Already been through the worst possible toxic financing and as you state .15 is the low NOT .10
Consume Information Wisely...LOL
Possibly,,,or could be buyers looking for entry at now tested support level. I'm a case in point. Looking to get back for a ride with 20K sh bid @ .163. 10% filled quickly before ticking up to .169 again.
If it was really crashing, imo, I would have got fully filled then bid/ask drop...instead bid/ask upped..
Cmon TRTC!!!

We've been getting a lot of questions about the upcoming cnbc show. Looks like they will start promoting it tomorrow morning. It's a series of segments highlighting different businesses throughout the week. Looks like we will be featured midweek sometime. They are running promos on TV but the segments will first air online next week then potentially TV. That's all we know!
Since mid march seems to be a nice lower channel forming. Higher lows is a good sign. I don't think the reason is a runup for 420 and you would think with the toxic financing the trend would be down. Must be something else in folks minds changing the trend.
Earnings panic, probably recover some(~10%) before eod. Then sideways ~.18 - ~.19. imho...
Swing would have been better. Need to consider the runup to cc. 20%+ on the swing trade. But congrats on your trade.
Kept small position in case Marco turns this around. He posts on the growlifeinc site.

The extractor - Youtube video of the extractor.
Here's the link I am referencing:

Specifically the following statement (Sterling is the reporting person)
On September 10, 2014, the Reporting Person sold his entire interest in a certain 6% Senior Secured Convertible Promissory Note (the “Note”) to third party purchasers. As of the date hereof, the original principal amount of the Note plus accrued interest is convertible into 68,247,565 shares of Common Stock. The Reporting Person no longer has beneficial ownership of any portion of the Note.
Up-listing could be coming soon. MM(s) have been doing there DD now for a while and now that Sterling no longer holds any shares I have a feeling we will be getting up-listing news soon.
Following is an excerpt from Marco's last post. I suspect Sterlings shares were the last hurdle.
"Lastly, to move off the gray market, we need to work with broker-dealers and many attorneys that we expect will lead us to a constructive relationship with FINRA and the SEC. Without a transparent and compliant financial track record, any attempt to move from the grays would have been premature and ineffective. Today, we are actively in discussions with some broker-dealers and they are conducting a due diligence process and seeking FINRA support. The process is expensive for the broker-dealer and time consuming for all. Still, we are taking every step to work through the litigation and gray market challenges."

While we are not involved directly the promoter scandals, like the one that led to Growlife suspension ,weighs on an investors mind. Also, the now infamous hit piece (right or wrong) that played a part in us not getting the dispensary in CC still weighs heavily in investor's decision to invest long.
To turn the corner we are going to need to get some licenses and start touching the plant else there is not much to distinguish us from an overpopulated field of players in the MJ space that do not actually touching the plant.
Listening to DP's last interview was quite honest about some things
http://smallcapvoice.com/blog/9-4-14-smallcapvoice-interview-with-terra-tech-corp-trtc
1) With the 8 submission there is great potential for a very bright future
2) As we get licensing there is going to be need for additional funds to build out infrastructure.
3) He is amazed that there are over 25,000 investors and in his closing remarks goes on to say that he hopes that investors are not over extending themselves. I though it showed class for him to remark on new retail investor getting to caught up in the hype and dreams of quick riches.
All The Best...
A close of .35 today would signal trend reversal and we see .40 before end of week.
And if they decide to touch the plant with the extractor we could easily see that .40 resistance turn to the new support level.
Only way we see .30 is on some bad news. Way to much support at .34 - .35
What is the significance @ .41-42. We broke through .39/.40 resistance today. I see blue skies up to .50 - .52.
.41 - .42 are going to fly by so fast you will have tough time getting filled.
Monday's doji was a clear signal. Added another 40K and if we get some more follow through with great volume will add more. Always heed the signs. Happy with action today but could use some more volume to support the move. Yah never happy....lol
Well stated but you seem to think that there are major growers in the US that are supplying the masses. Incorrect, most weed is still coming in from across the border(s). Momentum is building for new growers/entrepreneurs emerging here in the US and that is where Growlife comes in and will be successful. Growing "GOOD" weed is indeed very difficult without experience and expertise such that Grlowlife offers.
"That is all the DD you need" Really!!!
My guess - FITX/RXNB deals are next up at Marco's deal table. The need growlife 2.0!!! Not expecting 211 for sometime, maybe next year after we post a few solid qtrs.
GL...Keep the faith!!!
More color on today's great news:
Co announced the nationwide launch of its direct-to-cultivator sales network and automated replenishment services beginning in 17 states. Additional states will be added by the end of the year.
Co also announced a new strategic partnership with CANX USA. The partnership with CANX provides financial resources to GrowLife under an expanded joint venture agreement that will support the co's national expansion, and mergers and acquisitions initiatives.
Under this partnership, CANX agrees to provide GrowLife with $10 million in working capital with secured loans, $12 million in GrowLife-direct M&A capital resources, and joint venture M&A financing exceeding the $40 million cap, imposed by the previous arrangement.
All transactions must be approved by the joint venture and meet a pre-determined deal criteria.
Furthermore, CANX has waived defaults from the prior Nov 19, 2013 contract with GrowLife. In addition, the co obtained waivers of default from other lenders, which were triggered by the trading halt back in April.
They will bring their expertise to the growers. There is a shortage that needs to be addressed.
We can only guess the actual business motive. But you must admit a move like this would not be made if they plan to close the doors.
There is an established market and dirt stores everywhere. What you get from local street dealers is usually of low quality. The medi and now legal recreational is much better quality. Anyone can grow low grade. It takes professionals, yes - like growlife, to provide the high grade that draws the crowds.
Following info is from May 5, 2014. I think it is still valid.
"Terra Tech Corp and MediFarm LLC are currently preparing for the upcoming hearings as well as the release of the State application for licensing, which is anticipated to be mid-July 2014. Once the application becomes available, there will be a 45-day period before applications will be accepted by the State of Nevada."
Not surprised they got out of Vape's office. Wasn't expecting a move to Seattle, but I do like the move. Get boots on the Washington recreation ground. Lots of growers need help in Washington
Please share where you see dilution coming from?
New contracts are performance based. If Marco receives that large a salary it will be b/c company performed VERY well and salary would be paid from profits, to answer your question.
As an investor in a basically development stage company offerings to fund the business as it moves forward are to be expected. There are several type of offerings of which NOT all are dilutive in nature. Offering by an existing shareholder, for example, are not considered dilutive and offerings to build out infrastructure, as we should expect for TRTC are also NOT considered dilutive.
I suspect the posters here using the "dilution" word do not understand. And Technical Analysis is certainly not going to reveal anything about the potential for an offering.
Happy 4th....GO AMERICA!!!
You neglected to include that Walmart chatter is fraudulent....LOL Never the less, thanks for brining these opinions to our attention again, again and again.
He mentions having just returned from Colorado "yesterday", so it's new.
There has been plenty of 2.0 news. Rebuilding customer & supplier relationships, code of ethics, leadership changes to mention a few. Check out the growlifeinc.com site and you will see Marco is posting fairly regularly. The up-listing news everyone is waiting for will take some time, but will happen IMO.

