Well done Bryce, your best post yet.. We have another issue, I am a huge Denver Broncos fan...
DM me on twitter if you want to chat..
I have been trying to bring a realistic view point to this board for at least 6 months..
The hardcore MINER's very much need a reality check.. What I say most likely resonates true with them at a deep level, which is why they tend to get most upset about what I say..
As I called in the 'truce' I will wait to voice my opinions on what Vanis brings to the table, but:
1. SS1 should probably have a permanent ban from posting on this board anymore..
2. In terms of relationships.. If someone is lying to you, not treating you right, and so on.. NO MATTER how many chances you give them and hope that things will get better, they almost 99% of the time NEVER get better, and I am starting to think this applies to the MINE stock and Scott Vanis too..
* As one 'old timer' told me yesterday, the chips are just stacked against Minerco.. Please let there be a run to .50 cents so we can recoup some money and move on from this mess...
$MINE
Honestly SS1 you've been posting this for two years.. It is nonsense, you post nonsense.. Yes, I know someone on the inside of Minerco spoon fed you some info two years ago, and you put it out and many of us are here because, but they no longer spoon feed you info, and you are now in part responsible for SO MANY losing hard earned money..
Do me a favor, stand up from your computer and go to a mirror.. Look at yourself for a minute, and what you should feel is ashamed.. You should feel ashamed for this mess you've helped rope so many into..
The more I watch and think about MINE, the more I understand it is just a penny stock, and when you put money into a penny stock, 9 times out of 10 you're just going to lose that money..
There are no whales putting money into this thing.. When you have deep pockets, you look at numbers.. Any intelligent person who glances at the Q for 10 mins will understand what I am saying..
TT2 has been spotting whales for years in regards to MINE.. This is a penny stock being traded by penny stock traders... Period.
When is the Q coming?
What many of us are referring to is the pre-split level which is .0002 give or take a few fractions of a fraction of a cent..
................
It costs more money to move up, and honestly they are all pink.. So what is the difference..
Fizz could be the greatest drink in the world, but that doesn't mean the stock is worth buying..
As of right now Minerco is a one trick pony, in a saturated market space, losing money Q by Q, horrible stock performance history, what REAL investor with deep pockets would put money into this mess?
The answers; is NONE would..
I think this is a fact most of the Hardcore's overlook.. This is an OTC Penny and will behave just like EVERY other OTC Penny..
Was there news in this? Looked more like a disaster to me.. I meant some tangible accomplishment.. Its been since the UK launch that anything tangible has been done..
One thing is for sure..
It has been so long since we've had any kind of news.. This thing is like watching paint dry.. It was over 2 months ago that I had that correspondence with Scott..
I will have a hard time believing this unless I see definitive proof from Vanis... Post it if you have it..
The next PR or two is really going to be the tell of this situation.. If it is sub par news, the exodus will begin and this thing will never recover.. MINE is already having a hard time recovering after how shady 2015 was..
If the next PR is truly legit, we will hopefully make some of our money back.. I'd love 50%..

With my teaching schedule I can't get away for much more than 8 days at a time during the semester, but I gave three concerts and two days of Master Classes.. I am going back to Mexico in March for another 10 days and a guitar festival..
I have down time too, and since this board is a lot more entertaining then anything on TV, I tend to check it, but it is getting time consuming..
I haven't stated my opinion since I called a truce...
Do you really need to continue to poke the bear? Let us wait to see what Vanis actually delivers..
We all know where each other is standing, we all know the short falls, and the pumps..
Let's just be a couple of Fonzy's while we wait.. Fonzy is cool remember..
In my 'truce' message I said that in any relationship you have to let go of the past if you want to move into the future..
I am willing to wait and see what Vanis has, giving him another chance.. Though, in my 39 years I have also learned that second and third chances are just that... People act how they do, and they will most likely NEVER change..
The record Vanis set out in the past is most likely going to be just like the record he lays out in the future..
I won't say anything else, but you can't argue with that rational, and I will give him a few more months to prove that he is capable..
Lets hope we run to .50 cents ASAP so we can get most of our money back!
SS1 you've been wrong for two years, so tell us what 'then what' is like..
Didn't you say 'Amen' when I called for a truce? Then quit posting, we all know how enamored and enthralled you are with your pps and the stock..
Lets just wait to see what Vanis has before you post again...
Proposing a truce:
Since most of us in a way are stuck here whether we believe or not, but simply because we want our money back, or we want to watch it play out..
We have discussed and defended our positions ad nauseam, how great Fizz tastes, how much competition there is, short comings, colored caps, fences, and so on..
As in any relationship, if you want to make it work you have to sometimes be willing to let go of the past..
I propose we move on and re-evaluate the situation as some new developments and numbers come to light.
I am willing to move on if everyone else is.. We all know where we stand and this sh.. is getting time consuming!
$MINE
ps.. This goes for the Pumpers and Hardcore's too..
I see us discussing the company, but I haven't seen one post where someone was crying about being 90% down..
Forums are for discussion, and some of us are analytical, and just cheerleading and saying how great it tastes, or patting themselves on the back at what AMAZING traders they are just doesn't satisfy some of us..
You actaully cry out and complain more than anyone..
'Oh boo hoo, some guys on ihub are talking about the company and it isn't sounding good, and they can't trade OTC stocks like I can..'
