If MINE does become successful and by some miracle can uplist.. You'll be reverse split again.. There is no way around that..
Also, MINE is a lotto ticket for me and always has been.. That is why I only ever put $3,000 or so into it..
As I've told you, I know the ins-and-outs of this company A LOT better than you do..
Thanks for the advice, but I trust my knowledge over yours any day..
When the CEO PRs that the remainder of 2015 is going to 'Pale in Comparison' and then PRs that he has some 'Game Changing' account and so on, this is why us 'old timers' have all stuck around and held the bag...
You will learn what we are talking about soon enough.. I guarantee you that I know this stock a lot better than you do..
I was going to say something similar.. If the discussion sounds negative, that is because the Company and CEO's actions this year have been negative..
We are working with what we have been shown.. $MINE
It really isn't that we are 'bashing' the stock, or mocking our investment.. We are debating it, discussing it, formulating, speculating, and bouncing ideas off of each other..
Some of us are analytical, and 'it tastes great' doesn't satisfy us.. So we discuss the CEOs actions, the companies track record, etc..
Isn't that what a forum is for?
The Minerco ihub message board simply DOES NOT affect the share price... Only a handful of us check and post on this thing, and it is purely for speculation, debate, and entertainment.. Period.
I know, all those pictures of the Vitamin Creamer almost seemed as if they were planted, knowing us MINERs would dig them up in order to Pump the stock..
That is just one of many discrepancies on that Conference Call.
- Do you recall Vanis saying that all the celebrity endorsers they are working with have all wanted to be paid in shares?
- Remember that PR that said Vitamin Creamer and all its various sizes and flavors would be in the test markets by LAST Spring?
- What happened with Island Style?
- What happened with New York, Las Vegas, and London?
I could literally go on and on with all that's failed and misfired.. For every one good thing Vanis has achieved (has there been even one?) there are 5 things he's either lied about or they have fallen through..
The whole taste great argument and its the best Sparkling Water ever just isn't a sound enough argument or case that Fizz will be a champion.. I've tried to point out for months to these hardcore's that ALL these brands are basically the same thing, or near identical, but for some reason they can't understand that.
Like I said, after my thesis has fallen apart I am left here scratching my head trying to make sense of all the non sense that has transpired with this company..
It really seems no different than all that non sense that went down with FITX, and just about every other Pot Rush stock...
Bryce,
That is one of your better and most thought out responses. I appreciate your logic and comparison to the other 'unicorn..'
1. I am not 'complaining'... I don't think I've ever once mentioned the share price.. I am debating and offering another opinion different from your own..
2. I have mentioned many times why I am here:
a) As you know in the early day I put out some positive DD that inspired a number of people to invest in MINE, and many of which are pissed at me for this disaster, and I feel a sense of responsibility in that..
b) I still have shares and want 50% of my money back.. I am willing to wait..
c) I've invested so much time already I want to see how it unfolds and plays out..
* Again, there is a difference between debating and complaining..
This is the best laugh I've had all day.. Thank you!
Come on Bryce, you have to be big enough to admit that this is a funny image?
For the record.. Very few people notice or care what we say on the Minerco ihub message board..
This is not why the price is going down, and this board is purely for speculation and entertainment..
* The drama attached to this ticker is better than anything on TV..
Beau... I am just being honest and logical... Not one Hardcore has been able to argue any of the points I lay out..
Time will tell.. Lets hope we run to .50, but as for an investment.. This is a Penny Stock..
I've speculated for a while that this is why the Giants sold out at such a low price...
As Coca-Cola showed us by pulling the plug on FruitWater.. They couldn't turn a profit in this space..
In the Chicago Jewel I can buy:
1. FruitWater
2. SparkIce
3. RefresherIce
4. Fruit02
5. VitaIce
5 different versions on the shelf, and I am probably forgetting one or two..
Also, I guarantee you that 2016 sees an evolution in this space and much more healthy versions will start coming out.. Coca-Cola will finally put some real thought behind what they replace FruitWater with through their Dansani Label if I remember correctly..
VitaminFizz was about a year or two late to the party, and Minerco doesn't have the disposable cash or distribution channels to keep up with the Major Brands..
