they can produce proper audited financials without valuing the company properly, which means a tiny fraction of the nonsense that they have foisted on you all for 10 years.

Jailtime for these scammers would be the proper end to the story.....doubt if that'll happen. just the lifetime ban from starting a public company that the SEC is seeking.

You guys are hilarious. It has been repeatedly proven that someone with an account at Churchill requested the stock be put in his personal account, likely just transferred stock or certs, not a new buy..and great chance it was some insider or his contacts.

No institution in its right mind would ever buy shares in a pink sheet garbage stock like this. It would against their code of ethics.
