Thank you Mack! I’ll hit the IP web site this weekend.
Probably not, if it were that, more likely back to sub .01. Just my theory.
Thanks, I’ll wait for other theories in the event that there’s more. One thing we do have, or Leo has, is a pubco that COULD have a more commercially viable asset merged in to it. I do get Leo is not the ceo that is capable of leading an organization and is obviously out for himself. However, let’s not forget, despite his siphoning of cash for his own overpaid w2 income, he is the largest Ipix s/h and stands to create serious wealth if ipix became the pathway for another bio related entity to be listed on the public markets and gain access to the possibility of corporate public capital. I’m willing to bet a lot that if that OPPORTUNITY ever presented itself, Leo would be all over it even with the loss of his $500k annual salary!
Is this the company Ipix owns a stake in Mack? https://beamtx.com/about-us/
They are in the same town as Ipix I believe
Beam’s Cambridge Offices
238 Main Street
Cambridge, MA 02142
I hope this is correct, could their relationship with Innovation be, in part or whole, centered around an easier/faster path to the public equity markets via pubco, IPIX? Just spit balling theories here…
Also stumbled on this:

Hi Mack! I was just about to post here and ask if anyone could tell me the brief what, why, etc. (time permitting) of how the BT BeaMed Technologies / IPIX relationship evolved & what could actually happen as a result? Thanks man….
This looks like public accumulation of all the common shares people are willing to sell. Just spit balling here….
No question Orca, classic case of small wealth being passed from the impatient to the patient. Most don’t know the history here…
Different situation here IMO.
Damn right Orca, btw…love that profile pic, smoking hot, beautiful legs everywhere!
She does…
They won’t reverse split this stock, not necessary…share structure is already ideal. Could run very hard….
You awake out there big Orca?
Over .02 now, 7.7 mm traded now! Where’s this headed?
No s/h mtg, no nothing, Leo needs to be ousted!
You gonna make some serious bank!
Don’t forget she knew this was coming and she was way in over her head @ $9 and change a share, which is why she unloaded a few ton of her shares. I may have the price wrong, but it was up there in the $8-10 zip code. She definitely needs to go….
Maybe not JT….
Best guess, someone, some entity forced it down sub .02 to see how much they could buy via stop losses many had forgotten about, etc. just a theory that I’m sure will be dissected, like a frog by a freshman in a biology class that would rather not be there!
Agreed PJ! Never thought Friday, after the 6.5 mil traded on Thursday, would reveal much. Now Monday may be a different story!
007, 5.34 mil traded now and this move is clearly professionally done to take out as many sub .02 stop losses as possible IMHO! Thoughts?
Early 60’s is not old…..I hope!
Based on that filing, and the past umpteen years of nothing, is Leo intelligent & observant enough to know he should strongly consider shifting Ipix to a diverse holding company, spin the existing drugs, and anything else currently under Ipix, into a pharma related subsidiary, and then reverse merge a much bigger, revenue positive private asset, desiring to go public easily & quickly with great leadership & management to turn newco holdings xyz into something of value! Sounds crazy and far fetched, I realize, but it COULD BE DONE!
Who’s that? Surrendered shares…is that a way of saying he gave up and sold and who bought them?
Is the DOD still showing interest in Brilacidin?
I have not stayed up to date here. Holding 2mm shares bought before it got down to sub 02. Will write it all off before I sell any here, no point. Don’t need the capital loss….
Tax loss selling more than likely…
Wow, nice…holding company is building a diverse portfolio of assets!
Agreed!!!
URHG License Gorton's Solution for Row Crops and Grass Lands
Press Release | 09/19/2022
United Resource Holdings Group, Inc. (OTC Pink URHG) announced today (9/19/2022) that we have signed an Engagement Letter with Tyra CPAs of Dallas to review our last two years of financials. URHG may access the capital markets later this year. When that is completed, URHG will engage a PCOAB-approved Auditor so that we may qualify to move to the OTCQB.
URHG would also like to announce that it has entered into a License Agreement with Santa Fe Resource Development, Inc. to market Gortons Humic and Fulvic Acid for use on row crops and grasslands in the lower 48 States, except for Indigenous Nations. The License runs for 20 years and adds an additional year; for every year the sales exceed 500,000 pounds ($17,500,000 Revenue from Gortons products), 2,000,000 acres in Corn, Soybeans, and Cotton represent less than 1% of the market and would create $52,000,000 in revenue.
Hundreds of million acres in the lower 48 states are used for row crops. Gortons has been university and field trial tested to improve the root mass, reduce the water requirements, improve the nutrient content, and increase the yield to the farmer, all while causing the carbon capture of the crop to increase measurably.
According to Stephen Gorton, the Chief Science Officer at Sant Fe Resource Development and the creator of Gortons Solution Humic & Fulvic Acid, We are very excited that by teaming with URHG, we can rapidly expand the number of farmers using our product to improve farmers profitably and increase their crop yields.
For more information on Gortons Humic and Fulvic Acid, please visit our website urhg.net
Agreed and if they get one open, others will certainly follow. That should bring in market buyers as well.
Don’t know why that posted twice, sorry about that.
This is so tightly held, I’m guessing the true/realistic float here (shares sitting in a brokerage acct) is maybe around 30m. Doubt much of that will change hands under .25. Any decent news, with a fresh following of investors, could drive the pps to the .50-.65 + zip code and subsequent, meaningful PR’s about revenue growth could be significant for continued pps appreciation. I’d think investors are looking for a good new ground floor type story after such mainstream market meltdowns. Hopefully, urhg will have a new story soon.

No quote from the IHUB beloved Ceo on this release, that’s a different! twist in the IPIX martini! How much longer does IP have on the Brilacidin patent and/or exclusivity rights, just curious if anyone knows exactly how long the company has to reach something resembling Brilacidin commercialization?
.0032 wtf? I get last two days was a blood bath, but this one never follows the broader market! Guess we gotta wait another year or two now O-man! Wish someone had a clue about what’s up & would post it.
Think it means could Leo’s friends & family be buying open mkt shares in advance of a reverse merger. Interesting concept, but what private company wants to be public badly enough to come in to this hot mess? If that were to be true, they need to bring in a new CEO, board & a real day to day management team.
They’ll never get mine, or yours & a few others, so at what point do these scambags say F it and let her run?
.0062 on 776k, wtf? This is not going the way I expected and it’s not the overall market. If they had news, they’d pour it out in buckets within this market & be applauded & rewarded! Do something you people who run/manage Fagi.
Sox, Color me stupid, but how does choosing not to sell all shares help pay Leo? The proceeds of such a sale don’t go to Leo or the company and conversely, if someone bought more down here….that too is in no way helping Leo or putting money in the company checking acct.
100% agree PJ
