Well, the offerings were for 140 million shares combined and that just happened within the last few days. So we have to add some of that in. I’m not sure how this offering worked if they bought shares at a higher price so there would be less shares that would be issued.

I mean, unless we had like 10 people all buy 50 million shares a couple of months ago and now they’re unloading. I mean there’s no way this can go on for more than another day based on the numbers.

Gonna hold my short position-I’ll bail if this hits 3.90

But we just got the updated share structure yesterday. And will probably get the share structure for today or Monday. I mean there can’t be fictitious numbers on OTC site…. Right?

It is when you keep doing the filings outside of regular business hours and also when you just put out an 8K last night saying no more offerings for the next 30 days… do you know how many people were sleeping when this happened this morning. After they went to bed, knowing the filing last night secured them to hold the stock.

They actually put out in the filing last night that they weren’t going to do any more offerings for 30 days, but of course there was language in there, saying, except under certain circumstances

8-K was required to be submitted by today the latest I believe.. we pretty much know for sure the offering is closed although it would be nice now to get official word on that as well. Maybe tomorrow
