While reading Section 2 of the Recitals on the first page (after the TOC) I noticed that they did not do a spell check and left the "E" off of Reverse. Does that mean anything? Here is where you conspiracy theorists can have a ball.

Also, they state that SANP has 5M authorized shares and they are sitting at 1.1 Billion outstanding. How is that possible? Even after the RS, they would be at 5.5M (500K above the authorized number), but the RS will reduce the AS by that same ratio.

Unless I am missing something, with the numbers they are claiming, how can this actually get approved by FINRA?

Why did they decide to use the stock symbol for Santo Mining throughout the document and used the name for Cathay Cigars? Which, by the way, is not a foreign company...They are incorporated in Florida.

Compared to some, yes, I may have gotten a bargain. However, we are all in the same boat of sitting on less cash than we started.

In addition, I bought in with the hopes that I would do more than lose a little. With any luck, they will get this company moving and push it back up to where it was at the high: $11/share.

I realize that gold is a key in the value of a gold company, but my stock does not increase if I am not doing anything with the company.

I have never seen that before.

It has got to mean something. It's a code or message. It's letting everyone on the "inside" know that on Friday, they should buy everything they can.

Or, maybe it means there is a computer glitch and the RS already went through, we just don't know it yet.

I always thought the facts were something put out to the public to get them to think something was going on when, in reality, there was something else going on and those facts were either going to change or be supplemented to then, make the facts something different and show that something else entirely was in the works.

Something as simple as: I have a plan to increase the PPS from .0001 to .02. On the surface, you think that is going to be a 200X increase in the share and loads of profit. In reality, it is just an RS at 200:1.

Now, if you want to make money in this shady casino we call OTC, you have read between the pages to see what is really out there. While the RS is still on the books, I cannot see, with the current plan, how that is ever going to go through. An approval is needed and I do not understand how that approval will be granted if the AS that are not outstanding do not have the same RS ratio applied.

Even IF those letters are sent, the only way this RS goes through is if the AS's are adjusted from 5B to 25M. So, my OPINION is that the RS will not go through. The FACT is that even if it does, the AS MUST adjust as well.

That means the plan, as detailed, will not happen. To borrow a line from Dennis Miller: "That's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

There are flippers playing this one right now, but they are not having much luck. There seems to be (about) 120 - 150M shares that are being worked that way and they are not selling.

Once the recall of the RS comes in, that should (theoretically) take us right to .001. I am looking for that to happen soon.

Can anyone explain to me why the Outstanding Shares are listed at 87.66M and the Float is at 25.46M?

Last check, the OS were up around 425M and the Float was just below 400M.

Was this a corporate Buy-back?

It has been over a week and I have not received any notification of a Reverse Split for SANP.

So, let me get this straight:

IF a company has 1B authorized shares and I own 10M (which equals 1%) applies to have the AS increased to 5B, they cannot sell any of them, unless they GIVE me enough shares to maintain my ownership percentage.

That means that if they were to sell all 4B that were added, they would have to GIVE me 40M of those shares.

Am I stating that correctly?

That would also mean that everybody else that owned shares would get a gift to maintain their percentage of ownership as well. Since 100% of the Issued Shares are owned, they would have to GIVE all of the additional shares they got authorized to maintain the collective shareholders ownership of 100% (I think I just confused myself), but that would mean that you can't authorize additional shares for sale and increasing the authorized shares is really a Stock Split, since they can't sell my ownership percentage.

Not necessarily true. They increased the AS while we were still holding stock, which, basically devalued our investment.

They didn't add them to the float (according to the reports, but I think that might have changed), but they could.

That increase was approved by the regulatory agencies.

I can only hope, at this point, that when the wheel is spun, my number comes up and we don't get a Double Zero.

And, from what I understand, governing agency approval is needed as well.

If nothing else, that is where I see everything falling apart. This is more or less a Back-Door way of increasing the authorized shares, if the corporate holdings are not subject to the same reverse.

As long as the RS is not approved, even if they go with it, we are OK.

There is no official date yet for the RS.

That is what is leading to speculation that it will be cancelled.

Who trades 1000 shares? That's what costs me the most money - Bid for 1M to buy and I get 1000 shares filled each day for $0.01, plus the $9.99 trade fee.

I think it is the brokerage houses that are doing that, just to get the commission!

I have been wondering about this "Think or Swim" program. Most of what I see does appear in pairs.

Although, in this case, I saw seven at 9M and two at 4M.

I'm glad what I see is so accurate. Volume at 40M for the day means I was probably referring to a 35-36M dump.

That is why I'm not a millionaire yet, my equipment is faulty!!!

It seems the dumpers came back. There is a 70M dump at 11:05 for 0001.

I guess somebody wanted to buy a used car for their kid and needed the down payment, 'cause that is about all you can do with $7K.

I hope they all sell off quickly so the RS can get cancelled and we can get back to having hope again...

I am a little confused on how you can legally do an RS at 1 for 200 and NOT adjust the AS accordingly, without an additional filing with the SEC.

If that were the case, you could continually RS with no AS adjustment to completely devalue the OS.

See, this is what I am talking about with figuring things out which only brings up more questions.

If you play chess, you know about looking a move or 5 ahead. The good chess players see 2 and 3 times that many (or more, I'm not a good player).

You have the Bulls and you have the Bears. When the Bears make a play (selling to drop the market price), the Bulls react by either sitting on the shares, believing in the rebound, or selling because they see the market change. A good Bear can make a Bull see something that isn't there.

Case in point: If they dumped everything they could at 0002, caused panic selling and bought them back at 0001, they would have some cash and all of their shares - A basic Short Sell without actually selling short.

Now, if they are going to retract the RS after they get all, or at least close to all, of the shares in house, they would be able to hold their shares, preventing a decrease in the PPS and enable them to raise the share price for an up-listing to another exchange.

How many moves ahead can be seen on this one? I guess it depends on whether you are a Bull or a Bear.

Then again, everything could be a bunch of Bear Bull and we are all screwed.
