TLD will not be today.
LL will be glazing generally over the topic of Brain Tumor Immunology & Immunotherapy at Galbraith (later today) at the conclusion of all the other presentations.
NWBO has scheduled TLD in coordination with SITC next week, without regard to the attempted dem/media coup of the presidency.
So for maximum effect, NWBO TLD will be next week prior to the release of any publicly available SITC presentation info.

Does anyone know if progress is being made related to MYEC being implemented as an eCheck payment option in the mobile payment network of the Merchant Customer Exchange (MCX)?
MCX merchants include the following: Old Navy, Circle K, Olive Garden, Shell, Union 76, 7-Eleven, HyVee, Kmart, Southwest Airlines, Banana Republic, Kohl's, Phillips 66, Sunoco, Conoco, Kum&Go, Target, Walmart, CVS, Lowes, Wendy's, BestBuy, Dunkin Donuts, Rite Aid, Chili's, Gap, ExxonMobil, Sears, and many others (http://www.mcx.com/#2).

ACH and Wire-Transfer Fraud
"Automated Clearing House and wire transfers are increasing but so is fraud in these transactions. All a fraudster needs is an account number and a bank-routing number."
"...[L]osses from successful ACH and wire transfer fraud attacks average $100,000 to $200,000 per victim. Further, 12 percent of organizations that were victims of ACH fraud during 2012 suffered a financial loss as a result of such fraud, according to the 2013 AFP Payments Fraud and Control Survey. The 2013 American Bankers Association Deposit Account Fraud Survey revealed that ACH and wire transfer fraud cost the industry approximately $157 million in losses in 2012."

MYEC and the Merchant Customer Exchange (MCX) would greatly benefit from an agreement between both entities because MCX would generate more revenue and cost savings for its clients with a viable echeck solution and MYEC would harpoon multiple high-sales-volume whales all at once.
MCX merchants include the following: Old Navy, Circle K, Olive Garden, Shell, Union 76, 7-Eleven, HyVee, Kmart, Southwest Airlines, Banana Republic, Kohl's, Phillips 66, Sunoco, Conoco, Kum&Go, Target, Walmart, CVS, Lowes, Wendy's, BestBuy, Dunkin Donuts, Rite Aid, Chili's, Gap, ExxonMobil, Sears, and many others (http://www.mcx.com/#2).
Also, it's a good time for MYEC to become integrated with MCX because MCX is still operating its new mobile payment system (known as CurrentC) in a private pilot program, with regional and national rollouts planned in 2015:

DD of SCM agreement with MMR
The reason SCM reneged on its Dec 2011 agreement with MMR was because SCM surgery centers were spooked almost immediately thereafter by the sudden loss of millions in lap-band surgery revenue.
Why?
SCM was affiliated with the 1-800-GET-THIN marketing campaign and lap-band maker Allergan threatened to end the sale of lap-bands to surgery centers affiliated with that campaign because of pressure from the government.
In Jan 2012 there was a lawsuit filed against SCM and multiple other defendants:

By Feb 2012, Allergan carried out its threat and halted sales of lap-bands to all surgery centers operating under the 1-800-GET-THIN campaign.

The operative word is also
which means in addition to the settlement AND in addition to the licensing agreement.
So a settlement and a licensing agreement with terms that remain confidential, also WAG sells MMR PHR's on drugstore.com. No millions?
Also, how is this MMR dropping its suit for WAG dropping its suit?
It will be interesting to see how quickly the other wet noodle defendants follow WAG's origami impression.....
settlement AND licensing agreement
Many have expressed relief over the news release, and yes, it would be "good" news if it stood on its own. But aside from the hiring announcement, it is the same "news" that was released a long time ago in the Q&A available on myec's website.
http://www.myecheck.com/investors/
Financials will ultimately dictate where this thing goes of course, but today's PR has so many earmarks of a quasi-puff piece designed to halt the sell-off, it's making the Ferengi jealous....
It's kind of cool that people made millions selling Smartalk short, and now they will make millions with bullish positions on MMRF. BL has the Midas touch!
RE: Smartalk NY Times article
With all the emphasis on DD here, can anyone find a "news" article bashing BL's company from 15 years ago that is written by someone other than a video game columnist AND that actually identifies its sources?
http://www.slate.com/authors.seth_schiesel.html
http://topics.nytimes.com/top/reference/timestopics/people/s/seth_schiesel/index.html
Also, are we only permitted to rely on the court documents of 15 years ago for information, but not the court documents of 2013-2014 that demonstrate not only a settlement with the White Whale, but MMRF's argumentative domination regarding the issued patents and Judge Wright's vehement disdain for the games being played by the defendants?
No, the oscar-winning production and the patent litigation process appear to be two separate animals.
I also believed that some of the nickels in that 8k were selling all day while the PPS floated above them.
Some have alleged that MMR has not secured outside financing in several months, and imply that this is a bad thing. The proper deduction from that assertion is that MMR is now making money and no longer needs BL's personal millions to be injected into the company.
TD Ameritrade will not trade this stock. What brokerage firms are trading this??
