Fun fact! In April 2015, Jackie Autry—owner of the Anaheim Angels and widow of the famous Gene Autry—invested about $960,000 into this company (back when Pierce was running the scam as a liquor business).

For that money, she got 100MM shares at a price of about .0096 per share (before two reverse splits).

We were told the price would then go through the roof, and loyal shareholders would see massive gains.

Fast forward a few years, and factor in massive dilution and two big reverse splits, and Ms. Autry’s 100MM shares have magically turned into about 78 shares, and her $961,000 investment is now worth about $18.

That’s what you get when you invest in an Alonzo Pierce scam.

This will be sub-penny again very soon, on it’s inevitable path back to .0001.

LOL you know Alonzo is going to put out a PR any day now saying that ISWH is abandoning its long-ago-announced plan to move Besado production to Mexico and is instead retooling its non-existent production facility to produce hand sanitizer...

Haha remember the last time ISWH teased and hyped a big upcoming “partnership” announcement for weeks with a company that was "affiliated with Amazon" in order to help sell shares and then it turned out that the "partner" was just a pre-assembled website bought online for $300 about the same time the company started tweeting about it? Good times!

Ah, I see we’re in the “begun the process” phase of expansion, which is Pierce’s favorite phase because you don’t have to actually do anything but you can still make big pronouncements in press releases with no accountability. In the South we refer to that as the “fixin’ to get ready to get started” phase.

To be fair, he did say they have made the substantial investment of establishing a registered agent in New Mexico, so there’s that...

After the court approved Adams' discovery questions and ordered Pierce to disclose all of the company's assets, bank accounts, inventory (and location) of Besado etc., Pierce quickly settled the case instead of having to disclose that information. That was late April 2016, and Pierce "loaned" the company $9,000 to make the first payment on 4/27/19. (Pretty sure he later paid himself back like twice that from the company's funds, but would have to doublecheck my old posts).

Anyway, first payment went fine. You can tell Adams is probably thinking "well, it's less than what I'm owed, but at least it's something..."



But all was not well a month later, when the next payment presumably came due on 5/27... In short, Pierce pulled a Pierce...

The motion includes Adams' lawyer's itemized bill as an exhibit.

Because Pierce is a deadbeat, he apparently tried to settle the court judgment the same way he settles all his debts -- by paying in stock -- but that didn't exactly work out. LOL

And it looks like Joel Adams may have noticed the latest revenue claim in the PR too, and intends to go after the money the court said he was owed three years ago. That's my guess anyway as to why he wants the award updated to reflect the interest since it was originally awarded:

Another 100MM or so to dump at .0003, maybe 300-400MM to dump into the .0002s over a few days or a week, another 500-600MM to dump into the .0001s while the company puts out some misleading tweets and PRs and employs some posters to help with the effort, and then stack the ask at .0001 with whatever is left and sell what they can before the buying dries up completely and they can complete the R/S.

Lol expect that O/S to be at least 1.6-1.8B by the end of this month unless they get the R/S done by then.

Indeed. Here's what the company's latest PR on October 29, 2019 said:

“an rs from this level cant hurt us”

That’s what some said before the last one. The stock is currently trading at the equivalent of .0000012 for anyone who bought into that BS.

If you invested $1000 in ISBG at the current price of .0003 before the last split, you would now have $4 worth of stock.

That hurts.

He’s got two revoked tickers, another one that’s a dead empty shell too dirty to even pump, and this one that stole Besado from his last defunct ticker and is about to go through its second R/S... real winner ya got here LMAO

They split 255 to one in September 2017, taking O/S down to only 28MM and PPS up to .025, then uplisted to OTCQB after announcing an acquisition and relaunch of RWB Vodka.

We never heard anything about RWB Vodka again, and here we are back in the low trips.

Yes. It will. Unless you think this company with huge debt and $100k or so in questionable revenues and a history of lies and deception is going to run from .0003 to .01 and hold above a penny at a $10MM+ market cap for 30 consecutive days while everybody holding the 1B+ shares out there just keeps holding and note holders refrain from dumping indefinitely...

Much more plausible is that Pierce will do exactly what he did two years ago. Announce some BS “partnership” to justify the reverse split and then get uplisted for a few months until the price eventually falls back below .01 on its way back to right where we are today.

Many good plays out there. This criminal enterprise is not one of them IMO.

You can just go to the Nevada SOS website right now and confirm for yourself. The fact you claimed to have done that and said the A/S was "just" confirmed at 950MM makes you a liar. I'm not name-calling it's just an objective description of your post.