I know Bryce believes the colored caps and the taste of VitaminFizz sets it apart, but I am here to tell you that it doesn't... The lay person will believe that they are all basically the same product and package design..
The beverage isle is overwhelming, and Fizz sells for $7 a case, and Vanis won't tell us the profit margin (refer to my correspondence with him)..
I was a Hardcore at one point, but my thesis was based on the CC, RedBull, and the Gary Smith Big Red direction.. All have come to fizzle out..
I scratch my head trying to make sense of what has gone on these past two years, and I am having trouble finding anything that is good..
Like I said, my whole thesis was based on The Giants, and they sold out for a really low price.. Why?
I simply don't believe because Vanis is working hard for us shareholders, I am confident behind closed doors this was quite a different process...Time will tell...
You have to admit what was said on that Conference Call was pretty misleading..
I understand Bryce.. But what you fail to understand is that everyone in the world is going to have a different opinion about what tastes good..
Some prefer Pepsi, some like Coke, some like Dr Pepper, some like VitaminFizz, others prefer Kirkland...
My Buddy is a Fizz shareholder and the biggest consumer I know.. He never thought Fizz was end all be all, and that used to piss me off..
That paradigm has worn off for me.. I get what he was saying now.
You like Fizz, I like how SparkIce has more carbonation. The point is that there are many brands on the shelf and the box stores are just producing in house.. And there are going to be tons of different preferences out there.
For Bryce..
You have to learn to read a little bit better, and if you also learned how to interact better with people you might be allowed to post more than once a day on here..
1. Please don't cry to me on Twitter, my Twitter has Zero to do with MINE.. I won't and haven't said one thing on there. I only post on ihub, and posting on ihub, especially in the MINE forum is not going to affect the share price, or most peoples opinion at all.
2. I am sorry you don't like my message, but I am willing to bet that deep down you know what I say rings true.
3. I've tried to be nice to you.
4. Yes, I am very smart and accomplished.. Are you a PhD candidate?
5. The Amazon reviews are beyond inflated with Fizz Shareholders, but I agree Fizz tastes good..
6. I have not tried the Kirkland brand, and if you read correctly you will remember what I wrote..
Also, I hear Costco has the new game changer, they already have a in house sparkling brand through Kirkland, and my buddy the UPS Driver (you might remember from the pictures Fizz used) who is also a shareholder claims it is way better than Fizz..
In the early days I would get so pissed at him that he claimed FruitWater was just as good as Fizz, but now I look back and I was just blinded by the kool aid, they all basically taste and look the same.. (I know Bryce just put his fist through the wall with that one)..
* Look, I know you have money on the line, but with the pps you currently have, I agree you'll make a little bit.
In the early days it was my DD you used to champion, but my thesis was based on the CC, RedBull, but mostly on the Gary Smith connection.. As you know, those have all come to Fizzle out, and I am left scratching my head at what I've watched unfold the past two years.. You know what, it doesn't look or sound good to me.. Maybe Vanis finally has something, maybe he doesn't..
In my opinion, Fizz tastes good, is it a strong enough product to edge and beat out its 10 competitors, doubtful, maybe it achieves some longevity on the shelf, but to think that its a 30 billion dollar brand is ridiculous..
Also, in my opinion I don't like that the Giants sold out at such a low price and a 10% risidual, I don't think that sounds so great, and I received info from TT2 about the Ezra Vanis falling out (which I picked up on long before you)..
I am not a bad person, I am not a basher, I just have a viewpoint that isn't lining up with yours and you don't know how to handle it.. As you can see I am a reasonable person, George will tell you too..
So, if you have an issue.. Talk to me like a real person and don't lash out at me on Twitter.. Trust me bro, very few people notice or care what I write on Ihub.. This is purely for our entertainment...
$MINE
I think that is how most accounts work.. I remember reading about SparkIce, which got its first break in Kroger (?), but only at the regional level first. Once they learned it was selling it then advanced on to national, but it took a while..
There is a chance that Fizz might land an account, but most likely only regional at first..
I don't think a lot of investors on this board understand how capital intensive it would be for Minerco to produce the amount of bottles to fill a national account.
Keep in mind they are losing 1.5 million a Q just producing for SoCal...
Exactly.... As Coca-Cola showed us by pulling the plug on FruitWater, there is no money to be made in this category..
