I looked at L2 to see how many shares were offered on ask (nite) and BOUGHT @ ask of 428 and the price dropped immediately after.
That was me. Looking @ L2 - I slapped the ask to wipe out the 428 in hopes to bump up to 440 - the price immediately dropped. So yes, I guess I need to learn to trade..open for suggestions.
"Whats with the idiots dropping the ASK at 3:50?
People really need to learn how to trade..."
Hey SPORTY,
I can't PM however I'm definitely interested...sounds very intriguing.
Thanks
Thanks Rainmaker, but I'm even more confused with your response. Your answers seem to be aligned with how the company can raise money outside of a IPO. How would selling art fit into the IPO?
Let's dumb it down for my sake -
A Yes or No answer is all that's needed.
- Is it correct the only way the company benefits financially from a IPO is if they sell shares?
- if they sell the shares will it increase the number of shares available to trade?
- by adding shares to the market, by definition is that not dilution?
Can the company raise funds for SEGOâ„¢ by way of IPO with WFMC shares without dilution?
Do I think they are buying back shares? No - because they would have had to announce it....however if they didn't have to announce ...follow this logic -
- Mid Feb the company had a good idea of the Q4 numbers - would you agree?
- Mid Feb the conversion (dilution) was in full force. The company wasn't the flooding the market with millions of shares at 4-5 cents; it was the toxic financier through the conversion - correct?
- wouldn't it be awesome if they soaked up millions of shares down in the 4-5 cent range only to sell a small percentage after releasing the 10-K to pay notes and keeping the rest - Thus not needing to do a R/S and still get the 50% reduction in warrants
I'm dreaming I know - but hey that's what I do.
"The only reason I asked the question is because some here explicitely stated that there will not be any new dilution together with this IPO and S1. That's certainly an important issue"
I'm sure there will be dilution, which shouldn't always be considered as a bad thing.
How else would the company benefit/raise revenue if they didn't release more shares (dilution)?
Per Theodore -
"The company's first IPO is for WHAM Inc.....We are raising funds for SEGOâ„¢ by way of IPO with WFMC shares"

bjdev89,
It wouldn't surprise me if there's a direct relationship between these two dates..
March 31st - Latest date to report the 10-K
April 3rd - 50% reduction in the warrants given to the lenders if the debt is paid off
"if the original pr was for a 1:100
why do one for 1:10 or 1:5? "
Simple answer -
January 7: Announced RS of up to 1 for 100
January 14: ECIG brings in Dan O’Neil
"My goal will be to drive controlled, profitable growth globally and to deliver superior and sustainable returns to our shareholders."
January 26: ECIG updates us on restructuring progress and alters RS ratio
Thanks to Bjdev89 for the awesome timeline
Traders-G,
I for one find your replies both educational and entertaining; I couldn't think of how nauseating it would be if it weren't for your crafty responses.
In fact I was thinking once the WFMC investments gets up on plane and levels off onto a nice cruising speed and I'm sitting back cashing dividend checks; I was planning on a book documenting your comic relief moments.
I was thinking the exact same thing...
"Sounds extremely positive but I still wanna see it in black and white in an 8k (I'm thinking tomorrow latest)"
Razor I'm thinking (hoping) if the shares could not be traded for some period of time; that would apply to everyone - so there wouldn't be any buying/selling. No difference than from Friday close to Monday open. I agree it would really suck for a lot of us to sit and watch our investment tank and not be able to do anything about it.
Good information. Thanks
I believe there will be a communication prior to the vote. Wasn't it O'Neill who made a comment about not understanding why people were voting early and uninformed? With that thought in mind I'm going to take him at his word and hope/assume we're given the opportunity to make an informed vote. Conversely he would have meant it would make sense to vote late and uninformed - well that doesn't make any sense.
If there isn't any communications prior to the vote they wont really need to worry about the out come as they will be dealing with a massive sell off.
However I wouldn't be surprised if they already have the votes needed and they know it. They will get the PPS up and this will be trading on a larger exchange - my fear is at what cost to the OTC shareholders. They're eyeing/gunning for the institutional investment dollars - we've all heard the phrase "the end justifies the means".