Please supply details of your thorough investigation, beyond simply referencing an SA spin article.
Washington retail stores opening in next two weeks. Expect lots of media coverage to re-ignite the sector. Shortages will be good for those getting into the Cultivation space.

EG is already being sold in Walmart Florida via a distribution agreement with Sunshine growers.
"Lakeland, Feb. 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Terra Tech Corp (TRTC) subsidiary Edible Garden, a locally grown herb and produce cultivator, signed a distribution deal with Sunshine Growers out of Lakeland, Florida."
http://globenewswire.com/news-release/2014/02/24/612785/10069692/en/Terra-Tech-Subsidiary-Edible-Garden-Signs-Distribution-Deal-with-10-Acre-Florida-Based-Farm.html
Given the current relationship, not too much of a stretch for us to get a direct channel to Walmart.
They have updated the website again, since last updating for the leadership changes. I have not been checking in here for few weeks so pardon the re-hash if that is the case.
Some random observations:
1) Streaming the last trade. I would think they would take that out while they made the other updates. Why advertise battered price....hmmm
2) Leadership page is gone. They updated the leadership page after Sterling & Hunt resignations, then a short time later removed the entire page.
3) the SEC filings account is suspended. I'm sure for cost savings, but why not cleanup the page, unless they expect to activate the account soon....hmmm
4) Redpoint pane added to Newsroom. Marco has some good postings. I like his most recent "Leadership through hardship" shows class praising the team and I like that they are focusing on customers and working with suppliers.
My takeaway is they are not giving up and looking at the incredible sideways trading (could be interpreted as accumulation pattern) many investors have not given up either. I must admit I expected pps to be much lower given the lack of news & catalysts.
Have a nice weekend....GL
Anyone have latest dates for State licensing? My understanding(may be old news) is the actual applications would be available mid July, then there is a 45 day waiting period before the applications are accepted.
This POS penny stock..................
lol....Won't be a penny stock for long after today. Congrats to all long who held through!!!!
Website is still up growlifeinc.com. And nice to see that they have finally updated the leadership page.

This is a great sign. Hope it makes it to Senate floor. If Boehner allows a vote bet it will pass and Obama will sign. Next up, declassification bill gets out of committee and onto the floor. Had only 11% chance before today's "Historic" vote. Looking better now
Going to be a fun ride into November!!!
Seriously, not try to harsh the buzz to .20 - We are going to need some news to keep pushing higher. I'm thinking Financing news is next.
cool pics...hahaha
Gong to need more news or this will do the slow fade again. Plenty of news possibilities out there:
- New Financing (normally dillutive but would be positive in phot's case)
- Fitx deal back on table
- New GIFT(s)
- Restructuring of the JV with CANX
- Other????
