ILIV is a complete scam. People, stay away. Go to their office in downtown Miami and see the fraud for yourself. Then talk to their management, or even their head technician, and you can read right through them. .. nothing but lies. They even gave me a fake investor relations phone number. They should all be in jail for all the money they have stolen by misleading investors. Not one thing they were set to accomplish in 2014 was fulfilled.
The ILIV and penny stock fraud: This is probably how the powers that be are keeping the system going. Taking from suckers like us. Create a bogus company like ILIV, give it a little pump along with fake PRs to get people excited and have them jump onboard, and then make the money disappear. Or do the opposite, like in the case of Growlife (PHOT). Have the stock soar to new highs and then have the SEC halt it due to suspicious activity and bombard it with class actions. First off, everyone and their mother was up on that stock(all - time high). Class action? Really! Yes, the SEC is looking out for us so that everyone's $0.65 stock goes to $0.03. And they collect the fees....nice! The same way ILIV was allowed to reverse split knowing it is a complete scam just to allow them to scam all over again.
Why don't you just say who they are? The pump artists.
.002
LOL
I predict a 1 to 500 reverse split. And probably another name change to something that does not say Intelligent Living. Probably Provectus Lifestyles or something retarded like that.
Brooksie... you were singing the same song when people were telling you that this was a piece of junk. You probably convinced a lot of people otherwise with your pro-ILIV chant. And they lost a lot of money. I do agree with you now that this is a waste of money though. But don't blame them for acting exactly like you used to.
If you guys want to see how great this company is... just message Victoria Rudman on Facebook and see how she will never respond. I did before I invested , with enthusiastic kind words, and never heard from her. Or call the investor relations number that their senior tech gave me in person at their office, when I dropped by their Miami office, and see how nobody answers nor returns calls. I posted the number here a few months back. Look ....the signs are there. This company is a scam. I hope they all go to jail.
You should pass by their office in Brickell and then speak. I have gone by and seen what is left...which is not much. All they did was give me a investor relations number that no one ever returns the call. If you invest in this company bc you are hard headed, then so be it. Learn through your experience. I already did. I still own a shitload of this stock but do not see a point in taking the loss this year. Therefore, I just want people to be aware so that they don't screw up like I, and many others, have done in the last year listening to their lies.
This company is going to disappear very soon. That is why they are transferring to Nevada so they eliminate their personal exposure to lawsuits. They are nothing but crooks who never respond to their shareholders.
If you want to lose money, like all the people long on this board...ILIVD is the way to go. You can enjoy knowing that these crooks are enjoying your money.
I am still invested in ILIV, but there is no way that I am going to recommend this garbage to someone for the mere hope that it raises the price per share and I recover some money. That is unethical. We all know that the guys behind this thing are crooks who should be taken to a dark alley somewhere. Stay away from ILIV unless you want to donate to these crooks. Go buy a company that is actually a real company. Keep promoting ILIV and you are just allowing the same thing to happen all over again to other people.
Don't take it personal but you always see a positive and have hope regardless of how bad ILIV screws its shareholders. Like I said, I really hope you are right so that I can recover some heavy loses.
She is just a die hard ILIV fanatic. I hope she is right though. It would be nice to recover some ground.
Hemp will be at $0.50-$1.00, if not higher, by election 2016. From now until then, it is time to just accumulate on the dips. If it was going to sub penny land, it would have been there already. This last election confirms that green is here to stay. But 2016 will be when the floodgates open wide.
Victoria Rudman posted on Facebook her nice Halloween outfit. Is anyone looking into legal actions? Isn't Provectus now owned by ILIV which means the shareholders now own it regardless if there is no mention of ILIV?
This is going to go back and forth between 0.0001 and 0.0002 and then die just like STBV if their earnings don't come through. They need income bc their financing has dried up.
ILIV close to going No Bid.
I think they will do the 50 reverse split, then wait it out for a while to see how many people they can sucker, and then come in hard with a 200 or 500 reverse split. In old times, these guys would be taken out.
Give your money to charity. At least crooks won't get it. Go buy another stock. If you don't want to sell your ILIV, then just hold onto it, but putting more money into this scam is not wise. Go buy LAKE... they make Hazmat suits. It has gone up way too much already but anything is better than ILIV. Or buy silver... can't go wrong with that... especially at a 4 year low.
So... are there legal actions that can be taken?
Gotcha... makes sense. If you get anything useful, I would like to know. I have over 7 mil.