Just my thoughts and opinion.
I'm pulling my chair up next to TradLadyD. If the S-1 as released it would have a bigger impact to the investor community than going from a stop to a yield.
Remember the company also said "As a company we believe its a poor management of funds to pay a six month OTC Market fee just to up-list to a yield sign when were going to be launching onto a major exchange."
So the fact a month later they reverse their decision around the yield sign supports what TradeLadyD (and I) think in that we'll will be in the Pinks for awhile longer than the company originally expected.
We'll need to see the photo. Remember this is a message board on the Internet....if you don't post the pic it didn't happen.
Those are the rules!!
"Btw I have a great photo of him leaving in towards the blonde though I bet the wife wouldn't want to see that!! Dirty old man????"
Oh btw I'm asking for a friend.....
2/10
- 13.6 million shares changed hands
- O/S didn't change
2/11
- TA gagged
Someone bought 13.6 million shares Tuesday - I would like to believe it as the company. Can a guy Dream?
"WHY would the TA be referring shareholder questions to Anderson at this point ?? "
ebota12 -
First of all I'm not bashing - I'm long and believe in WFMC...however lets agree we wouldn't invest in any stock based on what a company insider says.
"Theo says they WILL be a Billion dollar company."
Might as well insert the implied Forward-Looking Statement...These statements are based on the Company's current expectations as to future events. However, the forward-looking events and circumstances discussed might not occur, and actual results could differ materially from those anticipated or implied.
As much as we would like to think (and I do) we have a "diamond in the rough" with WFMC; at this point in time it's not any different than any other OTC stock...lets keep it real...if, god forsake, for whatever reason this took a deep dive down, we have to admit (as much as we don't want to) there are warning signs (actually a STOP sign).
Also "This isn't a penny stock..." Well actually it is and it will be until it's not - that's a fact regardless of what we want to believe.
I was lucky enough to find WFMC last summer and have been adding this past week on the dips. I, like you, are in for the long haul because I believe in the company...however I'm not going to drink the kool aid until we start realizing IPO's and are trading on a different exchange.
To use to use an baseball analogy; we all hope to hit a home run with WFMC, but I'll accept a double or triple.
I play the OTC knowing, and accepting, most will be strike outs or singles. Feels good to have doubles and triples - and oh boy does it feel great to hit the home runs...makes up for the strike outs. I think WFMC will be a home run; however until the ball goes over the fence - there's still a possibility of a strike out.
TheodoreWFC,
Can you confirm if the license agreement is still on track?
"Our license agreement should be finished by next week and make no mistake that everything is on track."
This is classic btw...
"Whoever decides to sell now will only create a better a buying opportunity for the next investor."
Encouraging - Thanks for posting.
Do we know what they have in mind? "true fair market value"
"Our stock price does not accurately reflect the success of our operating activities and remains severely undervalued. With our continued execution on our acquisition and growth plan, we are confident that our stock value will rise in the coming year to its true fair market values."

To disagree with one eye & vp; you're also disagreeing with HIHI. According to the main page on the their website they are up front with their intentions.
"...further development, and re-marketing of certain real estate and personal properties of HIDC planned to be funded from the future issuance of HIHI securities."
http://www.holidayislandholdings.com
I'm looking to purchase real estate in/around Holiday Island as it is a beautiful area, which is why I took an initial look into investing in HIHI. Based on my personal DD and my opinion; I don't see HIHI as more than as a quick flip.

I Agree, vp_007_99! 0001's Coming with HUGE DILUTIONS!! ..then R/S! frown

Can you ask the CEO what 7-11 stores currently have pleasant Kids on their shelves?
From the PR -
"Pleasant Kids can be found on the shelves of Price Choice Grocers, Presidente Supermarkets, Diamond Mart, C and B Distributers, R C Distributers, ICSSF Public Charter Schools, 7 Eleven Stores in South Florida, and online at www.pleasantkids.com and many more coming soon."