How many Brands are on the shelf and national already? How many box stores just make their own in-house version?
Vanis spins these topics to help investors swallow the news..
Real Products has ZERO reading comprehension skills..
1. I've told him that us 'old timers' have been averaging down for two years now, and enough is enough already..
2. We all continued to hold the bag because:
a) we were supporting the company as loyal shareholders.
b) Vanis was PRing things like 2015 will 'Pale in comparison..'
c) Giving us false hope, spinning, and lying to us..
If Fizz is such a smash hit and the absolute greatest sparkling water to ever hit the shelves, why would original owner Gary Smith cash in, when he could have easily incorporated it into Big Red's portfolio and bring that company to a new level?
I know you hardcore's want to be positive, but I am confident that a lot more went on behind closed doors than Vanis just working hard to get us shareholders what we deserve..
The simple fact is that these Giants sold out at a very low price for such an 'amazing product' and LONG before its potential has been realized.. It just isn't adding up..
From what I've gleaned from TT2 (reverse the letters a little) Ezra and Vanis had a falling out, and Ezra couldn't be more removed at this point..
Look back to that Conference Call and look at all the Lying and Fairy Tale spinning Ezra and Vanis did, it is jaw dropping at the gall these two had to tell us investors such things..
I know my skepticism really gets to you hardcore's, but so much has been said, fallen through, lied about, and I just don't know how much faith I have in Fizz.. There are already SO many brands out there that one more on the shelf, big deal... 10's of million of cases would have to be sold.
But dude, it is the absolute truth.. The lay person will not care a fraction of the amount that an investor will..
$MINE
Well... They did cash in for under 500 k and before the home run was even hit.. Yes, a 10% residual but Minerco only sold 30k cases at $7... That is another universe from your 30 million projection..
You're delusional bud guy.. An insane amount of Fizz would have to be sold to generate your projection..
If I was the owner of such a grand slam revolutionary product I don't think I'd sell for under 500 k and especially before the products potential is realized... There is a lot more to this story than Vanis working hard for what us shareholders deserve.. That is the way he spins it to you to make it easier to swallow.. Don't be so naive brother..
Or Las Vegas, or New York for that matter.. All have seem to fall of the radar..
To Dangle that carrot in front of us for 5 months and continue to make it seem like it is just around the corner..
Then, after 5 months the best thing Vanis could put together for the miracle work horse which is going to be bail Fizz out of its jam, seems most likely to be Yo Gabba Gabba which has an extremely marginal appeal to 6 years old and under...
#Unbelievable.. This continues to be better than any Soap Opera out there..
I did brother.. Read my very early posts. Most of which alluded to the Red Bull connection, and knowing the CC inside and out.
The Red Bulls guys are gone for the most part, and the majority of the content on the CC has turned out to be fairy tales..
Over the past two years the failed promises, and the less than par track record have changed my opinion..
The sparkling water category has been thoroughly saturated by now with how many brands? The Q's have continued to bad, and there is nothing tangible but ideas, broken promises, lies, and future looking statements..
Its time to show me and prove to me there is something good here.. Until then I will remain skeptical..
I was smart and only ever put 3k into this thing, but you have to remember again that most of us have spent the last 2 years averaging down..
Enough is enough already... Us original MINERs could not have been more wrong about an investment, and we were warned by many too...
Dude.. I've already congratulated you on your pps.. Yes, awesome, you're going to make a few bucks..
What you fail to take in, read, or understand is that most of these Hardcore's believe Minerco to be an investment, not a trade..
That is why so many of us held the bag.. There was an underground group of us who were all doing our part for the company, and it was frowned upon to sell.. Scott was PRing that this year would 'pale in comparison', but unfortunately we all learned the hard lesson.
Minerco was using my pictures that I took of Fizz in Mexico, in San Diego, and of my girlfriend at the time on their website and Twitter, and I used to write positive articles about the company which inspired many to invest here..
Needless to say, it has been a mess, Scott is a proven liar, and things have certainly changed.. Lets see if he even has anything tangible for us, but there needs to be a realistic view point on this board, and that is what I will continue to bring until tangible things come to light which change my opinion...
