Please, please don't buy anymore of this stock!!!!!!! I got sucked in on Friday with a small buy because I was looking for a fast trade! I sold early today and took a small loss! Now I'm almost positive you will see the stock price under a $1.00. At that point I think they will announce a 30 for one R/S!! These guys are trying to stay alive and the don't care about the stock holders. They will keep diluting until you end up with virtually nothing! I've lost a lot of money betting on this stock! I just don't want to see anyone else hurt by increasing their position.

WTM, You are correct but they lose money on every truck they sell! The stock price is about to go under 3 with the probability of another R/S before years end.

Please wait to buy more stock until after the R/S which will i think will come in the near future. I'm not a bear, i still hold January 25 calls that will expire worthless. I made money on my shares that I owned but will lose my complete investment on the calls. The CEO doesn't care about stockholders, he will dilute shareholder value until you own very little of the company. He only has one goal and that's to have this company survive. I belive this company will be successful but only by a buyout, but who will have enough stock ( the management will ) to make it worth one's while to wait for this to happen!

I feel your pain!! I wonder if we can do a class action lawsuit against NKLA? The stock was trading at $1.15 with momentum and then thay announced a RS. This stock could have easily have run to $1.50-$2.00. They DID NOT WANT the price to go up!!! They needed to justify a 30-1 RS so they would have enough shares left over to keep diluting stock.

WTM, I think it's fake news! The RS is next week and the stock is going to fly! They will pump up it until it reaches a price where they will sell stock to raise cash. I'm waiting for that moment to reduce my position in the stock.

It's the same thing every morning, people buy pre-market and bid up the price and then selling comes in once the market opens!

The RS is just over hanging this stock!! The CEO buys one million shares on the open market and they announce an order for 100 trucks and we are up a whopping $0.03. PATHETIC!!!
