I agree with you with the 13th being the date it’s due. I don’t agree with you about the OTC not posting it on time. If Rick files it tomorrow, the OTC will post it tomorrow. They don’t delay it.

I got the due date with the extension as being tomorrow February 13 that’s the 15 calendar days he gets …they were due January 29th … January 29 was the 90 days after the quarter ended which was October 31.