Yes, if you remember when Vanis first mentioned the 'Work horse' it was already to be profitable, and now Vanis' language has been changed to it will hopefully be profitable in the first year..
Over the past two years he has continued to change the carrots that he dangles.. The Quarterly reports would scare any real investors, or institutional investors away..
I know you hardcore's don't want to face it, but in the early days being so connected to RedBull was the biggest selling point, and now the Giants in the Shadows have sold Fizz for under 500k, to me this speaks volumes..
I am positive there is a lot more to this story than Scott just working hard to get us shareholders what we deserve.. If this is such a grand slam why would the original owners sell it for under a million dollars, and before the home run was even hit? It just doesn't add up..
Scott has already almost doubled the OS since the split at 35 million, and today my TDA says it is at 56 million, and you can bet that by July there will be even more shares diluted, which means eventually there is another reverse split in the works..
Minerco only sold 30,000 cases last year, and x's $7 wholesale, those are not the kind numbers you guys keep mentioning.. An insane amount will have to be sold in order to justify $1 per share pps..
Yo Gabba, I have ZERO faith in it.. VitaminFizz, yes it tastes good, but the beverage isle is crazy saturated.. Time will tell, but it is of most importance that Vanis clear his name and turn this sinking ship around ASAP...
$MINE
ps.. Oh, and it is absolutely ridiculous to tout about the colored caps.. I mean give me a break..
I have 50 students, 6 nieces and nephews, a concentrated test group, but I have not heard anyone of them be overly enthusiastic about Yo Gabba..
The majority of the kids I ask don't know what it is, or if they are over 6 and do know what it is, are too embarrassed to admit it.. Kids don't want to be associated with what they see as a baby show..
This caters to 6 and under, and I know for a fact my sisters would never buy their kids this juice box..
I don't know where you guys are, but the affluent suburbs of Chicago where I teach, the parents are VERY health conscious.. The push in schools is fresh fruits and vegetables..
Common Cents, you can't bully me into changing my opinion..
you're dreaming..
1. This will not make it into any schools. #MarkIt
2. Cable subscribers have declined 50,000 a Q, the past few years.
3. Yo Gabba was big in 2008 and has been off the air only to be recently re-booted..
4. Do what I've done.. I continually ask kids if they like the show, and the responses I've received have led me to my understanding of the product.. This drink is a joke.. Period..
If the miracle workhorse is Yo Gabba Gabba.. I will have ZERO faith in it, and consider it an absolute joke until numbers prove me otherwise, but I can almost guarantee Yo Gabba will not bail Fizz out..
Yo Gabba is a marginal space of 5 years old and younger.. In a growing Health Conscious public, this is a joke of an investment for Minerco..
We get your position, and I think any stock is good for a run.. What you don't understand is that these hardcore's think this is an investment, and I am rationally trying to explain that it isn't.. It is a penny stock..
Vanis has out right lied to us, and I am very skeptical.. Anyway, I really have to get back to concentrating..
Be well, and may the force be with you.. Fingers crossed for a run to .50 cents.
I have DD'ed this stock for over two years now, and I am responsible for many investors putting money into this with the positive articles I used to write..
Things have changed.. I agree you will make some money at your pps, but what I am talking about is that most of these Hardcore's think MINE is an investment.. Which it is not, the longevity of this company is very sketchy and I will remain skeptical until Vanis begins to turn this sinking ship around with tangible accomplishments..
I am in Mexico and can smell your BS from here... The old timers have seen Vanis fall through on his promises time and time again.. You should of watched all his BS from 2014-15 and most likely in 2016..
1. Yo Gabba Gabba isn't going to do anything for us.. #MarkIt
2. Going National, there are 3-6 brands already on the shelf. Not that profitable of a space..
3. CB Tea, bet you it doesn't come out in 2016..
All there have been with this company are future looking statements, carrots, and horrible numbers.. A real investor would take one look at the Q and walk away from this mess..
Here is an interesting one.. The OS was 35 millions right after Vanis split the stock, and now my TDA shows the OS at 56 million.. He has almost doubled it in under 3 months. Where do you think that OS will be by July.. Exactly.
Also, The Giants in the Shadows sold their stake in VitaminFizz for under 500k.. That tells me a lot...
