My sell order is Good til Cancelled people! get it while it's hot
Well I'm sure you figured by now shares are trading. The reason there is so little action is because in order to buy through your broker, you must have your broker call around to other brokers to look for somebody selling shares. Most brokers wont even deal with the hassle. There are no mms, public quotes of sells, or level 2 to automate the process.
Well then, value is in the eye of the beholder. As shareholder, you are owner of a company share that is impossible to liquidate.
Patent value is arbitrary as of now. There has been no public number attached to the settlements (the closest we can estimate is "$900k for 60%").
Shares are immovable. Therefore, the only potential value to shareholders left over will be from a portfolio buyout. We will have to cross our fingers that a potential buyout partner will not be another "scam squad" deal. We have already relinquished 60% to our good friend Eyetalk anyhow.
You must understand the same reasoning exists for plaintiff and defendant. Not just to avoid loss, but to avoid lengthy legal process and lawyer fees.
Scammy management and business deals by REVO are not directly related to Eyetalk patent court cases.
And again, the court cases were not won. They were settled out of court. As in, not taken to judgement and upheld.
I have a GTC AON sell order placed online with OptionsXpress. It is currently "open".
I placed a similar GTC order a few days ago just so it would be ready for today but they automatically cancelled the order within an hour
Well as long as we still have 'bags' and comments, we may as well make the best of it
Surely you are joking. I am speechless
Actually it was a reported $50B company. And I picture it went something like this:
Ali email: Hey look at these fancy patents, they are really cool! How 'bout you buy em for... I don't know, make an offer ;)
$50B company response: No thanks.
Ali reply: OK thanks for considering REVO, sorry our 'negotiations' couldn't work out!
I understand quite clearly. My point was REVO is not beyond borderline fraudulent deals. And I presume you understand ownership of REVO patents are transferable to any buyer REVO agrees?
Speaking of shaken, how is Ali doing? He certainly has time to speak to somebody loyal as yourself, no?

I’ve been investing and trading stocks for over 23 years. If you are serious about learning how to become a better investor or trader, I know I can help you.
Charlotte, NC
Does this sound like a management team concerned with the performance and well-being of a company, or a day trader concerned about share price?
I think point one and two are especially important to any prospective buyer willing to fork out millions to billions for the patent portfolio. They wouldn't consider based on 3 out of court settlements. Better believe that any big name company would take it all the way to judgement if we decided to sue them
With all due respect, there are so many things wrong with your main points.
1) Real, established and verified patents (upheld by the courts)
The patents are real because UPTSO issued them, but they are not upheld by the courts.
2) Three patent-infringement lawsuits that they have won
They have not won any patent infringement suit. 3 cases were dropped and settled out of court. CPI, Livewatch, and Alarmforce do not have the authority to validate our patents.
3) Fancy and expensive lawyers.
They could be fancy i suppose, but how much did they cost?
Correct. So even if they owned max allowed 4.9999999% up until 10 days preceding, they would have had to purchase 18,867,053 shares 10 days before the filing to reach the reported 6.92%. If you study the volume in those 10 days I think you will understand how unlikely of a scenario that is
Fair enough. I haven't followed the board that closely, I just saw pictures and people talking about their orders. I would have presumed at least one of those people would have used PayPal. I'm sure we will know very soon if they indeed have started shipping as we keep hearing
form 13 must be filed within 10 days of purchase. REVOs was filed on June 10th
I don't understand the desire for a PR right now. You see the products are being shipped. There is much behind the scenes we don't know right now. Take advantage and buy more instead of pushing for the surge-n-sell
She posted generalized statements in the context of all SEC suspensions she has evaluated over years of experience. Unfortunately, REVO is not special or exempt from comparison in that regard. Also, if Maclellan has a historical pattern of share purchases that mirror each other then it's probably safe to assume this interaction with REVO was the same.
Ending every sentence with sheesh is indeed mocking in my book.
Her expertise should be welcomed. Take advantage and learn. You just might thank her when your next investment comes around
Have some respect. She's been following situations like this for years before you became REVO's biggest advertiser. No need to mock her just because her assessments don't align with your dream scenario of an infallible REVO management team.
Real PRs cost money. IMO slam is right around the corner so I think he will wait until he can give multiple updates at once for efficiency. This isn't about today's stock price. It's about the long haul. Patience will pay with LVGI
Stocks come off the grey market all the time.. When their registration is revoked
Current shareholders are an unfortunate casualty of the suspension. At this point they are trying to protect any unsuspecting buyers, ie future holders.
Being exiled to the grey market is part of the punishment, and if they reveal any illegal activities then certain individuals will be also be prosecuted.
Make no mistake, there is still plenty possibility of the "crooks" ending up in jail. And let's be clear, the SEC did not take your money, REVO did. They put themselves in this situation all on their own.
You can't sit here and tell me REVO and friends have more integrity than the SEC. Sorry, not buying it. I've been following them way too long
I believe you have to wait until you sell or wait until they delist the ticker completely before you can write this off
Sorry guys just got here today. Good news coming?
I stated the same earlier. I suspect this too as there were a lot of dumps the day(s) preceding.
I wonder how the facebook propaganda group is taking the news
Gracefully said. It is wise to invest with understanding, not emotion. Sometimes greed, desire, and faith can overwhelm the senses. nature
(4) REVO's possible plans to issue dividends and buy back shares of its common stock.
This was probably the most obvious lie of all. A company millions of dollars in the hole is going to buy back shares and issue dividends? right..
They could have questioned many more of REVO's public assertions such as being in talks with a $50B company for buyout, a presale of 1000 Eyetalk units 4 years ago (units which still don't exist yet), and claiming to plan entry to the drone market, but maybe the SEC was taking it easy on us?
Anyone else suspicious of the abnormally high sell volume yesterday? Somebody had the inside track and knew this was coming
It's evident that your capital letters and $$$ laced posts were just blind optimism. Got REVO? Yes I do. ouch.
You guys were so brainwashed by the promises of riches and wealth and blatantly ignored the writing on the wall. Do you understand what's happening now? Do you understand the tricks and deception placed in front of you? The mismanagement and conversion tricks? Do you understand what the Peggys and the Krystis were trying to tell you now?
You forgot a few:

LVGI is a classic "next week" stock. Shareholders grow weary of the delay tactics (which I endorse if they are for the long term benefit). There was already a lengthy period of huge intermittent conversions which were presumably for SLAM mixed with some Hempcore. We will see steady decline in confidence and pps until then
They are trades that occur during the day and are not reported until after hours. Usually MMs or large note converters that do not necessarily want the market to react in real time. T-trades are not usually a good thing to see IMO. Have there been any here recently?
