This funding is great….but….can anyone provide me with a link where they said they have cancelled the Reg A offering going forward? They probably don’t need it now, but it always held the stock down from ever maintaining a higher price….I think it may expire by 3/19/2022 anyway….but it’s like a dark cloud hovering over the stock imo ….

Fins are out….nice revs….big expenses due to rollout and nascar sponsorships etc….all of the conv notes taken out this year were paid with the new financing ….which can’t convert until mid May next year….and they have piggyback rights where they can sell if there’s a secondary ipo to uplist to nasdaq, which I believe will happen by conversion date….next fins are the 10k, which won’t be due until about May 1st anyway

we have Q3 fins due tomorrow, and a live CC on Discord 12/20....this stock has to get more attention....way undervalued