I've been in many 7-11 stores and have yet to see any Kids on the shelves, and if I did I wouldn't consider them pleasant - just saying. Also I wonder if the parents know ICSSF Public Charter Schools is putting their kids on shelves.
Please provide verifiable evidence there is product in any 7-11 stores.
If your theory had merit; the increase would of been better received if it were disclosed vs discovered.
Can you modify/correct your time line to include when the increase was submitted (9/4/14) and when payment for the filing fee was acknowledged (9/8/14)?
The lack of transparency by the CEO, IMO, isn't an simple over-site.
Floridagrl,
When you're looking for the water - also be on the look out for the Apple Juice.
"...Pleasant Kids Inc, America's premium supplier of naturally balanced alkaline water and all natural apple juice ..."
"...with Pleasant Kids Products being available..."
I might have missed it...does anyone know which 30 stores are getting the water and apple juice?
- I'm asking for a friend..
Why would I contact the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention)? Do you mean FDA (Food and Drug Administration)? Good point - I will be contacting the Consumer Complaint Coordinator in Florida today to make an official report.
I'm not trying to bring down the stock price, or bash PLKD. Please look at each of my post where I submitted a picture - you will find I replied to someone asking for a picture. Now I'm going to make an official report based on your recommendation.
I can and will. I'm just curious if anyone else has closely looked at each bottle to see if this is an isolated event or if there might be a larger quality issue.
Jake -
Look in each bottle to see if there is flaky stuff floating around. My wife just got grossed out with what she discovered.
I would be interested to see if others have seen this as well.
Or it can be as simple as providing a number to a conference bridge number/link to get all the good news out to all the share holders.
"It's been Photoshopped to give people a false impression"
What's your impression of their impression?
I don't need to look at google maps - the building is very visible from the highway in both directions.
Check out the second picture in post 80209 - I can personally confirm it's not photo shopped.
However - I'm not sure I understand the point you're trying to make. Are you suggesting its uncommon for marketing pictures not to be touched up?
KAM - it actually faces 435 and is very visible from the highway.
Lux,
The fish in the fishbowl needs fish food. Translation we, at least me, enjoy reading your updates.
Can you share how many stores you've placed product and how we'll it's selling? Or any other information you may think is beneficial to us who look forward to your posts.
DC - I enjoy your enthusiasm and you're one heck of a cheerleader. However doesn't it concern you a little that a week ago tomorrow there was a posting on Rico's personal FB page saying "Meeting adjourns = 5 containers sold = Pleasant Kids it's on"; yet there hasn't been any official announcements?
If sold really means sold that would mean ink on a contract or some type of official agreement. Understandably it's common to not revile the customs name for various reasons - however it is uncommon to not submit something official to the news wires reporting a HUGE order. News wires are targeted to a sector of current and potential investors who don't necessarily get their news from iHUB or FB. The cost is not relevant given the return on investment to get out such positive news.
Robert is aware of this, and IMO, there's a reason this news wasn't posted on Pleasant's FB page or anything official has been communicated.
APT will be setting up monthly tours of their facility in KC beginning in August. The first Monday and the last Friday of the month. You can RSVP by emailing Investor Relations at invrel@motovox.com one week in advance.
wam,
Your point about no profit is true. However For me I wouldn't be interested in APT if all they were doing is peddling low end scooters - it's the vision they have and where they have been investing their resources is where the enthusiasm for most (IMO) is generated.
As much as I would like the fins to be positive; it's not deal breaker if they aren't. It's what APT does going forward. I'm cautiously optimistic we'll see a turn around the next quarter.
I'll be sending a email to invrel@motovox.com tomorrow and RSVP'ing for tour on the 4th.
Johnny,
IMO - even if they were bringing in 500K a week and we're still trading in this range; people are going to complain. My point is it's not as much complaining as they voicing frustrations to the fact there has been a month of positive news and the pps does not react accordingly.
I'm convinced it's just a matter of time and we'll see a change in the tone on the board to being positive - maybe it's tomorrow, next week or next month. However to your point it will happen assuming the news continues as projected.
I'm selfish and want to see 4's or more tomorrow.
