Blah, blah, blah. Marc is superman, FDA.
But now, Marc has lined his pockets. What do the shareholders have aside from your promises and delusions?
Marc spent half a million getting this dog back on OTC? Sure he did. Show me in the financial statements. If he did, it would show up there. But, oh, I forgot. You can't read a financial statement.
Let me ask you something - seriously. Are you a paid shill?
"He seems happy"
He should be. By now he's pocketed about 780K. You'll see where it disappeared to when the year end 10Q is filed - conveniently a couple of months after December.
Yes, I agree.
Why is that? Generally because the price of silver fluctuates. A mine may be profitable at one price and a money loser at another.
In this case, the Dadi property barely squeaks out cash flow (in fact, it may be a money loser, but it's close) at the current silver price, and it's certainly not worth anywhere near FDA's fantasy projections.
Yes, your post is reasonable. Other issues - have costs gone up (and by how much) and how much has the drop in the price of silver effected what the property is worth now?
So mining studies are meaningless? Is that what you're saying?
If that's the case, why do exploration drilling and assays? Just pick any old spot and start mining.
Dead wrong Frankie. You have tons of facts beyond charts. If you don't want to research the 10Q or the mining studies that's fine. But they're facts and they exist.
IMO your chances of not losing your butt are minuscule. To me, it's a disgrace pumpers like FDA have been misleading those who are shareholders.
Another inconvenient fact for FDA.
Verbatim from the Shengda press release:
Shengda Mining Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) is planning a major project. Since this issue will bring in uncertain adjustments and changes, in order to maintain the interests of investors, to avoid abnormal stock price volatility, according to the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules, the company has applied to suspend trading of the Company’s stock(Stock ID: Shengda Mining, Stock Code:000603) since September 23, 2015, restoring of trading is upon further announcement of the company no later than October 22, 2015.
No later than when? October 22, 2015? Seems to me it's December. What's up FDA? Why is it still not trading? A complex SDRG transaction, no doubt. Har!
Has Marc received his next $390K? Stand by for the big dividend announcement, shareholders. Vast riches are on the way.
You really are funny FDA. You know nothing about corporations or corporate finance. You know even less about mining. You can't even tell us what Marc's salary is.
Your whole message relies on speculation, rumor, hype and personal attacks.
Try posting a fact once in a while.
Here's a fact for you. SDRG has announced an annual meeting at which proxy votes will be taken. Nothing else has been stated. All annual meetings take shareholder proxy votes. Why don't you look up "proxy vote" so you at least know what it means.
Hey FDA, is Shengda trading yet?
If not, why not? Something funny going on?
What's it worth?
FDA has stated that Marc will not take less than 40 cents a share. But what Marc wants is meaningless now since recent the recent 13G filing shows that Marc and what he wants is irrelevant. Marc is now a puppet dancing on a string and apparently FDA is the only one in the audience.
I assume you all noted that FDA said in his last post that SDRG trading in the 2 and 3 cent range was acting strong. My how expectations change.
Aw - the truth has FDA all upset.
Too bad.
Marc's signiture (or his approval either for that matter) isn't needed on anything. Marc can now be replaced at the drop of a hat and another stooge put in his place. Think Marc doesn't know that? He'll sign or do anything he's told now.
One thing for sure, Marc's going to put nearly 800 grand in his pocket.
Tell me. Why does SDRG need offices in Toronto and China? You could conduct all the business Marc's been doing for the past few years out of a shoe box.
Of course, Marc couldn't collect rent from the shareholders that way, could he?
Oh yes, how frugal of Marc. He only charged SDRG $40,700 rent for the first nine months of this year for that prime piece of property. And that may have been for an office, not the building.
And of course, SDRG has only made $381,000 in leasehold improvements to the property as well.
Well done, frugal Marc.
Can this get any more comical?
Are we over 5 cents yet FDA? I thought the big announcement was going to bring in waves of buyers. Evidently a routine (for most corporations) announcement of an annual meeting is something special for SDRG. And WOW! Another evaluation on some holes in the ground in Mongolia. Can't wait.
And FDA, what earth shattering issues do you think you'll get to vote on? Doesn't matter anyway, since the Chinese shareholders control the company. Your vote is meaningless. But maybe Marc can get elected CEO again. Won't that be nice? I mean how could the company continue to thrive without such vital leadership?