Why only PM?
Let me know. I also took a decent hit here. Not as much you, but a decent hit.
Sue for what? They have no money nor any assets that they can divest.
There is nothing about a reverse split on that link. Or maybe I just can't find it. Let me know where it is.
How did the other one do after the split? At this point, is it even worth dumping for dollars?
Have any of you had any reverse splits that have actually gone up? Brooks, I think this stock will be at 0.0006 soon after the split.
So what is really the best course of action? And why? Do people ever get anything from a class action? ILIV is broke. Not to mention that is why they are moving to Nevada.
These MFs! "This is the year of ILIV." To take all your money!
I just looked at the 2 pictures I took and their office says Venturian and not Provectus. I guess they may be dropping the Provectus trademark. Probably since there are so many Provectus businesses when you Google.
Here you go (786)363-3415 investor relations
This was given to me by the Chief technician at Provectus. He also gave me his business card which I have at home. I took pictures of their office as well. I can send them to you if you would like.
I hope so. I already averaged down as much as I am willing to. Now I just got to wait and hope for the best. After all, there really isn't any revenues, or anything for that matter, for many of these stocks that take off. I do wish they were more exposed to the cannabis industry for these elections especially since they are based in Florida. Hopefully, some really good stuff comes out soon. I think the MJs will have another run soon. I posted the number on my first or second post last Friday. I called and left a message but never got a response.
How could you say that? They have almost all their websites down. They do not return any calls nor do 90% of their numbers work. I had to show up in person to get another number that no one returns any of the calls anyways. Please call yourself. I used to own a social bookmarking website, and the down time would be 1 hr tops and that was in extreme emergencies with much more load than ILIV (approx 10-15k page views/day). I shut the site down bc server costs and I lost my programmer. Can't run a website without a programmer without spending big bucks. As for changes, you make changes offline and then, after testing the changes, you implement them online. This upgrade excuse is nonsense. DNS propagation is the only thing that can take up to 24 hours. Beta? Beta is just what a tech company puts on their website at first to soften blow if things go wrong.
I really bought into ILIV. But we are holding to only one of their products. As for revenues, it doesn't mean anything if revenues are costing you more money than what you are bringing in. Give me $100 and I'll bring in $80 of revenues. The fact that they have left their websites down for so long says that they do not care about their business. They are letting it sink just like I let my site sink towards the end.
I hope I am wrong. I really do. But the facts are a bit scary right now. Right now it is a lottery ticket. And people who are going to invest in ILIV must understand that. I don't want to see people lose the money I have lost.
Local Due Diligence in Miami
Yesterday, I decided to swing by the office of ILIV just to see what was going on. The 1-866-326-3000 number that is supposed to be ILIV has been disconnected. The office at 20801 Biscayne BLVD is no longer open. I called Venturian and they just forwarded to some lady's voicemail. I think her name was Sandy. I then passed by the office of Provectus which is located at 80 SW 8 St. Suite 1870 which is near Brickell in Miami. The office seemed nice with a lot of open space. At first, there was no one at the reception so I walked in to where there were several offices. In one of them there were about 4 PCs with 3 or 4 techs working. One of them came out to attend to me. He then went and got another individual who was in a meeting. This individual gave me his business card and it stated he was the Chief Technician. I mentioned the sites being down and he made a comment that it is probably the DNS not pointing to the correct location. He didn't make much of it. I asked about the other office and he said that it is no longer open. I explained to him that I was an investor and then he went back to the meeting room and brought me his business card and a number for Investor Relations. I did call the number and left a voicemail and have not received a reply yet. I made a comment about my concerns if the company is going under and his reply was "No, not that I know of at least". I did take a few pictures of the place and the phone number is (786)363-3415. My overall take is that I get mixed feelings about ILIV. The people I spoke with did seem very professional at Provectus.
Oh Brooksie... how I wish you were right. I would be happy going back to half a penny.
Server upgrade takes hours not days. And usually during off peak hours(1AM to 5AM). Unless you have it outsourced to India...which is then really bad considering you are trying to be a web services company. Look, I am for ILIV as I have money invested in them, but we can't blind ourselves either. The way they have been with investors, they don't deserve the benefit of the doubt.
I hope so. I need to swing by their office to see how they operate. I live about 30 minutes away.
All Intelligent Living Websites are down. Not a good sign. Someone better call the company to make sure they are still in business.