#GiveMeABreakSon
traders are gamblers.. Period.. I am not interested in Gambling.
Dude, you're posting on a board where the majority are MINE investors, not traders..
Sorry Mitch, but that is how I see it.. If Fizz is going to be a 30 million dollar brand, why sell it for 300k long before its potential is realized..
For me personally, if I own something that I know is 'gold' and has a lot of future potential, I plan on hanging on to it..
What exactly is a Planogram:
When are they designed?
Planograms are designed a month or two before being implemented at stores. They are designed or redesigned when: seasons change, assortments update, new store openings are planned and when your Category Management Strategy is refined.

Coca-Cola, Pepsi, RedBull, Monster, White Wave..
Mitch.... The guys who put that slide together are the original owners, the Giants in the Shadows, the guys who are out..
Ezra
Smith
Strahm
Ginsberg
These are the guys who sold out.. These were the biggest selling point on this company in the day, and they all sold out for a really low price..
The 'Industry Leaders' that Vanis claims he is still surrounded by is most likely nice wording to help you swallow his news, spin..
None of us are going to be chasing.. I think the majority of us on this board have been averaging down for two years and will be happy to get 50% of our money back..
The only problem with that is he has said A LOT, and most of which has been spin and fabrications.. I don't put too much stock into what he says..
Like I told you last night.. Time for the proof.. If the production run came 6 moths ago, show me..
As you know from my posting I agree with this..
1. Why sell out on Fizz at such a low price if it truly is a multi-million dollar grand slam product? Why sell it for under 500k and a residual?
2. Why sell out at such a low price before this products potential is fully realized and hit out of the park? What do the Giants know that we don't?
3. Gary Smith is the CEO of Big Red, a National Drink which reports 500 million in Revenue per year, and is distributed by Dr Pepper Snapple.. If VitaminFiss is so cutting edge, why did he sell out as opposed to incorporating into his company?
4. Coca-Cola with all its cash reserves, bottling capability, distribution channels and so on pulled the plug on FruitWater because it didn't make money.. Yes, I know they don't have colored caps, but they have a lot of other things we don't have either..
No matter how you want to slice it, some things just aren't adding up.. These are serious questions that leave me doubting Vanis..
Bryce!
If you knew me, you would know I am actually a super positive person.. In all honesty, you know when we meet up in Vegas after getting rich you and I are probably going to become friends.
I have mentioned before that a big reason behind why I write these posts is to help myself in figuring it all out..
Playing Devil's Advocate I suppose. I am not saying that any of these things are impossible, and I sincerely hope good things come..
At this point though, it is time for Vanis to prove to us that he has come through.. Give us definitive proof of some good things so that we can all go back to discussing the positive developments..
2015 leaves me with some serious doubt..
Mitch, I always appreciate your thought out response, but here is the flaw in your argument..
Whats a reasonable distance to truck Fizz from So Cal and NY and still be profitable
They bottle in SoCal and truck only to SoCal but still manage to lose 1.5 million dollars a Q, and don't turn a profit even after taking 'two bites off the apple..'
Sadly, I don't share the Yo Gabba enthusiasm.. He said Avanzar was to be profitable already, he said, he said, and so on..
Almost all of it has fallen through, lets see what he actually comes up with in the next month or so..
My point to all this is, that this behaves just like every other penny stock you've put money into..
Good for a run, but that is about it..
So basically Vanis says profits aren't coming until late in year 3.. That is roughly two years away, give or take?
What serious investor or institutional investor would sink their money into this?
If you're honest, you know shares are going to be diluted into the OS, and if Vanis has already taken the OS from 35 million to 56 million in a matter of months..
Honestly, where do you think this will be late in year 3.. Probably maxed out again..
The more I watch, and the more I analyze this thing, the less faith I have in it.. Its just your typical Penny Stock..
Please let us run past .50 cents soon..
I don't think he did Beau.. That little bit of information would have been the bashers best weapon in the day, it would of been all over Twitter..
'Why hold that bag when Vanis said you won't be profitable until year 3..'
Or something to that effect.. I've watched closely and don't recall that.. Maybe he said they will fully saturate SoCal in year 3, or go National, but he failed to tell us that profits weren't coming until year 3..
SoCal was initially supposed to be saturated and profitable as to lay down a foundation in order to further expansion into new states..
But, it still isn't profitable which goes against their original plan.. It is a risky move..
I've tried explaining to the hardcore's how dangerous going National is going to be.. If we are losing 1.5 million a Q just operating in SoCal, going National might be the straw that breaks the camels back..
It will be tremendously expensive producing a large enough amount of Fizz to fill a National Account.. Who is going to pay the price? Vanis only has a few hundred dollars on hand..
I could go on and on about how dismal I thought that Quarterly report was..
Here is a gem that sticks out to me:
VitaminFIZZ was always scheduled to be profitable late in year three, and we are just beginning year two.
1. Interesting Scott, because in two years of watching your company very closely, this is the first I've heard you mention this. Where was that information for us loyal shareholders on the Conference Call?
2. Given Minerco's current track record, if Scott says in 'late years 3' we can almost count on it being more like year four or five. Which means Millions upon Millions of shares will be used in lieu of cash in an effort to build this company..
* I am not going to go into anymore detail and 'bash' that post, but Vanis has said A LOT, and most of it has fallen very short of his projections.. Going to be interesting to watch this play out in 2016..