Sorry Bryce, but the drama with this stock is just too addicting.. Okay, back to practicing for me..
$MINE
Mitch,
I don't have DM, but I appreciate your message and wisdom a lot.. Thank you for your sentiment. It means a lot!
Fingers Crossed..
I didn't say that it didn't taste good, but to say that its the greatest tasting version is not only a matter of opinion, but has as much validity as saying my Dad is the greatest Dad in the world..
When we were first able to purchase Fizz on Amazon, my friend and I did and bought a few of the other competitor brands too.. We thought that most of them tasted pretty damn good..
I like Fizz, but I also like how Sparkling Ice has more carbonation, more of a kick if you will.. All a matter of opinion, and it doesn't take a psychologist to understand simple human behavior.. You have a lot of money on the line, so naturally you will be compelled to prefer your investment.. Not too hard to understand..
And yes Bryce, just stuck in the airport today, and this is my last message for a week or so..
Hardcore's, you guys are so closed minded to even the most rational and logical of understandings when it goes against your Fizz agenda..
Fizz, yes tastes good.. As for it being the greatest or the best, only a matter of opinion.. Remember, the Giants in the Shadows sold their stake for under a million dollars..
All that is a biased opinion that has no weight or authenticity... If you had money invested into SparkIce, you would think that is the best tasting version.. Psychology 101..
I am in the airport trying to pass the time of my layover, and I stumbled upon this article..
Like I have been saying, and what I learned about the the beverage isle when I read Coca-Cola pulled the plug on Fruitwater, is that this space is going to change in 2016..
If you notice, the FruitWater, VitaminFizz, Minuet Maid, Refresher Ice, and so on, the bottles and the concept are all the same.. Near Identical.. The only difference is, is that Coke and Pepsi have money to burn, and National Distribution channels already in place, and Minerco doesn't have either..
Scott Vanis has already stated that the VitaminFizz formula is going to have to be updated to keep up with the new trends, which is being more fruit juice oriented..
Interesting read, and you can bet your MINE shares that Coke and Pepsi are hard at work trying to edge out competition in this new arena.. They have the vast resources to do so too..
It is going to be hard for Minerco to keep up, remember Vanis has us in debt, losing money Q by Q, and the race hasn't even begun yet..
http://www.businessinsider.com/4-big-beverage-industry-trends-in-2016-2015-12?ref=yfp
Bryce, you will be thrilled to know I am about to leave for a tour and won't be posting much over the next few weeks.. I have my orders in, and lets hope they hit..
I apologize for offending you Hardcore's with my alternate and realistic viewpoint, and lets hope we finally get that Monster Run we've all been waiting for the past two years..
May the force be with us all...
$MINE #MerryNewYear!
All we have is speculation at this point.. Lets see if Vanis has anything tangible for us in the near future..
That is a great PPS you have Bud Guy.. Like I said, I will be thrilled to get 50% of my money back.. I only ever invested 3k or so into this thing, so either way it isn't the end of the world for me..
I don't share your enthusiasm about Yo Gabba, and you can read why in many of my previous posts..
VitaminFizz sells at $7 dollars a case, and we sold 30,000 cases last year and ran a 1.5 million dollar deficit per Quarter..
You do the math to see the insane amount that will have to be sold to generate the kind of revenue you guys are throwing around on here..
Thank you, and I agree Fizzman.. I simply cannot throw or waste anymore money on this Penny Stock after I watched it unfold for two years.
I just don't have confidence in Vanis, Yo Gabba, Athena, or Fizz.. I am patiently waiting and will be thrilled to make 50% of my money back..
Going National as Scott Vanis has stated is a very risky move.. If you don't understand how costly this will be, then you aren't thinking correctly about it..
Lets see what comes our way in January.. Fingers crossed for .40 to .50 cents, but realistically that is over 1000% move... Very Rare..
I appreciate that Bryce, and if you knew me in my personal life away from Ihub, you would certainly understand the Obee1 username..
That is great you have the money to average yourself down like that.. I just can't throw anymore money into these penny's..
Being a Jedi doesn't pay me a huge salary.. I am just being realistic about the numbers I read in the Q..
May the force be with you..
I sincerely hope something good does happen, because I could certainly use that money I put into this thing..