Har!
What's Marc's salary, FDA?
Boundless ignorance.
It's astounding that one individual could expose such a wealth of ignorance about corporate finance in such a short period of time.
How exciting! News that means nothing.
Shengda mining still not trading as far as I can tell.
Is that wrong pumpers? If not, why not? What's the story, FDA? After all, Shengda is going to make all the pumpers rich, right?
Of course we haven't heard a peep from FDA since I asked him if he knew what Marc's salary was.
See what happens? You seem to have lost some of that swagger.
Well Marc is getting his just like I said. But the rest of you? Har!
"Can't wait". I'll bet you can't.
But it won't be too long before this dog bellies up and rolls over.
Why worry? Hasn't junk told you what's going to happen already?
Here it is:
"WOW-L2 HUGE JUMP ONCE @.037 ASK GETS TAKEN!!
Lets see how this gets taken....5s.....perhaps a breather....7s...then WOWWWW!!!!!!!
Sorry FDA, but your 10-15 cent prediction is TOO LOW.
WOW this this is ready to FLY!!!!!!!
I smell 28 cents soon!!!"
See - no worries. Har! Done deal. Book it. Har!
Junk smells 28 cents. He got the smell part right. Har!
Nothing personal (as you like to say), eh, junk?
Yes, the pumpers are waiting for others to eat crow.
That will be brought about by a miracle working CEO who's already pissed away over 50 million in shareholder capital.
Can't answer my question, FDA?
What's Marc's salary? You even have a brand new 10Q to find out.
The new 10Q is out. Oh what marvelous news.
I urge you to read it and understand exactly what's going on. Of course, for some of our touts, understanding it is way out of their league.
"Will hopefully be (pretty darn sure)"
You gotta love those confidence builders.
What is SinoTop worth? Here's the latest figures as of August. Make up your own mind.
Summarized unaudited financial data of Sino Top for the six-month periods ended June 30:
2015 2014
Revenue $ - $ -

Current liabilities $ 5,168,042 $ 8,983,603
Total liabilities. $. 5,168,042 $ 8,983,603
Predicted that response, huh FDA?
Did you answer the question? No.
But I answered yours, didn't i?
Did you deflect to a different subject? Of course you did. So very typical of you when you can't come up with an answer.
Only one simple question, FDA. You're the expert on SDRG, right? What's Marc's salary? Simple. Just answer.
Zero shares traded today as Marc's China trip whips up interest in SDRG to a fever pitch.
Watch as FDA avoids answering my question and posts four or five paragraphs of shear BS to change the subject. But, maybe not, since the board is wise to him by now. We'll see.
No retire, I don't have access to the stock and I haven't been able to find a recent quote. That's the point. Is it even trading at all? Press FDA about it.
The last quote I can find is 16.30 - weeks ago.
Here's your answer FDA.
I'm not obsessed with shareholders profiting from their investment. I'm obsessed with charlatens like you pumping a worthless stock simply so you can profit when you sell after they've driven up the price based on your hype, fantasies and lies.
Now - answer my question. What's Marc's salary? You said zero, I believe.
So did he also tell you whether or not the stock is trading now? The last quote before it stopped trading was 16.30.
Well, Retire, I've googled Shengda and I can't find a current quote. I can't find any information about whether it's trading or not.
But of course, FDA and Marc are dual experts on Shengda so I'm sure FDA can tell you.
Do you have a point? What is one supposed to get from such a disjointed mush of a post?
What is FDA saying FDA? (Just trying to keep in the spirit of 3rd person reference here)
And Marc's salary is what? Did FDA not do FDA's research? FDA will have to have a word with FDA about that.
As usual, FDA, you've written a long rambling post that means very little. As far as price goes, you've always been the chief tout. Now it seems your "book it" certainty has turned to ashes and you've become just one more average shareholder. How humble of you.
And speaking of pathologies, I'd think that one who consistently refers to themself in the third person might be in need of psychological evaluation.
By the way - did you discover how much Marc has been paying himself? And that wouldn't count the rent or expenses. But I'm sure you know that. Right?
Why are the longs concerned about price? FDA has assured everybody Marc won't take less than 40 cents a share.
Maybe it's because what Marc wants is meaningless.
